房子的位置离海滩很近，步行十分钟左右，周围有711便利店、咖啡厅、餐厅，房屋整洁且每天都有打扫。当然还有十几只可爱的猫猫，每次回到房子都很治愈。房东大哥非常友好，给了很多中肯的旅行建议，整体居住体验很好，值得推荐给大家

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Trotz des ganzen Trubels hat man Ruhe dort. Man muss ca. 10 min Zufluss laufen um ins Geschehen zu kommen z.B Bangla Road etc. aber man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es nur paar min. Aber man hat das Meer trotzdem direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr schön! Einzige negative, wir dachten wir hätten ein Balkon da es so auf den Bildern aussah jedoch war es doch keiner nur ein Gerüst von draußen. Und leider hatte der Pool wegen arbeiten 2 Tage geschlossen. Ansonsten alles top! Zimmer war immer sauerer und das Personal war super nett! Nur zu empfehlen!

This is a very lovely apartment. Me and my cat were happy to stay there. Hosts would help you with anything you need. The place is quiet and you can eat a lot of Thai and western food around. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. Definitely recommend.

The is was the best place we stayed in Thailand in our 3 week trip. Penjamas’s place was beautiful, clean and great location for all you could want in Old town Phuket. We felt right at home at her place as she made us feel instantly comfortable additionally providing complimentary coffee each morning which was a win!!! Thank you so much for our lovely stay xx

Very nice stay, away from the crowded street and peaceful although you need to walk up the hill to get there :) The room was super clean!

Hotelkwaliteit tegen airbnb prijzen en daarnaast de meest vriendelijke mensen. Als je het niet erg vind om eet opties buiten de deur te vinden dan kan ik het 200% aanraden!! Alles wat je nodig hebt is binnen 10 minuten te voet te bereiken.

Rainny ist wirklich eine sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Das Zimmer war super, alles war sauber und die Klimaanlage und das WLAN haben sehr gut funktioniert. Über den Verkehrslärm hat sie uns vorher informiert, das war für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem. 3 min Fußweg war ein seveneleven und in etwa 10-15min gelangte man in die Innenstadt.

This is a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service!

penjamas is a very lovely host! she is very helpful in responding to questions and overall just a genuine and kind person! the airbnb was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable. The area is also great as it is next to the old phuket town which has a lot of exploring to do! overall it was a great experience and if i do come back to phuket i would come back! thanks penjamas!!

We enjoyed our stay so much and extended few more days. Clean spacious interconnecting rooms with kettles, tvs, Fridge, good working airconditioning. The unit does not come with a kitchenette, but restuarant staff always willing to warm our food.

J’ai passé un séjour au top, et c’est sur que je reviendrai l’année prochaine, merci beaucoup. En partant j’avais oublié une paire de chaussures dans la chambre et grâce à la réactivité de l’hôte ma copine a pu aller les récupérer. Merci beaucoup et à l’année prochaine ✨

Замечательный отель с котами, живу здесь второй месяц! Комфортно, уютно и тихо. В отеле нет вечеринок и можно спокойно жить, работать и спать. В комнате есть стиральная машинка, большой холодильник и хороший файвай с удобным рабочим местомю Отелем доволен, рекомендую!

Enchanting is an understatement for the 16 beautiful cats, coupled with owners who are not only approachable but incredibly understanding. The room's pristine cleanliness and the well-maintained washroom added to the charm. Affordable bike rentals were an extra perk, and the in-room washer proved to be a cool touch. Highly recommend this place; our stay was nothing short of fantastic!

You get what you pay for in the overpriced tourist hub and it was definetly worth the price. Great location, close to everything. Also host reguraly asks if you need anything. AC was quite loud to sleep with, but I had earplugs. Few bugs here and there.
