Beautiful apartment. Cozy and spacious. You got what you need for cook and well location nearby with cafe supermarket like BIM and restos.beach is 6 mins by walk and the host agus is helpful and quick response .clear instructions for the self check in . I recommend

There was a renovation issue with the apartment I booked but Bariş came yo make sure he provided an equally luxurious apartment to accommodate our stay. He quickly responded to any questions and resolved any issues. We would definitely return.

Friendly personal, close to the sea and easy to find

Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Damlataş sahile yürüyerek 3 dakika sürüyordu. Odamız çok temizdi, mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey bulunuyordu. Herhangi bir problemimiz ya da ihtiyacımız olduğunda hemen çözüm sağladılar. Bir daha Alanya’ya gidecek olsam yine Saray Apart Otel’de kalırım.

Квартира красивая и просторная. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше. Шкафы только в двух спальнях. Мы были втроем. Это неудобно. Вид из балкона шикарный. Только ради него уже стоит ехать😁 Снизу находится бар с живой музыкой (работает до 03:00 ежедневно). Уснуть раньше этого времени трудно, но с берушами возможно. В первую ночь мы были в шоке, потом привыкли. Даже иногда заходили туда, там все приветливые и адекватные. Если нужна светлая комната, выбирайте первую. Там 2 окна, но больше всего слышна музыка. В третей комнате нет шкафа. Есть балкон, но жалюзи закрыты. Эта комната самая темная, но и самая тихая. Bim и Migros в 5 минутах от дома. Парковки для машины под домом по факту нет. До Клеопатры 12-15 минут. Удобно ходить на пробежку по набережной. Хозяин отзывчивый. Привез нам дополнительный стол. Помог заказать воду. Отвез с вещами к нашим знакомым после выселения. Из пожеланий - новое постельное белье. Если снова будем ехать втроем, то однозначно сюда:)

This place was very nice and clean, very new and has great amenities. Pool and beach are right at the location. Stores and restaurants are also in walkable distance. Everything worked out great with Othman 👍🏼 definitely recommend staying here :)

Emra oli erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi heti yhteydenottoihin. Asunto oli tilava ja juuri sellainen kuin kuvissa. Parveke oli viihtyisä. Uima-allas 28 metriö pitkä, joten siinä pystyi uida matkaa. Pihapiiiri rauhallinen. Bussipysäkeille oli lyhyt matka ja ne kulkivat usein. Internettiyhteys katkesi kahdesti, mutta Emre järjesti asian pikaisesti. Pyykinpesukone meni rikki. Seuraavana päivänä toimitettiin uusi pesukone. Sijainti on hyvä, jos haluaa asua vähän rauhallisemmalla alueella.

Ich habe mich in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist traumhaft gelegen und der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und im Vorfeld wurde alles detailliert beschrieben, so dass die Anreise sehr gut verlief. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung hat mir gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Unit vor Ort war auch absolut positiv hervorzuheben. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, in dieser Ferienwohnung wohnen zu dürfen.

I have been to Side many times but staying in this stone house in the ancient city was a wonderful experience. Located right in the middle of the ancient city, when you look through the bay window you can see Apollo on the right and the sea on the left. All the needs in the house were meticulously considered. There were all the facilities to cook your own meals, even spices and sauces. When we arrived there, Mr. Süleyman immediately offered water and mineral water, which was a small but very kind act of kindness. He was also always very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended. Thank you for everything.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Aussicht. Am Morgen auf der Terrasse Frühstück mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Am Abend das Abendrot über dem Meer bewundern. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Kinder war es super, dass der Spielplatz direkt gegenüber war. Check in und check out haben problems funktioniert und Ferdi war gut erreichbar und hat auf Anregungen oder Fragen direkt reagiert und agiert. wir bedanken uns für die schönen 5 Wochen und wünschen Ferdi alles Gute weiterhin!

İkinci kez geliyoruz, her şey çok düzenli zaten Ömer Bey girişte çok yardımcı oluyor hiç bir sorun yaşamadık.

Kerim’s hjem er super ren og rigtig flot. Der var desuden god plads til os alle en stor familie med 3 store børn. Svømmepool lige udenfor, det samme med stranden ☀️ på bagsiden findes der alle de butikker og restauranter så der er lidt godt til alle. Kerim er nem at kontakte. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet og har lyst til at komme igen. Som beskrivelsen og billederne.
