We stayed at Evelyn’s place in early May and would strongly recommend it. As a couple staying for 3 nights the house was perfect for us - its unique cave house design meant it was compact etc but it had all of the necessary elements for a good stay. The key selling point is this homes location - it’s almost too good to be true. It is perched on the end of the cliff in Oia overlooking the Caldera and just 30 seconds walk from the best sunset spot in all of Santorini. There are lots of small mini markets, restaurants and other spots to grab a drink nearby. The host met us on arrival and helped store our cases and arranging a taxi transfer to the airport on the way home. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality.

The house is very cozy and clean, and the hot tub is heated, so you can still use it in October. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area. A rental car is recommended, but there is also a bus stop just a few minutes away. Andreas was very quick and reliable in communication via SMS. He also provided a link with all the important information, including numerous suggestions for tours and activities.

The stay at Philippe's was amazing, the house has a perfect location, being close to a beautiful beach but also not too far from the city, as you could easily walk up to it. The house itself is also perfect for the warm weather due to the outside living room and kitchen. And finally communication from Philippe was always quick and helpful. All in all the place definitely made our trip to Ios worth it.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

We liked the place very much. Location wise this is one of the best. All the attractive sites are just walkable. The place is very neat and clean. The place had enough space for our team of 6 people and a baby. Most importantly the Sunrise and Sunset can be viewed from just ouside of the main door, which is the USP of this place. However since this is a cave house and the pathway of the entrance is bumpy it is not highly recomended to any physically challenged or elderly people especially who is using wheel chair.

L’emplacement est idyllique, très calme en septembre. Le logement de Tamila est plus grand qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos, il y a de nombreux emplacements de rangement. Il est possible de faire un minimum de cuisine grâce au grand gril (utile pour le pain mais aussi pour réchauffer les « Greek pies » achetées au village !). Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture ou un scooter pour visiter un peu l’île mais à pied, le village est à 15 mn. Tamila à toujours été là pour nous, très attentionnée. Et quel plaisir de trouver le frigo plein en arrivant !! Merci beaucoup Tamila d’avoir aménagé et partagé ce petit coin de paradis avec nous. Nous reviendrons !

If there was a 10 star option, we would choose it. Our experience was simply perfection! George was THE best host we’ve ever had. The accommodations were beautiful. The pictures can’t do them justice. The kitchen was fully stocked as promised. Even some treats and basic necessities (milk, eggs, butter, bread, cereal etc.) and local cheeses and sweets. The bed was so comfortable, I wanted to take the pillows home! The bathroom was very well appointed. The outdoor area was such a treat. Comfortable, very large spaces and we enjoyed the charcoal bbq four times. The view, there are no words! Magganari beach was simply eye candy. We took many deep breathes and smiled constantly looking at what felt like heaven! Everything was spotless, so clean. We caught a cold during our trip and George graciously offered to go into town for us to get us cold and flu medication. When he returned, he came back with more local treats and refused to take money. George, we can’t thank you enough! Just book it
