Very clean and bright apartment in a great location.

Gorans Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und war exakt so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Zwar liegt die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Porec, mit dem Auto waren Strand und Altstadt aber in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und eignet sich daher perfekt für Familien. Goran war während der gesamten Zeit stets für uns erreichbar und gab uns einige gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Thank you for having us at Daniela's and Denis appartement, it was extremely nice, clean and near the city centre and the beach. We also appreciated the private parking space and the proximity to EV charge station. The appartement is on the first floor and offers everything you need from Kitchen and bathroom suppliances and have a cozy balcony to enjoy your meals outside. Important to note for those having children: the shared washing and drying machines are available at entrance. We have really enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%. Spécial thanks for Daniela and Denis for their attention and welcome gifts !

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in Daijas Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Sie bot allen Komfort: In der Natur gelegen, den Pool als Erfrischung nach Ausflügen und fußläufig gelegen zur kleinen, entzückenden Stadt Bale. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Darija ist superfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen toll unterstützt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Ana. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Ruhe auf der kleinen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume im Garten genießen. Dank Klimaanlage konnte man sich bei den heißen Temperaturen drinnen sehr gut zurückziehen. Die Lage war für uns super. Innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto war man am Hundestrand und in der Stadt, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, el precio es muy justo, es muy grande y cómodo. Esta equipado y cerca de todo. Realmente todo le que dicen es verdad, lo recomiendo. Es silencioso, solo se escucha un poco a los vecinos porque los pisos son antiguos, pero realmente no molesta para nada. Lo unico que hay que tener en cuenta son los 4 pisos por escalera, pero en el centro histórico es muy común que esto sea asi, si podes subir escaleras alquilalo sin dudarlo.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Katarina ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft zählte zu den schönsten, die ich jemals über Airbnb hatte.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (1,3,12)) im August für eine Woche in Porec. Davors Unterkunft bot einen überdachten Parkplatz direkt am Haus, perfekt. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang haben wir ins in den zwei klimatisierten Zimmern eingerichtet. Die Küche im angrenzenden Esszimmer bot alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigen. Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche, nur das warme Wasser wollte nicht immer so wie wir. 😜 Zu Fuß ist echt alles in der Nähe, Bäcker, Shopping, alles da. Ansonsten 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, großes Shopping Angebot. Ebenso SB Wäscherei, Car Wash, alles in nicht Mal 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für E-Auto Besitzer empfehle ich den Lidl Parkplatz zum Laden! Das Meer ist in 10-15 Gehminuten zu erreichen, die Wohnung bietet eicht eine tolle Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, trotz Straßenlage war der Verkehr nie störend bzw. nicht zu hören. Die Nächte ruhig, unter Tag war die Klimaanlage super. Davors Wohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter! ❤️

Natasa heeft ontzettend veel moeite gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn als mogelijk te maken. Het verblijf was goed schoon en er werden diensten aangeboden die niet vanzelfsprekend zijn voor een accommodatie. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en baddoeken werden (op aanvraag) schoon aangeboden. Bij aankomst werden wij onthaald met lokale wijnen en taartjes en gedurende het verblijf kregen wij nog lekkers aangeboden door Natasa. Kortom heeft ze er alles aan gedaan om ons een top vakantie te bezorgen.

Kuća u malo i mirnom selu, točno onakva kakva je na slikama, uredna, domaćinska, ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak plus bazen i jacuzzi za opuštanje. Iako nas Lara nije mogla dočekati, ostavila nam je ključ te nareske u hladnjaku da se poslužimo. Uvijek odgovara na poruke te je izrazito ljubazna i susretljiva. Tko traži mir, daleko od gradske vreve i gužve a opet je na 10ak minuta od mora, topla preporuka za Larinu kuću u Bartićima

Schönes Haus mit super Lage und Features wie zB Grilllounge oder den Terrassen. Aussicht ist grandios (aber keine direkte Sonne mehr ab dem späten Nachmittag). Die Wohnungen sind in einem super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Werner, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps parat bezüglich Restaurants usw. Ein paar Punkte, speziell bei großen Gruppen: Das Haus steht sehr nah an einheimischen Nachbarn und somit gibts schnell mal Probleme (v.a. Lautstärke). Natürlich absolut nachvollziehbar, dass die Nachbarn auch ihre Ruhe wollen besonders wenn stets größere Gruppen da sind aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung konkret stehen. Leider auch keinerlei Beleuchtung auf den Terrassen oder den Outdoorbereichen. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der Werner fast jeden Morgen vorbei kommt und sich um die Pflanzen /den Pool kümmert, wenn man das als Mieter nicht übernimmt. Hat uns nicht gestört aber manche empfinden das vielleicht als unangenehm. Fazit: schönes Anwesen für ruhige Urlauber

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! Vielen lieben Dank!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

Prijetno okolje. Sama nastanitev zelo čisto,svetlo. V apartmaju so nas pričakale sveže brisače, prijetna posteljnina,kuhinjski serveti, vse za osebno higieno. Kuhinja velika moderna založena z vso mogočo posodo. Z lahkoto bi priporočila apartma tudi svojim prijateljem. Hvala gostiteljici.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt an diesem ruhigen und malerischen Ort. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch – sie haben uns zwischendurch sogar frische Tomaten aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, trotzdem hat es seinen historischen Charm behalten. Der Garten war fast den ganzen Tag angenehm schattig, was perfekt für die heißen Tage war. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und kommen gerne wieder.

A really amazing location. The view of the farm and valley from the apt is dreamy. Franko and Milena were friendly and helpful. We happened to be there as they were harvesting olives and making their olive oil. A great experience. Izola is very close and fun. We explored Koper as well - many winding back streets and shops once you delve in. Piran is beautiful. We rented bikes in Potoroz and rode the sea wall to Piran. A truly magical place. One thing to note: the road up to the farm is very narrow and one lane. We often had to back up and find a driveway to back into to allow other cars to pass by. We took it very slow and it was fine. The view from the road is INCREDIBLE!

I loooooove the apartment, it is absolutely fantastic!! Susy and her son, Francesco are absolutely wonderful, kind, super friendly and caring hosts. 🙏🏼 They gave me great tipps where to eat, what to visit... The apartment is close to the center of Triest , yet it is quiet and the terrace 🤩 It´s the second time i visited Triest and booked Susy´s apartment and I'm sure, it won't be the last. Thank you for a wonderful time. 🌸

A beautiful apartment just a few feet from the “walking only” street, that had lots of cafe’s, stores , restaurants and bars! Still quiet at night. We were able to walk everywhere, and loved the mixture of parks, the marina, as well as older houses! Definitely recommend this apartment if you plan a trip!

Abbiamo fatto una scelta bellissima. Alloggio funzionale, comodo, accogliente situato in pieno centro a Trieste a pochi passi da P.zza Unità d'Italia e dai luoghi più importanti da visitare. Ricco di locali dove poter mangiare sia uno spuntino veloce che un vero e proprio pranzo. Da non trascurare: la fermata del bus 24 che ti porta dalla stazione centrale proprio a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Donatella è una host fantastica

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Our experience at Caterina’s apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place was even better than expected – very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom had everything we needed, even the small details that make a stay comfortable. Caterina herself was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made everything smooth and easy. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
