We were in KC 2 days for our son's baseball tournament and this home was the perfect space for our family and English Spaniel. Extremely clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and in a nice quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, box fans in the bedroom closets were a welcomed find to a family used to sleeping with fan noise! :) We used the white noise machines and didn't hear a single train. Kitchen is well stocked, they've thought of everything! I msg'd Anthony a couple of times and he responded immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this home and it was a perfect choice for our group. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the main living space was downstairs. Great outdoor patio and a very responsive host. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even took care of a misdelivered package after we checked out. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. I would highly recommend.

This house was in the perfect location to get to all the things we wanted to explore in Kansas City. The house was clean and cozy. They even had games that we enjoyed playing in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Regi was very nice and made sure we always had all the information needed , we loved the cute decor and home felt very comftable. our 37 ft RV fit really good inside and protected . the outdoor deck was our favorite it was beautiful. the host put alot of thought to your everyday need of home supplies . Again Thank you for making our one night trip easy !

The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable! I also appreciated that I was able to book same day and check in an hour later, as I needed an emergency place to crash for the night on my way home from a business trip. Will definitely be back!

Myself and my college team stayed here and it was a great spot for all of us to stay. Very homey and loved all the space to gather yet able to separate and have small groups around the different levels of the house. Both owners were great and communicated. Grateful to have been able to stay in their home!

Great place to stay, especially if you are spending time in Power & Light. Went for the Big 12 tournament and it was a very manageable walk each day. Charming space with everything you need - we stayed 5 days and missed nothing. Shops and restaurants are also available for a convenient meal. Bed and pullout sofa slept very well. Good use of the layout, with room to do work on your laptop, or sit on the back patio and read. Also, surprisingly good shower for a basement unit in a historic home! Great communication and fast responses with the hosts. Recommend checking this out if you’re looking for a cozy alternative to hotels in the P&L.

Loved staying at Chris's place! The views of downtown from the 21st floor were amazing. The beds were very comfortable - my friend and I wanted to take them with us. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Check in is a little more complicated than most BNBs but Savannah was very responsive and helpful. Our only gripe was the bed was a bit too small for two adults and is definitely an issue if you're used to a king sized mattress. I slept on the couch just out of necessity. The soft mattress topper is comfortable but you will wake up on top of each other through the night because it wants to cave inward.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Terry's space was very welcoming and my family felt comfortable, safe, and right at home at the end of the day when winding down. We enjoyed hearing the train (no horn zone) as it reminded us of when we lived in Olathe. We did not realize there was neighbors upstairs but honestly wasn't a big deal. I think this space is perfect for anyone looking to stay in downtown Olathe and we look forward to booking in future when we are back in town. Thank you Terry for allowing us to utilize your space as our own.

Stayed for a weekend with a few friends to explore the area. Central, walkable location and beautiful historic space. Vince was proactive and thorough in communicating. Definitely will be back ☺️

Loved my stay in this apartment. Beautiful and very clean. The deck was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee and wine. There are several restaurants, parks, and running trails close by.

I can't speak enough about this Air BnB! Jeffery and Kim were absolutely amazing! We were probably not the best guest as we had to check out early due to a family emergency but they handled it with grace and professionalism! They even initiated an "adjusted stay" through Air BnB. Completely unexpected but completely appreciated! I would definitely stay here again just based on the hosts alone! Their home was clean and they even offered snacks and water! 100% recommend!

Jake was an amazing host. Check in was a breeze. For the questions I had during our stay he responded within minutes. When we did not have any laundry detergent he ran some over and left it for us. Fantastic stay. Fantastic host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you, Jake!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
