Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Квартира уютная и чистая. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение квартиры отличное. Рядом много кафе, магазинов, рынок по вторникам, море. Заселение удобное и быстрое. Хозяйка была всегда на связи, и вопросы решались очень быстро. Нам было приятно и комфортно находиться в этой квартире.

Юлия прекрасная хозяйка. Отличная коммуникация. Квартира соответствует описанию и фото. Для проживания и отдыха есть всё необходимое.Прекрасный вид с балкона. Близко от дома магазины, пляж, кафе и т.д. Спасибо за отлично проведенное время!

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

We appreciated it for its calmness and for its facilities such as indoor swimming pool and fitness center. The apartment was confortable and had several useful +s such as washing machine and iron.

Квартира очень комфортная и красивая, 5 минут до пляжа. Посудомойка, хороший матрас и подушки - огромное преимущество для длительного пребывания. Душевая чистая и удобная. Из минусов: лифт, который постоянно ломался, и шумные рестораны рядом. Шум лично нам не мешал, а вот лифт очень напрягал, так как мы отдыхали с ребенком. Надеюсь лифт починят к нашему следующему приезду)) Степан быстро отвечает на сообщения и помогает решить все вопросы

Wir haben uns in Indira's Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt. Es ist eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Barbaros Straße mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen (kleiner Markt direkt unter der Wohnung mit sehr nettem Inhaber, A101 direkt gegenüber), shoppen und Essen. Der Strand ist durch eine Unterführung in 3min zu erreichen. Pool und Sauna waren durch einen Umbau leider nicht zu nutzen, das war uns jedoch auch nicht besonders wichtig. Die Wohnung selber war sauber, die Küche verfügte über alles was man zum kochen benötigt. Die Betten sind gemütlich und der Balkon vorne raus ist schön groß. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Alles in Allem würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

Ich habe mich in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist traumhaft gelegen und der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und im Vorfeld wurde alles detailliert beschrieben, so dass die Anreise sehr gut verlief. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung hat mir gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Unit vor Ort war auch absolut positiv hervorzuheben. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, in dieser Ferienwohnung wohnen zu dürfen.

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Check in war einfach. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen. Negativ Punkte: Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße und bei offener Balkontür ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören. Es gab keine Anleitung zur Kilmaanlage, dementsprechend haben wir sie nicht anständig zu laufen gebracht bekommen Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer

Rigtig fin bolig. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent og pænt. Ümit var nem at kommunikere med. Vi ankom sent og rejste igen midt om natten. Men ind og ud tjekning forløb uden problemer. Lejligheden ligger i et område med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra stranden og midtbyen. Poolen var en smule kold. Og hvis man gerne ville sidde på terrassen var der meget trafik støj. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie og vil helt sikker anbefale at leje hos Ümit. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Sehr schöne und ordentliche Wohnung mit Meerblick. Einziger Nachteil war die dicke Hauptverkehrsstraße .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bulat's Airbnb in Alanya, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The communication with him was excellent; he was always quick to respond and very friendly, making the entire process seamless. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. If I ever find myself in Alanya again, I will undoubtedly choose to book this accommodation once more. Demet’s place was extremely clean and inviting. had beautiful views from the balcony of all the mountains and the sea great place to stay the apartment was wonderful.
