We loved staying at this condo! Right on the beach - you could hear the waves at night. Everything was clean, updated and beautiful. We used the beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy swimming in the ocean right outside the condo. Allison is a great host - she gave us several great recommendations of places to go and things to do. We had a great time kayaking down a river and swimming at Hanalei Bay and taking a boat trip to Napali Coast. We saw whales and dolphins! The condo location is great - not far from the airport and easy to get to places North Shore and on the South Shore too. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. There are also shops and restaurants close by. We spent some days driving around to see the beautiful island but other times we just relaxed and stayed close by and walked to restaurants and went swimming at the beach right by the condo. We will come and stay here again!

Oh my, what a wonderful place! We loved it at first sight. The condo is situated perfectly right in front of one of the best swimming beaches we’ve ever been to on our annual trip to the islands. We crossed the walking path and down to the beach nearly every day. Kapa’a town with shopping and restaurants was half a block away - so convenient! The condo was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The resort is a lot bigger than we expected with many amenities, but the condo’s location in an end building made us feel we were in a much smaller community. We will be back!

SUNRISE views!!! This clean, ground floor studio is a small "hotel-like" room, located in a quiet oceanfront complex with nearby restaurants, and a walking path along the ocean. If you wake up early, then be sure to catch the gorgeous sunrises! GREAT recommendations from Allison about nearby attractions. We loved gifts that Allison left for us; seashell leis and a box of chocolate covered macnuts. GEAR TO BORROW: We appreciated the closet full of items to borrow like snorkel gear, lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, insulated bag, beach towels, etc. NOTE: Read the fine print about this studio unit and its tiny wet bar. Not a full kitchen like you would expect in a "condo". Mahalo nui loa Allison and Brett!

Bryant and Jane’s place was perfect! The coconut market is right there with shops and lots of restaurants. The location is right off the main highway that takes you most anywhere you want to go. The beach outside the room is so peaceful and the hot tub and pool are right there as well. We saw whales on several occasions which was a dream come true!

Being able to see the sunrise every morning was spectacular. With it being a condo, it felt home like. Being floor level definitely adds to its value. The breeze you feel with the open windows is just right. Hearing the waves when going to sleep is something I cannot move on from. Location is so important! This place was perfect for my friends and I!

Very convenient location right in the Coconut market place. Many restaurants, shops and a market with deli, are all in walking distance. It situates near the airport and about the middle of northward and southward highway. The place is right by the beach, next to swimming pool and hot tub. The unit is very clean. Amenities is sufficient. There’s a coffee maker but it could be more pleasant if coffee and tea can be provided as a courtesy for the convenience.

Deb takes excellent care of her guests staying at the condo in Kappa'a! The central location is ideal for everything and anything you like to do on a beach vacation and is very family friendly. I look forward to staying at "Deb's place" whenver I come to Kauai.

Aside from a couple of small things, that were corrected quickly, everything was great. The location is unbelievable. It's a older condo ON the beach, so there are some things that go along with that. I wasn't bothered at all by this and will definitely look to stay here again, next time. Tom responded quickly on the few occasions I reached out. Mahalo!

This was the perfect place to stay, at first we thought we would just want to come and sleep. But the view of the sunrise was unmatched, coffee shop and market on walking distance made it the perfect place to recharge and we regretted not spending more time here. Our hosts were helpful with suggestions, clear instructions, and friendly and direct communication. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can again! Mahalo!
