The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

Tolles, neues Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Gute Ausstattung und wohnliche Einrichtung. Bei 36° Außentemperatur war die Wohnung dankenswerter Weise mit suffizienten, modernen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Trogir und die Promenade erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In der Hochsaison ist die Parkplatzsuche evtl. etwas abenteuerlich. Direkt bei der Unterkunft war dies nicht möglich, öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe schlagen mit 15 Euro/d zu Buche. Hierfür empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der App "BMove", da die alten Automaten nur Hartgeld nehmen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch recht späte Check-In-Zeit von 16 Uhr, zumal man um 10 Uhr wieder draußen sein soll.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour L'appartement est superbe et agréable. Proche du centre ville à pieds, de la mer, ainsi que des restaurants. Quand à son hôte, très accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons apprécier également son aide lors d'un problème avec notre véhicule Je recommande à 100%

L'appartement de Ivica est vraiment super pour un séjour à Split, A seulement 2-5 min à pied de la vielle ville, l'endroit est très calme et charmant. Avoir un Logement avec une place de parque en plein centre de Split est vraiment un atout. Ivica et son frère ont été d'excellents hôtes. Je recommande vivement!

Beautiful view from the balcony. A nice clean place. But a lot of stairs!

We fully enjoyed our stay with this host. The place was amazing and exactly like what it was described to be. Josipa was amazing and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and pieces of advice about how to spend our little vacation in Split. The place was very clean, very modern and equipped with everything in order to make you feel right at home. I would fully recommend this place to anyone interested in spending some time in Split. Très grand logement avec beaucoup de chambres et de lits séparés. Il y a une piscine sur le toit et non pas un hot-tub. Piscine trop froide pour se détendre. Hôte et co-hote super sympathique

Ines was wonderful from start to finish! We felt very welcome, had access to the pool downstairs and just felt right at home from the start! Ines was very understanding when we asked to leave a little later due to a late flight and did more than enough to accommodate us. 10/10, if I was returning to split I’d love to stay here again!

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect apartment! Right by lots of lovely restaurants (Cicibela food and wine bar was our favourite) and the marina. Walking distance to Diocletian’s Palace and the main attractions. Apartment was as described, clean and spacious for a couple. Would recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Main center in walking distance. Pool was heated and was warm enough for the end of October. Little shop 5 mins walk and main center was about 15 minutes walk. Transfer was arranged to and from the airport for us by the host, this was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place! The bed was very comfortable, we had access to a thin bedding but also a thick blanket, the bathroom was clean, there was enough hot water for 2 people, everything we needed for making dinner was available in the kitchen part. Air conditioning was working very well. The commute was easy, around 15 min of walk to beautiful beach, supermarkets and stores nearby. Would highly recommend this place to everybody!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Kristina et Mario! L’appartement est bien agencé et assez spacieux pour 7 personnes avec une très belle terrasse. La piscine est très agréable avec un salon de jardin à l’ombre en plus des transats. Niveau localisation la proximité avec Trogir et l’aéroport de Split est très pratique sans pour autant être gêné par les avions. Pour la circulation il est préférable dans cette zone de Croatie de privilégier un petit véhicule car le stationnement peut être compliqué dans les zones touristiques et les rues des petites villes croates peuvent être à double sens en étant assez étroites et pentues ( ce qui est normal dans cette zone géographique) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, merci beaucoup Kristina pour votre accueil!

Fin lägenhet med gångavstånd till allt vi kunde önska. På 15 minuter kan man gå inom ett välsorterad supermarket, gott bageri och stannat till för lite färska bär eller frukt. I lägenheten fanns allt vi kunde önska. Ett välutrustat kök och stor tillgång till handdukar. Lägenheten är perfekt som utgångspunkt för utflykt både till havs och på land. Åker gärna hit igen!

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Our group of 5 had a great time! The property is clean, large and in an awesome location! The building was tucked away but close enough for a ton of walking to Diocletian’s Palace, the Green Market and the Harbor. It was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels and bathroom essentials and we loved the balconies. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone to stay here if they are in Split! Dune was responsive, communicative and available for any questions. Check in and check out were easy and there even was a welcome gift of wine and cookies. All the little touches, the cleanliness, the location and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made this place wonderful! Thanks again!!!

Pobyt uważam za udany. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone bardzo dobrze, głównie jeśli chodzi o przybory kuchenne. Lokalizacja jest także w porządku, można znaleźć bez problemu dojazd do Split i Trogir. Samo miasteczko Kastel Novi, nie jest turystyczne więc za bardzo się tam nic nie dzieje. Lotnisko jest położone bardzo blisko więc cały czas słychać przelatujące samoloty dosłownie nad ogrodem. Może to być problem dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Właścicielka jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna, ale minusem jest fakt, że jej mieszkanie znajduje się nad wynajmowanym.
