房間很大很有家的感覺，住起來像在自己家一樣非常舒適。周圍是住宅區很安靜，離市區雖然遠一點但開車其實都很方便，下次還會考慮入住！

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

Our family spent a month at this wonderful place. The house is very spacious, has all equipment in the kitchen, nice yard and terrace. Everything was clean. The area is full of nice beaches and surroundings, however a car is necessary. The host was very friendly, gave useful tips and recommendations, always responsive.

整潔乾淨的環境、晚上非常安靜！非常適合怕吵的朋友來入住！下次到台南依然還是會選擇這邊來入住！

住過設備最齊全的民宿 每間房有獨立廁所、紙巾、衣架、冷氣機。淋浴間水力足夠，全部房間同時洗也不缺熱水(很重要！) Netflix是已經登入的(太貼心了！)，就是KTV到10pm會自動斷電避免影響民居。飲用水從過濾器出來，等也不用等，冷熱都有。洗衣機有配備洗衣液。感覺這幾天的方便都是因為店家考慮周全，去墾丁玩了一整天超累回來舒服休息看電視，真的要給讚！沒有想過包早餐，而且竟然連早餐店的盒子也是印有民宿名字的，麻雀、毛巾上也有，十分欣賞他們這麼用心打造品牌，很有良心！要考慮的地方是整棟連地面共四層樓，行李要自己搬上去，住最高的人會辛苦。還有騎車去墾丁沙灘也有一段路大概15分鐘。年輕人是沒問題啦!

Everything is okay. All we want in the place we are looking for is excellent. The host is very good and very hospitable. And very kind. All we need and request are all given. ♥️我们是来自上海的6个旅客 遇到rose姐姐真的很幸运♥️我们是夜晚到达的 姐姐提前帮我们把别墅的灯都打开 还跟我们说不用节约用电 灯开着没关系的 亮一点挺好的 天气比较热 出门空调开着也没关系 特别体贴 ♥️放好行李后我们在垦丁大街逛夜市租车 但是价位不知道划不划算 于是询问rose姐姐 姐姐还特意帮我们去问别家 最后一台车一天可以便宜两百台币♥️每天早上都可以去rose姐姐的玫瑰餐厅吃美式早餐 很美味又有营养 距离民宿步行7分钟 靠着海边 环境也很赞 非常适合拍照留念♥️ 最后我想说rose姐姐很善良 认识她的人一定都会喜欢她 她餐厅店里有个很可爱的阿嬷 我每天早上看到阿嬷心里都会有一种很美好的感觉 阿嬷每天早上都会跟我们说下次再来哦 才分开我就开始想念你们了呢 希望将来还有机会可以再见♥️

很棒的民宿環境很乾淨，唯一的缺點就是電視不能看。

We had a wonderful two-week stay in Tainan! The apartment was very spacious, with a huge bedroom, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen that made us feel right at home. The bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated having a washing machine and a water filter in the kitchen—very convenient for a long stay. The location was great, with bus stops nearby and easy access to Uber rides. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Even though the apartment is next to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and we had no trouble sleeping. We worked online during our stay and had no issues at all with the internet connection—it was stable and fast. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up from Tainan train station when we arrived and brought us some milk during our stay. He was always very responsive whenever we had any questions. We highly recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Tainan!

很開心找到這房源，因為是回台探親，所以這裡讓我有家的感覺，加分的是有洗衣機、停車場。附近有很多餐廳及超市，非常方便！ 如果再回台灣一定會再來住！

雖然不在市區，但開車十分鐘左右就到市區，十幾分鐘到高鐵站，位置也算很好，重點是周邊很好停車。 屋子很乾淨，房間內有一個木頭香，蓮蓬頭的熱水、水壓很強也不會有要等待熱水的狀況。 一切都很美好，CP值很高，住了非常喜歡，唯獨小小缺點是有蚊子，但也不影響居住，然後另外一間比較小的房間會有點悶，其餘都是一百分。

交通非常便利，火車/捷運站旁邊而已！ 還有附停車位。入住時間很彈性，半夜入住也行！進入房源指示和設備使用說明都很詳細。房間很舒適，應有盡有！晚上非常安靜。提出問題也很快地進行回覆，非常推薦！已列入口袋高雄住宿名單☺️

Elaine and Chloé are excellent hosts, who are going the extra mile for their guests. They gave us a very warm welcome and explained in person how to use the different appliances (wasmachine, dishwasher, jacuzzi, television with karaoke etc.). Also gave us tips for things to do in the neighborhood and showed us where we can buy affordable fruits and veggies. They regularly checked in on us if we needed anything or had any questions. Thanks to Elaine and Chloé we had a wonderful time in Tainan.

非常好的住宿，有家的感覺。 還有很讚的藍牙音響與投影機，一進房間就先放音樂，晚上再投影看大螢幕Netflix ，非常chill。停車也很方便，樓下還有全家。 房東人很好，第一次入住會先帶看環境，熟悉一下，下次會再來😆

房間的床有一點點濕氣，其他住起來都很舒適，廚房設備、微波爐、杯子等等都很好使用

距離新左營站非常近，通勤非常方便，生活機能不錯。房子整理得很乾淨，住得很舒服。

Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen, abgelegenen, ruhigen Ort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Garten ist sehr gross und gemütlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.

房東很友善，訊息和問題都及時回覆！ 房屋周圍安靜、空間乾淨、整潔、寬敞，騎機車的話有車庫可以停～ 洗澡其實不算大問題，分配好時間即可 有冰箱、微波爐、咖啡機、餐具（很多）、吹風機，非常周到 電視可以連接netflix跟youtube，適合大家同樂

La maison est tres agréable, tres joliment décorée et paisible. (pas de résidents dans la maison voisine durant notre séjour). La terrasse extérieure iffre une vue sur une très belle prairie. Nous avons rayonné facilement sur les différents sites. Il faut être obligatoirement véhiculé car il n'y a pas de commerces ou restaurant à proximité.

This lovely house is perfect for big groups! The building itself is old, but inside is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything, from the decor to the necessaries provided, are very well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised. The living room on the first floor is such a cozy and inviting space where everyone can hang around. The beds are comfy, and there is a toilet in every bathroom. The only downsides are the stairs being very steep and the location is not the easiest to get to via transport, but taxi in Tainan is pretty cheap. We also liked how the neighborhood is very quiet yet there are many restaurants nearby. It’s a truly local experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

Top-notch Airbnb with everything you could need. The host was responsive, and the place was incredibly clean. Highly recommended!

自助入住，方便且靈活性高；電冰箱內有各種免費飲料，自助區有小零食，還有方便麵(可能是之前房客留下的)；門口可以停一輛車，方便自駕遊的朋友。

This location is wonderful, very close to beautiful beach. The cafe dowstairs is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. There was some confusion about the booking but the owner was very helpful in resolving it quickly. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.
