The place was more than big enough for the 3 of us and in fact can fit at least 1 more comfortably. The apartment has a lot of beds so in theory it could accommodate a total of 6 people but then luggage space becomes a challenge. We loved that they gave us coffee on our 2nd day which we found to be a cute surprise. In terms of location, it's about a 15-20min walk from the Nagoya Station but there is also a bus station a few mins away. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for the laid back vibes that Nagoya has to offer.

As first time tourists in Japan, the place enabled us to experience living like a local and that was something we loved. The subway station exit is a 2 minute walk and Dohtonburi just 10 minutes with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. A five star in my books.

Great location with a station just 5mins away, flexible and easy check-in, responsive host! Definitely staying again when I have the chance :)

Satoru was nice enough to meet us at his place and check us in personally. We arrived a bit early, but he was waiting for us and let us check in. Really great location. Close to covered mall and 1 tram station away from the rail station and port. The unit itself was a beautiful, artsy loft space. Nice cement floors, high ceilings, very modern. Huge by Japanese standards, open space. Just be aware that this is not a typical apartment. I would stay here again.

Je remercie énormément KA House ! Nous sommes arrivés très en avance de notre voyage de Osaka et ils ont préparé la chambre en avance. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut en terme de couverts, produit douche et tout ce qui concerne la cuisine. La gentillesse de ceux qui gère l'établissement se ressent énormément par message. Ils sont là en cas de besoins et répondent assez rapidement. Je vous conseille vivement d'y prendre quelques, c'est confortable et typique. Merci encore KA House pour ce moment inoubliable !

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

From the first, our hosts were helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The location was walkable and conveniently located to shops and transportation making it an ideal place to explore not only Nagoya but surrounding areas and cities. As soon as we opened the door to their condo it felt like home, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay while visiting Nagoya.

Was a spacious place for two. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Was a few stations from all the sites and getting around wasn't very difficult. The only thing to be mindful of is there isn't an elevator, so if you have any accessibility concerns might be challenging. Overall we had a wonderful time and Harumi was an amazing host!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles recht neu. Es ist sauber und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. In der Nähe sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und auch ein Einkaufszentrum. Man kann mit Bus und Metro recht einfach an und abreisen. Wir sind zu dritt gereist und waren in 203. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Anscheinend ist die Wohnung hellhörig, daher soll man sich ruhig verhalten. Wir haben allerdings nichts gehört im 2. Stock.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to multiple train stations, which made getting around so easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Lin's place was the perfect spot for our visit! The apartment was small and cozy but had everything we needed, including a convenient washing machine. Super clean throughout which we really appreciated. The location was exceptional - just steps away from the train station making it incredibly easy to get around, especially to USJ which was super close. You can hear the trains pass by, but honestly it wasn't bothersome at all. Having a Lawson nearby was a big plus for grabbing snacks and drinks whenever we needed. Lin was a fantastic host, always responding quickly to our questions and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, clean place in this area!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our family of four stayed for six nights, and we had a great experience. The owner provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the subway, which was just a few minutes' walk away. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Kuromon Market and a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori—close to most attractions but still quiet at night. She even offered free luggage storage downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment is a typical Japanese-style unit: small but clean and comfortable, fitting the four of us and our luggage perfectly. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

간사이공항,교토,고베,나라 로 이동하기에 비교적 편리한 위치이고 지하철역이 바로옆이라 교통편 좋았습니다. 오사카성이 가까워 러닝하기 좋았음. 근처에 돈키호테도 있고 큰마트도 있어서 장보기도 좋은위치. 4일동안 머물기 좋은 숙소였습니다.
