This is a very quiet complex. It feels private. The beach is less than a ten min walk and is not crowded like some of the other beaches can be because of the low density housing in the area. There are some beautiful walks that you can do right from the unit. There is lots of room in the unit to put away all your things away. The management is great. We locked ourselves out one day, they got us back in, in under 10 min! We had a small problem in the unit, maintenance was there to take care of it shortly after. I left an item there and only realized when I got back home to Canada. They offered to mail it back to me at their cost! We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place. Gorgeous views. Comfortable. Kids loved the beach that was 5 minutes away. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Blue door on Church Street was perfect. Only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer and/or move in.

Kapalua Ridge Villa #611 is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, private, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The view from the second floor balcony is incredible. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was super comfy, and the beach is an easy walk. It’s in close proximity to the Ritz for good dining and coffee options and Honolua Store for all your grocery and quick meal needs. Can’t imagine my first Hawaiian vacation going better and it all started with our Kapalua Ridge Villa. Thanks to Parrish Maui!

We just had the best two weeks in Maui ! This rental was amazing ! So peaceful and quiet, covered parking . The views are breathtaking ! We sat every morning and had coffee on the lanai watching the whales ! Feb is always whale watching ! The hosts were BEYOND fantastic! This is exactly like the pictures and very very clean . Huge bedroom and bathroom upstairs with the same fantastic ocean views . If you want privacy and quiet this is your place ! We did the pools many times , never crowded and so private . Beats the crowded pools any day ! We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend this condo ! Connected to an amazing gold course and grocery store ! Make sure and go to the Sea House Restaurant during the day just for the views ! Also it’s a gorgeous beach to stay for the day! Sunsets here are amazing ! Thank you again for sharing this condo ! Beautiful place to stay at. Quick walk to the beach. and a fast walk to some restaurants. the pool and the Jacuzzi was great too.

Gal and his team were extremely responsive, answering questions about the property and things to do in the area. The villas are in a choice area, quite easy to walk to various restaurants, stores, food carts, along a handful of beaches in each direction. The pool and BBQ area are nicely sheltered from wind which was fortunate during part of our trip affected by stormy conditions. The only concern for some may be road noise but this is an active part of the Kihei, so most places along this strip will experience the same. We enjoyed the authentic and less sterile part of this town. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience at this beautiful boutique property. We plan to come back again.

Amazing, peaceful location with ocean view. This villa was as described, with a beautiful ocean view from the patio. While the patio faces north, there was a stunning view of the sunset from the other side of the villa on the golf course. There was plenty of space for two adults and it was really nice to each have our own bathroom. The villa was surrounded by greenery and beautiful views in every direction. We didn’t get to explore the amenities in the resort, but did drive past them. We saved a LOT of money choosing this villa over expensive resorts and were so close to so many attractions. Another huge bonus was being able to park our car right outside and have easy access to it without having to pay for expensive parking. Overall, we had a lovely, very convenient stay.

There is no better place we could’ve chosen for our stay in Maui!! Continue reading because I’ll share details about access to the beaches. We traveled with our 2 children as well as my parents. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the condo. The room upstairs is an open space, so beware there’s no door for privacy and plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. There are, however, 3 full bathrooms and they’re all impeccably beautiful. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need whether your cooking or baking. If you’re particular with spices bring your own. They have a drip coffee maker and they provide their own brand name of Hawaiian coffee which is delicious! The house also had a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some mugs you can use to keep your drinks cold. There are plenty of beach towels and they provide plenty of shampoo and conditioner so all you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste! This condo has a beautiful view. To the right (facing the ocean and about a 2 minute walk from your front door) you have Oneloa bay. Wake up at 6:30am and walk with your coffee to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise! Come back home, have breakfast, and then to the left (south) just a 7 minute walk (with a gorgeous view) you have Kapalua bay. In the evenings is when we saw most of the sea turtles laying on the sand. They rent paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear right there if you want to swim with turtles! This bay was super calm to relax and not worry about crashing waves with the kiddos. About another 7 minutes south you find Napili which is comparable to Kapalua, but since Kapalua was so close we didn’t really spend much time there. Another option up North (to the right of the condo), you can take the Kapalua trail for an 18 minute walk and you’ll find Fleming beach. This is a much bigger bay, relatively calm water, but not enough to leave kids swimming unattended. Absolutely gorgeous views. The reason I loved this condo so much is for the many options of beautiful family beaches without worrying about parking- all within walking distance. This condo is 55 minutes from the airport. If you go to Hana remember you have to travel back to Kahului to begin the Hana road. It is about 17 minutes from Lahaina. We don’t like busy town center life, so this location was perfect and private. We went to the Grand Wailea Luau and that was also a 50 minute drive. The condo offers a grocery delivery, but I just did a Walmart curbside scheduled on the day of arrival and picked it up from the airport. I hope this helps plan your vacations. Exceptional property! Just a few yards from the sea and with 180 deg views of the Ocean. The villa itself is very spacious with 2-level heights in the living room and is very well appointed. If you're planning to stay mostly on the West side, that's the property to be in - otherwise it is a longish drive to the rest of Maui's attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! It is in a great location, away from some of the businesses closer to Lahaina. It is within walking distance to the beach and close to great snorkeling locations.

I can't say enough about the condo and how great Dave is. We use Airbnb about twenty times a year, and have been doing so for ten years--this is probably the best place we've ever stayed! It's huge and tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The king beds were so comfortable, and it has a great indoor/outdoor living layout. The pool and grills are closeby, and everything around the complex is so well maintained. Dave was easy to communicate with, and really gracious. My elderly dad accidentally broke something on the first day and felt really bad about it--we contacted Dave right away and he was very understanding and helped make my dad be able to enjoy the rest of his vacation. We come to Maui and usually try to find the most affordable place, but after experiencing luxury like this, we've decided it's worth it to spend a little bit more but get a ton more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Villa! The property was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great surfing school and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Watching sunsets from the balcony was a highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Maui and would love to stay here again in the future. This is one of the nicest Airbnb rentals ever. If you do many Airbnb rentals you will sometimes find units are are clearly created purely for rental and the furniture and amenities reflect that. This villa is the opposite. It is furnished with beautiful high end furniture. The kitchen is wonderful with lovely silverware, plates, glasses, etc. This truly is like you are walking into a home that someone lovingly decorated and furnished. Beautiful pictures on the walls and decorations. The pictures do not adequately show how nice it is. The rooms are huge, and the bathrooms are spacious. Of course, the views from the villa of the ocean and golf course are outstanding. Ridge Realty was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and guidance. If you are considering going to Maui this would be a great rental - the villa and Kapalua are amazing.

Can’t say enough good things about this rental! Clean, well stocked, and the views were incredible. Loved watching the whales all day long. Heated pools were great for our kiddo and walking distance to beach. Kim was very responsive and helped us feel at home. Highly recommend!

This place blew us away. The views and location are just amazing. It is a bit removed but we loved that. We just sat for hours admiring all the beauty that the Maui coastline had to offer and whale watching! It was just a short jaunt to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to Lahaina for dining. We wished we could have stayed forever. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location! Is exactly what was listed on listing. No catfishing here! The A/C broke while we were there and maintenance was very attentive came right out and fixed the problem. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Would definitely come again.

Located in the beautiful hills of Kapalua with amazing views of nature, golf course, and the ocean at a distance. Conveniently located near many restaurants and beaches nearby. Very very peaceful location. The location was spacious, super clean, and very well equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and binoculars.

This condo was everything we could have hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable - right on the ocean with absolutely breathtaking views. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, watching whales all day long (seriously, they were everywhere!), and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the easy access to beautiful beaches and scenic coastal trails, plus having great restaurants within walking distance was a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a peaceful, oceanfront retreat with stunning views and prime whale-watching, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

This well-stocked, clean, spacious condo is in the most beautiful setting on earth. The view from the rear and side windows was stunning. We felt very lucky to get to stay there.

The view and the grounds were just amazing. The condo had everything we could need and the place was spotless. The swimming pools were great but had trouble with the code to enter the pool enclosure. Highly recommend Merriman restaurant and Cane and Canoe at Montage. Walk to beach or drive to parking lot but need to get there early to get a parking space.

Very short nice walk to coconut grove beach. Walk a little farther down path and through Napili Kai to get to an even nicer beach. DT Fleming beach in front of Ritz Carleton is also very nice and great for wave riding (and good shade) but is more like a 20 min walk. Or drive to public lots on either side of ritz. Lava outcrop paths nearby make for neat mini hike
