Villa Light was absolutely amazing. We left the hustle and bustle of Seminyak to come to Amed. My friend and I both very much loved the cold air-conditioned rooms, with canopy bed and mosquito nets, and then the open air bathrooms! Showering during the rain, or when the moon was out, was absolutely divine. It was the first time my friend and I had truly relaxed on our trip, the view of the mountains from the pool area was lovely, the pool itself is huge and great for doing laps. The open air kitchen was nice too, although it does get hot cooking - WHICH we didn't have to do, because the villa staff offered a home cooked meal service for an additional fee, very reasonable. This was absolutely awesome, getting home-cooked meals by a local was the cherry on top of this already amazing experience. They helped us with organising taxis, and with food, mosquito coils, etc. Thank you all, we both really had an amazing time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 jours dans la maison très bien rangée et tout était très propre. Suriyani a été aux petits soins pour nous, elle nous a arrange la location des scooters qui nous attendaient a notre arrivee. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. De la maison on se rend à Amed en scooter ou voiture en 5 min. Nous recommandons la villa!

We had a lovely time staying in amed at made’s. The location is great right by the water and you can wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. Made and her husband are very kind and thoughtful and we really enjoyed talking to them. Definitely would like to come back. Highly recommend this Airbnb and the hospitality is unbeatable

Wow, what a lovely place this apartment in Amed is! Waking up to a beautiful sunrise, enjoying breakfast with an amazing sea view, and feeling truly welcome on the property of Made’s family made our stay unforgettable. The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the stunning Lipah Beach, but there’s also a great snorkeling spot right in front of the property. We went snorkeling four times during our trip to Amed, and this was the only place where we spotted turtles!

On the one hand one wouldn’t want to write a good review to ensure future easy availability but on the other hand one also wishes as many people as possible to enjoy it.

Susan es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre disponible y contesta muy rápido a cualquier duda y de manera resolutiva. La habitación es perfecta, me siento como en casa aquí, y la cocina es bonita, y bueno, aunque no es como la de casa, se puede cocinar cómodamente

À faire absolument! L’endroit est paisible et complètement magnifique! Notre séjour a fait un bien fou à notre famille grâce au calme et au charme du logement. Les enfants avaient leur propre cabane dans les arbres avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les parents avions notre chambre ultra confortable et magnifique en bambou! Putu a été très réactif, il a facilité notre arrivée et départ avec le taxi et il nous a préparé de délicieux repas livrés directement au logement. Nous avons aperçu de magnifiques oiseaux colorés et joué au Monopoly! Cette expérience de nous retrouver dans la jungle est un coup de coeur de notre voyage, Notre famille ne voulait plus partir! Putu a différents logements, celui-ci a une vue imprenable et un charme incroyable grâce à sa construction en bambou. Il y en a un autre avec une superbe piscine qui est très jolie aussi! Great villa for two. Very private with your own outdoor area and excellent little pool but with the (smallish)resort facilities at your fingertips . Resort restaurant had good food, friendly staff and ocean views. Small black sand beach also right there but not the greatest swimming depending on tide, but great to wander and enjoy the fresh breeze. Villa staff, Pleo and his mum Hattie were so very helpful, friendly and generous with their time and energy. On our first day... helping us arrange our needs for Silence Day by shopping for snacks, fish and rice to cook for ourselves. Access to very good drivers to explore the areas highlights of white sand beaches, snorkelling, temples and waterfalls, or easy to walk the main road to explore local warangs and fetch supplies. A relaxing and gentle 8 nights March/ April 2025.
