The house was clean. The property was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a nice neighborhood.

The place was so cute and more than adequate for a week’s stay! There was a binder listing recommendations which I LOVED. The instructions for the Airbnb and parking were very clear and it made check-in super easy!

Carrie was AMAZING to work with and extremely responsive. She was always available and happy to answer any questions. Her place was squeaky clean and we felt at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place but really renting any of her places. She has by far been the best host out of all of the Airbnb I have stayed at. If you are looking don't hesitate to rent from her! She was very accommodating even with my sick mother. You won't be disappointed trust me!

I had a wonderful stay at Casey's place! The communication was top-notch from the start, with Casey providing clear instructions and making it known that she was ready to answer any questions I had. The space itself was cozy and looked just like the pictures provided. This is a great spot to rest and recover after spending the day exploring the KC convention center. With the convention center being a short drive away and Casey being a great host, I would recommend you check this spot out for your next stay

We were here just after a snowstorm, and Lea Ann checked in with road conditions as we traveled. She also brought us fresh scones when we arrived. very good value.

Nice home near the capital. Easy parking along the street. Great breakfast ingredients for a nice start to the day!

This is our second stay at Erin's place. The first was wonderful, of course, or we would not have booked again. Great quiet location. Comfy furniture and bed. Sparkling clean. And the small touches that make you feel at home are present - coffee pods, popcorn, a few candies, and even a couple of fresh eggs in the fridge! We travel along I-70 often and will always be pleased if Erin's place is available should we need an overnight (or longer) stay in Hays!

Exactly what we needed. Nice space - live to see these older buildings utilized for much needed and reasonably priced accommodations options! Well done - we would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s! The tiny town of Coolidge has lots of history and Lori is an amazing host! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Lori’s homemade breakfasts are well worth getting! She told us all about the town and the amazing things she is doing there. Absolutely a must stay if you are driving cross country like we were.

Lori was a sweetheart and very informative and accommodating! Charming cabin! We’d stay here again!

I have already recommended this place to my friends. It was quite affordable and was a nice clean, well appointed apartment. Starting with the cute entry way, the entire place was tastefully decorated throughout. Linens were plentiful, as were the kitchen amenities (K-cups, creamer, sweetener), and the full kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. (Tania even offered a few packaged snacks to choose from.) Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Enjoyed the opportunity to kickback in the recliner and watch the Roku TV. The parking area was large and well graveled. Best of all I didn't worry about feeling safe in the area. Tania was a great hostess and very responsive to any messages.

I had a wonderful time. The hosts were all extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful with all my requests. The room was comfortable and cosy. There is a supermarket just five minutes' walk away. I would highly recommend.

This place was amazing for a getaway. It looks even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. One thing to be aware of is there is a good amount of cars driving at night that may keep you up if you’re a light sleeper. But that’s just the location, not anything they can really control! They were super communicative and had plenty of recommendations of places to visit nearby. 10/10 experience!

Our family had a great time staying here. My 2 kids, my wife and I had a memorable experience and Lois even gave them Halloween candy! She cooked us homemade breakfast in the morning and the entire house was clean. I participated in the Crossroads Marathon so I was also able to come back and shower afterwards; there was no rush to leave. There was excellent history with not only the house but from Louis and her family as well. This was a safe and pleasant place to rest and downtown was within walking distance.

I grew up in Emporia and my parents lived six blocks from the Gufler Mansion for many years, and I walked by it often from their home to Emporia State University. I finally had a chance to stay in this beautiful house, and I'm so glad I did. Brad and Susan were the perfect hosts, kind and accommodating, as was their associate Selena. There was a large bridal shower happening when I arrived, and a group was setting up for a wedding that evening, but Brad still managed to make time to give several of us a tour of the house, from the third floor to the basement. My room was lovely, and I enjoyed a quiet evening reading a book from the library. Highly recommend a stay here, should you be lucky enough to find a room available. I can't wait to come back -- and I'll stay longer next time.

Cat's place was nice and quiet. the bed was comfortable and both the room and bathroom were clean and cozy. Cat was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again in the future!

Very much enjoyed the novelty, comfort, and serenity of this farm home. Very quiet, peaceful, homey and comfy with lots of amenities, including fresh homemade bread and (if the hens are not on strike) fresh farm eggs. Hosts are A+ in responsiveness and proactive with communication (an 8” snowfall came just 3 days before our arrival, and we received timely and helpful status reports about road conditions). Were in town for a February wedding this time but would love to return in the summer or fall!

Mark was super helpful and allowed me to check in early so I could get to my event on time. I really appreciated the homey feel that this place had since I was traveling alone this time around too.
