Door een klein foutje per ongeluk via een ander profiel geboekt, de host heeft hierop heel snel gereageerd en de situatie opgelost. Aangename mensen die zeer flexibel zijn en wiens accommodatie fenomenaal was! Zeer proper, zeer mooie omgeving en zeer duidelijk wat te doen en wat er allemaal beschikbaar is. Wij komen zeker terug :)

This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

İki gün misafir olduk. Kesinlikle temizdi, güvenli ve güzel bir bölgedeydi. Merkeze yakınlığı arabayla 10 dakikadır. Sorularımız çok hızlı bir şekilde cevaplandı. Keyifli son derece fiyat performans güzel bir konaklamaydı.

Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ve cana yakındı. Her sorunumuzu çözmek için yardımcı oldu. Kiralamak isteyenler bence hemen tutsunlar. :) Her şey için teşekkürler

3 gece kaldık… salon, oda çok kullanışlı, ve temizdi. Otopark sorunu yok.. wifi, tv olanakları müthişti.. tam kafa dinlemelik sakin huzur dolu bir yerdi.. ev sahiplerine teşekkürler:)

Positiv: Top Lage um die Altstadt zu besichtigen, schönes geräumiges Apartment, toller Balkon mit Blick, alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Nicht so gut: Küche spartanisch ausgestattet, haben Vermieter informiert was fehlt. Kommunikation war kurz angebunden, manchmal missverständlich. Mehr Infos beim check in wären hilfreich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Es war toll!!! Alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist riesig, mit toller großer Liegefläche. Leider war es zu kalt um im Pool zu baden ;) ist ja auch Winter :) Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Sonne - traumhaft! Der Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer - herrlich! Hoffentlich wird davor nichts gebaut, sodass auch weitere Gäste diesen Ausblick genießen können! Was so richtig schön war; an einem Abend gab es ein Gewitter. Wir zogen die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer zurück und konnten dem Wetterleuchten vom Bett aus zusehen. So krass, wie die Blitze über das Meer zuckten. Dieser Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar!!! Danke, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften!

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Perfect place for weekends on the nature. Highly recommend to visit family winery at few minutes. And host was friendly and kindly.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Great few days staying here. Right in the middle of town. Comfortable apartment with excellent wrap around terrace for sun at any point in the day.

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

Rezervasyon onaylandıktan ayrılışımıza kadar ilgisi ve samimiyeti hiç kesilmedi. İlk gün uçuşumuzun erken olup, olmadığını ve eğer istersek erken giriş yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Ayrılırken ise gönül rahatlığıyla valizlerimizi binada bıraktık. Ev, oldukça sessiz ve hoş bir yerde yer alıyor. Ev, fotoğrafta gördüğünüzden çok daha büyük. Her bir odası fazlasıyla ışık alıyor. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Mutfakta yemek pişirmek için yeterli derecede ekipman var ve sizi bazı ikramlar karşılıyor. Çalışma masasının üzerinde gezilecek yerler hakkında bilgiler yer alıyor. Kısacası eşim ve ben bu evi seçtiğimiz için çok memnunuz ve her eve geldiğimizde kapıdan içeri mutlu bir şekilde girdik. Bu ev parasının karşılığını veren bir yer. Bu ev kesinlikle muhteşem.

Eine super Wohnung! Es war alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben sogar ein kleines Geschenk erhalten und uns so noch wohler gefühlt! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Um die Ecke gibt es ein kleines Café und bis zum Strand sind es nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg. Viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wenn man in die Stadt will, dann nimmt man ganz einfach den Bus, der auch gleich um die Ecke ist. Es war ein angenehmer Besuch. Danke an Fredrikulrica! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Bir seminer için Mahsa’nın evinde konakladık. Konaklamamın en başından sonuna kadar dost canlısı, misafirperver ve eşsiz bir ev sahibiydi. Her gün düzenli şekilde herhangi bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını, her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını sordu. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Bundan sonraki gidişlerimde Mahsa’dan şaşmayacağım. Teşekkürler her şey için.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Mit dem Pool, dem Sonnendeck und dem nahegelegenen Strand lassen sich hier erholsame und entspannte Sonnentage verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Ingolf ist für Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.
