A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e simpática. A casa é bem espaçosa ótima para aproveitar com amigos ou família.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Alen hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alle Räume gezeigt und uns mit vielen Tipps für den Urlaub versorgt. Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Highlight waren unsere Duelle am Tischkicker! Das Haus ist einerseits ruhig und etwas abgelegen gelegen, andererseits sind schöne Badestrände und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Alen als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Park, unter 5 Gehminuten von einem Strand entfernt. Rovinj mit zahlreichen schönen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dazu gibt es noch einen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist besonders für Pärchen sehr gut geeignet und die Kommunikation mit Zora lief problemlos. Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen!

A mezz'ora in auto da Pola e le sue attrazioni, 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e da spiagge per cani e 5 minuti in macchina da Fazana e quindi per le barche verso le isole. Ma soprattutto Host disponibile per qualsiasi cosa (Il vento ha fatto cadere una tenda e dopo poche ore è venuto il padre ad aggiustarla) ed appartamento che ti fa sentire a casa tua!

Mit Meri hatten wir eine wunderbare und freundliche Gastgeberin, die alles tat, um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, stand sie uns immer schnell zur Verfügung. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Besonders der ruhige, große und nicht einsehbare Garten, der uns allein zur Verfügung stand, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Sauberkeit auf sehr gutem Niveau, vergleichbar mit einem Hotel. Auch die Ausstattung war top. Städte wie Pula oder Rovinj sind genauso wie Strände an der Süd- oder Westküste Istriens innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

Wir waren komplett zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat direkt auf unsere Anfrage reagiert - wir hatten kurzfristig am Vortag gebucht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, Kommunikation auf Deutsch war problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Bildern/Beschreibungen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, Fahrradverleih beim Vermieter möglich, alternativ Bikeverleih 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - ca. 15 Minuten. Auch zum Strand kann man gut laufen - ca. 20 Minuten. PKW konnte direkt vor der Wohnung im Hof geparkt werden. Der Pool und der großzügige Bereich um den Pool kann durch alle Wohnparteien genutzt werden. Unsere Wohnung lag direkt an der Durchfahrtstraße, dies war uns aber durch die gelesenen Bewertungen bewußt und hat uns nicht gestört, da die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Čudovita hiša, mirna lokacija. Super za dopust z otroki. V hiši je veliko aktivnosti in pripomočkov za prosti čas. Vzmetnice in vzglavniki so bili udobni. Kljub nizkim temperaturam je bilo v hiši toplo. V kuhinji je vse kar potrebuješ.

Maison à 2,5 km des plages dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Très bien conçue et efficace. Bien équipée. Silvana est très accueillante et réactive.

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen im Haus von Aleksandra. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Pool war super. Aleksandra hat sofort geholfen, wenn man was brauchte und war schnell erreichbar. Die Lage war auch toll. Man konnte zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Haus war sehr sauber und groß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

Victor en zijn familie waren zeer vriendelijk. het appartement was zeer schoon en ideaal voor 2 personen. heerlijk zwembad. perfecte uitvalsbasis om Istrië te ontdekken.

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erg rustige locatie. Prachtige omgeving. Wel wat verder van de kust gelegen, maar daarvoor hadden we dit net gekozen. Voor ons dus een pluspunt. Het zwembad was een meerwaarde voor onze kinderen. Het appartement was erg ruim, zeer goede bedden. We hebben genoten van de vele buitenruimte. Een extra wc-rol was welkom geweest. 1 rol voor 3 dagen/4 personen was een beetje weinig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion de Sandra et sa famille qui vit au dessus du logement. Celui-ci est très calme, bien agencé, la véranda donne sur les arbres et la terrasse est à l'ombre vers 12h. La cuisine est pratique et faire à manger pour 2 est un plaisir. (Le micro-onde nous a très peu manqué car il y a assez de casseroles) La région est agréable, on peut aller marcher en altitude vers Poklon quand il fait chaud (7° de moins qu'en bas)les chemins et petites routes sont à l'ombre de la forêt! Tous niveaux. L'ambiance des nombreuses plages est familiale, beaucoup d'enfants et de bébés, il y a souvent des arbres et elles sont à l'ombre des montagnes vers 17h, c'est super. L'eau y est chaude et très claire car pas de sable, c'est incroyable de pouvoir nager des heures au milieu de centaines de poissons. N'oubliez pas votre tuba! Nous sommes enchantés de ce 1er séjour en Croatie, nous espérons revenir un jour chez Sandra

Stanza confortevole con bagno privato. Prezzo adeguato. Posizione non vicinissima al centro di Parenzo, ma in ogni caso comoda per chi si muove in auto.

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! Thank you Nenad en Sanja! (And grandparents!) We had the best of times here. From the second we arrived to some cold beers in the fridge, which were quickly put to good use, to the ninja grill we all want to buy now. Thanks for letting us be a rowdy bunch of university boys. Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sobald es etwas gab, haben Damir und seine Frau immer sehr schnell reagiert. Es ist ein gemütliches kleines Apartment mit einer wunderschönen Veranda mit Blick auf den Olivenhain. So kann man an Abenden noch ein bisschen Brot mit Olivenöl essen. Die Lage ist Wirklich super. Man kann direkt von dem Apartment in die wunderschöne Stadt Rovinj laufen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen und können das Apartment ausnahmslos empfehlen.
