Away from the hustle and bustle from central Denpasar. Great opportunity to experience the life of the locals. The host is very responsive and helpful. Grab and Gojek will find it easily and it's not too bad to go the hot spots of the island. The place has a kitchen if you prefer or need to cook. It was a good cost benefit ratio.

A lovely room in the heart of Ubud. So easy to be able to walk to everything from the room. The family were so friendly and the staff were very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights here and was the perfect place. We also arranged the mount Batur tour through Agung which was great, all planned and booked for us for the next day at short notice for a really reasonable price.

Our stay at Hermanto's Joglo was fantastic! the place is both comfortable and well-equipped, making it perfect for extended stays. It's prime location puts you close to everything you need. Hermanto is incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. Plus the added bonus of some very friendly dogs on the property made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a cozy home away from home!

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect ! The accommodation is very cozy and clean. Big favorite for the location in the middle of the rice fields which offers moments of calm and serenity outside the traffic of Ubud There are also very good restaurants close to the accommodation with really low prices

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een welkomstdrankje. Duidelijk uitleg gekregen over de villa. Het was een erg mooi en rustige omgeving tissen de rijstvelden en natuur. Hier moet je rekening mee houden, maar dit staat al duidelijk in de omschrijving van de villa. Wij hebben hier heerlijk overnacht. We doen het graag weer over!

I had a wonderful trip visiting Bali for the first time and the cottage was perfect choice to stay at. Majeed is a phenomenal host. He personally met with me right after I had check in right to apologize & informed me that there was an initial issue with one of the bedroom a/c but was also in the works to getting it resolved as soon as possible. I really appreciated his response and he managed to pull off a miracle by getting the a/c repaired the same day on a Sunday evening roughly 4 hours after I had checked in and was out for a late lunch. What a attentive host and staff team to make sure our comfort was a priority. The location is also a perfect place for having access to food, and walkable distance to everything you may need. When I do plan my return trip I would most definitely coming back and book my stay here again. Especially with such a professional history and staff team. Thank you so much for making my frist visit to Bali a memorable one, and hopefully I'll be back soon.

The entire team at Sejoli villas are incredibly helpful and lovely. The place is so impressive and they have thought of everything. They even help with sorting laundry seamlessly and quickly! The gallon water bottles provided are perfect for sensitive “western” bellies. The place is always being maintained and kept tidy. Can’t recommend it enough!!

We have been to Ubud several times already and have always stayed in five-stars hotels. We love this town very much and it has never disappointed. This time has become special because we stayed at Ross’s place. It is highly recommended to anyone who dreamed of living in the jungle. Ross’s place is a large old garden that imperceptibly turns into a tropical forest. The living spaces made of teak wood are harmoniously allocated among this garden along with cascade ponds. Despite the proximity of the town centre, nothing can be heard inside except the sounds of the forest and the murmur of the water. A very attentive and almost invisible house-keeping team adds up to the tranquility of the space. In short, if we had lived there for a month, we would have learned Zen. Thanks to Ross for being willing to share this with others!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! Our experience at this villa was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. While there was a bit of a walk from the drop-off point, the staff was ready to greet us, assist with our bags, and escort us to the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated that two of the three bathrooms were outdoors—perfect for rinsing off after a swim without tracking water through the house. The pool was a great size, providing both entertainment and relaxation. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day, and overall, the villa offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! 非常可爱的小木屋，房间里非常舒适，视野是一片丛林，也可以看到晚霞，到达时也已经提前开启冷气，进屋非常舒服；早餐需要提前一晚预订，单独收费，价格正常；小木屋的电力系统有时出问题，我们住了4晚大概有发生3次断电，但房主反应非常迅速，一般5-10分钟内就可以处理好恢复。 因为是雨季，所以房间外有不少蚊虫，建议1-2月到来有一些心理准备；小木屋相对独立，与周边村落有一点距离，步行5-10分钟可以走到一些路边的餐厅，主马路左拐步行到达的餐厅性价比更高；在主马路边步行不太方便，车很多，但我们都不会骑摩托所以没有租，如果租摩托会方便很多，但马路的弯道较多坡度也大需要非常小心。

I loved this accommodation. It’s like a cute escape from the outside. The garden was stunning. And you also have everything that you need around you, good restaurants etc. Beach was also not too far away. Can recommend definitely:)

I had an amazing stay at Dewa’s Villa in Bali! The villa was beautiful, and the private pool was the perfect place to relax. It felt like a peaceful escape. The breakfast included every morning was delicious and had a great mix of options. It was so nice to enjoy it at the restaurant next to the villa without having to go anywhere. The scooter included in the price made it really easy to get around and explore Bali at my own pace. The airport pick-up was also a huge bonus – it made everything much easier and stress-free after my flight. Would highly recommend Overall, Dewa’s Villa is a fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, hassle-free trip to Bali. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon at Villa Samadhi. It was even better than we imagined! The place is like a dream come true. The location is perfect - near the beach with great restaurants, but far from the noise of traffic. Sofia, our host, was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming, and her smile made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend staying here for a truly memorable experience. Ich war nun zum 2. Mal in Mades Traumhaus. Ich wusste schon letztes Jahr, dass ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werde und es war wieder genauso bezaubernd. Die Ruhe und der weite Ausblick auf den Vulkan schenken Frieden und nachhaltige Entspannung. Der Pool ist die perfekte Erfrischung, das große Bett ist super bequem, das Frühstück einfach lecker und die Spaziergänge durch die kleinen Gassen von Penestanan machen wirklich Spaß. Ich bin für diese Tage sehr dankbar. Bei so viel Komfort verstehe ich die vorige Rezension überhaupt nicht, dass sich jemand von der Wasserdruck Pumpe gestört fühlt. Das ist ja nur ganz kurz und spielt wirklich überhaupt keine Rolle. Oder müsste man sich dann auch jedes Mal über das Geräusch bei jeder Toilettenspülung ärgern?? Made und seine schöne Villa bieten so sehr viel Wichtigeres: Gute Energie und Freude, an die man auch später noch lange denkt…Danke an Made und Setia

Made is a fantastic host—super friendly and very responsive. We stayed at this house for a month and loved its remote location, away from traffic. As mentioned in the listing, geckos live on the ceilings, helping keep flies away. We got used to them quickly, though we had to clean up after them occasionally and they might make some noises from time to time. Since the house is near rice fields with lots of vegetation, insects, frogs, and spiders sometimes made their way inside. The pool, just three meters from the bedroom, was a big bonus, it was also regularly cleaned by local staff. The air was fresh, the surroundings peaceful, and the internet was fast enough for video calls, despite occasional freezes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were really sad to leave. If you’re looking to escape routine and experience Ubud’s authentic vibes, I highly recommend this place!

Ketut was an excellent host. He lives within walking distance and was able to answer messages with a short time. We arranged a driver to take us to our next destination but cancelled on us, Ketut volunteered and to took us to our next destination, which was an hour and half driving. Not to mention the breakfast was super.

A great villa located right in the centre of Seminyak close to the beach and popular spots. La Favela is only a 5 minute walk down the road! We loved the pool and quiet, private space. Would definitely stay again.
