Mocha was so incredibly friendly and kind throughout our stay :) We're super thankful to have had the chance to stay here- the walks to the station in the morning were truly a highlight of our trip!

I highly recommend this place for a long stay! It’s really close to the train and Akiko is an amazing host. She handled all our needs and even gave us some great recommendations for places to see the Sakura blossoms! It has everything you need and more and even supplies for cooking so you don’t have to eat out all the time.

第二次来葛饰住了，很喜欢这里，非常有烟火气的一个地方。 民宿的地理位置很优越，有很多好吃的小饭馆和熟食店，到哪里都很方便，离地铁站很近，大概5分钟就能到达。 自助入住很便捷，房间干净宽敞，家居生活用品都很齐全，房间外就是厨房，自己可以做饭吃。 总体居住体验很不错～

住咗四晚嘅體驗感覺非常之好，仲抵住過五星級酒店，值得推介，下次再嚟東京一定會揀返依間👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was a comfortable stay. Very close to the railway station- just a minute away. Convenient store is right in front of the facility and open 24*7. The place was very well organised but I found that the carpets on the floor needed more cleaning and scrubbing as I found hair strands in every area. Kitchen was maintained well and all the cutlery and vessels were provided in good numbers. I had enjoyed my stay at the facility.

신주쿠 시부야 같은 곳과 거리는 꽤 있지만 너무너무 쾌적하고 무엇보다 너무 넓어서 좋았습니다. 호스트는 저를 신경써 주었고 친절 했습니다.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! What we appreciated the most are: Excellent communication – The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. Clear instructions – Everything was well explained, making it easy to navigate the place. Comfortable bed – The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Clean and well-equipped – The place was spotless, and all the essentials were available, including cookware, bathroom necessities, and even a washing machine, which was a real gem! Great location – Strategically located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. If there’s one small improvement, it would be adding a dining table, which could make meals more convenient. But overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay! The host is very helpful & responsive.. The 3 storey house is just nice for our group of 9! with total of 5 teens & kids. I believe the host has done a very good job with the house layout and condition to ensure that the guests are comfortable. What i love most is the host paid attention to every details. The overall house is clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice beds and comforters, has 2 showers & 2 toilet, towels n bedsheets are clean and quite new. The heater (purifier & carpet) is good to have 👍🏻 The washer n dryer are our life saving too 😄. Overall very satisfied and may come back again. Thank you Satoki!! 🫶🏻🌸

คุ้มค่ามากๆสะอาดมีเครื่องซักผ้าอบผ้าและเคริ่องปรุงอุปกรณ์ครัวใกล้สถานีรถไฟและสวนสาธารณะ

Great location! The place was exactly what we needed for a family of four that needed a quick access to the subway. Is a bit small like most places in Tokyo, but was perfect for us. The host was great at communication and very helpful with all our questions. Place was really clean and in a quiet nice neighborhood

Taka and Tomo's house in Kasai was a great place to stay for families. We are a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children under 10) and the house felt surprisingly comfortable, clean and spacious for us. However, the stairs are very steep, no good for people who have weak knees. The house is 7 mins walk to the station and less than 50 mins by bus from narita airport and 20 mins by bus to Disneyland which was, again, surprisingly convenient with children! Bus turned out to the our preferred method of transport when travel with children and luggage in Tokyo. You can get everything from a walking distance, supermarket, 711, Lawson, pharmacy etc etc. Host communication was also great and check in was super easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Taka & Tomo's house and recommend this to families or a bigger group !

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟและที่เช่ารถ อาจมีเสียงรถไฟผ่านบ้างแต่ก็ไม่ได้รบกวนมาก พักสบายและสงบ เหมาะสำหรับคนไม่ชอบเข้าเมือง เพราะอยู่ห่างจากชิบุย่า ชินจุกุประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง

目の前に拡がる海が最高でした！また利用させていただきたいです。
