Rattiya's place was the highlight of our trip! We watched the elephants everyday from her beautiful outdoor terrace. Listening to them eat and trumpet was incredible. It's the first thing my wife talks about when people ask us about our Thailand vacation and her eyes light up like the 4th of July every single time! Rattiya was the perfect host!

Super fed lejlighed! Vi havde nogle rigtige gode dage i patong! Udsigten er det hele værd hvor til du så for en super fed lejlighed med nogle alt for blæret rum hvor man kan trække sig tilbage når man gerne vil være alene! Køkkenet passes os perfekt og Sue var perfekt hun gjord en dyd ud af hun ikke blev set og var rigtig dejlig at snakke med! Bedre stuepige kan man vist ikke få….dejligt der blev fyldt vand og cola op hverdag så man slap for at købe det med hjem fra byen….Vil gerne takke Patrik af hjertet! Jeg kommer igen! Mange tak fordi vi måtte låne din bolig ✌🏻mvh Stefan

Mew is a Wonderful Host and was very responsive at the majority of times whether it’s morning or night! The location of the Property was great, if you are on foot it can be a trek to the Beach but if you have transport it’s only minutes away! (Taxi is sub 100 Baht [Cheap] ) The property is lovely and spacious, more than good enough. We may be returning very shortly!

This place is a hidden gem. Clean, spacious, quiet and peaceful. It looked exactly as in the pictures. Pim was very helpful throughout the stay & very accommodative. Worth every penny spend. The only downside is the house is up the hill. So, not walkable up & down at all but getting tuk tuk or Grab was not an issue throughout. Just cater that discomfort but otherwise everything was super great. will stay here again.

Квартира была чистой, есть всё необходимое. Расположение отличное - по дороге до моря есть все необходимые магазины и ресторанчики. Бассейн - отдельное удовольствие! Он достаточно большой, чистый, есть душ и туалет. Я могу посоветовать это жильё на все 100% и если приеду вновь в Пхукет, выберу этот вариант.

Our stay at this home was nothing short of wonderful. We booked last-minute, late at night, and checked in right away. Despite the late hour, the host responded incredibly fast and was extremely helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. The house itself is immaculately clean, with warm and inviting décor that makes it feel just like home. It has everything you could possibly need—every convenience thoughtfully provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, basic seasonings, and even complimentary snacks and drinks. We especially loved the refillable water station, which made it easy for our group to stay hydrated without worry. The laundry area is well-equipped with a washing machine, drying racks, and an iron. The living room features a large TV and seamlessly connects to the dining area, where there’s even a high chair for little ones—such a thoughtful touch!

Schöne geräumige Unterkunft. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sehen leider nicht sonderlich gut aus, aber mit einer Decke darüber ist es kein Problem. Jeweils ein Bad am Schlafzimmer ist sehr praktisch. Grosse Terrasse Sehr sauber alles und während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Nähe zum Meer nur über die Strasse. Trotzdem ruhig abends. Sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This is my 6th stay at the Icon Park. Excellent location close to the beach and 3 major grocery stores. Friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

James place is brand new and looks exactly like the pictures. The building has been in use since around September, 2024 and you can tell. The gym, massage chairs and pool are all fantastic. If you get good at getting food and drinks delivered, like with the Grab app, James place becomes a very nice place to stay. Grab ended up delivering anything we wanted on the first floor table right below our room and this was for us a huge help. You want anything like fancy coffee’s to start the day or a nice meal for cheap, this is a good combo with this room and almost makes this place seem like an all-inclusive. We packed a lot of clothes, but with the set up of the washer in the kitchen and being able to dry the clothes right outside on the balcony, we did not need to bring as much clothing as we did. There is a 711 next door if you need any items at the last minute. We had a car and James quickly got us a parking pass for it since the office left a note on our car about it. Thank you James!

Lat is a wonderful host. She went the extra mile for us twice during our visit. One is the a/c units broke down during our stay and she had a new one installed within 24 hours. Way above expectations! The condo is not new but is extremely good value. Lots of character in the building an$ the neighborhood. Not too close to beaches or downtown, but for older explorers like us it was a terrific home base. It’s centrally located and with GRAB we found that we could get anywhere very reasonably. The pool is beautiful and not crowded. You can find most everything that you might need within walking or short cab ride away. In closing, not a 4 or 5 star, but as first time visitors to the area and with a budget for a very long stay we were more than satisfied. Lat really is a super host!

Sam was a gracious host and very responsive to questions with great suggestions as well. The place was exactly as described and worked perfectly for what I was looking for. I will consider this place for future stays as well.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Toss! Seine Mama hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles wichtige gezeigt! Die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles war in einem TOP Zustand. Allgemein die Anlage war super modern und die Community sehr entspannt. wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.☺️

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

Mike was extremely responsive in all of our communications. He would literally respond within 10 minutes to every text I sent and he was a wealth and treasure trove of local knowledge. And I sent him 100’s of texts with lots of questions. :) From night markets to water parks - Mike was very helpful in planning our family vacation. His communication and hands on helpfulness is what sets his condo apart from any other experience online. Everything was great about the house! Comfortable AC + a nice pool + a full kitchen made it a great stay. You have great access to all the best restaurants without being in the party party area of Patong!

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Last but not least, it was great dealing with Cory as well. I will make sure to book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

I can't recommend Claude and Olga's apartment enough. I think it is one of the best experiences I had on Airbnb, since the apartment precisely matched the description, had everything that can be needed for a long-term stay (I mean, everything, down to oil and salt for cooking, a toaster and a blender) and was filled with multiple little touches that created a cozy atmosphere. The condominium complex is also nicely run, however the gym could be bigger :)

It's ok, not perfect but it's the same as the rest of the accommodation of others in this condo. I bought a parking sticker with my own money at the office(500 baht for a month). No washing machine. The windows face outside, not the courtyard with the pool. You can find nearby accommodation for 100$ cheaper, but with a separate fee for utilities. You will still end up paying about $100 extra per month for utilities and the price per month will be the same.
