We very like the house and its location. It’s located in a quiet area, far away from tourist places. Mostly locals live here. I like to walk with my cat at night outside, calm and quiet space, there are nature noises. You should get a car or motorbike or at least a bicycle because it takes a lot of time to get to the street on foot, where laundries/groceries/hairdressers are placed. By the way, there is a good market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price. Vala is a pleasant and responsive person, she helped us with a transfer from the airport. When we arrived, there were cold mineral water and snacks. Generally, I would highly recommend this place for people, who want to live in a calm place.

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll und gerade für eine Familie passend. Alles ist gut zu erreichbar und vieles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein toller lässt sich nicht weit von der Unterkunft auch mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Befand sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Auch immer für Tipps oder Hilfe zur Verfügung.

Pobyt na tomto ubytovaní bol náš posledný v Thajsku a bol úžasný. Hostitelka bola veľmi príjemná a ochotná, poradila nám so všetkým čo sme potrebovali. Odporúčam toto ubytovanie, určite by som sa tam ešte vrátila ❤️

Had a great time at Ann's place, great location and very close to lots of great restaurants and the beach! Ended up paying around 900 baht for the electricity for the 4 nights we stayed there which seemed reasonable since we used the aircon a lot (it was very hot!). Would highly recommend to anyone!

The accommodation is truly unique and amazing. One of a kind. It was the gem in the crown of our amazing holiday. Joy was super helpful every single day and felt like family. We hope to be back!

The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

Отдыхали здесь семьей с детьми, остались довольны. Фотографии и описание соответствуют действительности. Кухня оснащена бытовой техникой и большим набором посуды, это удобно для тех, кто любит готовить, рядом находятся продуктовые магазины и рынки, где можно купить все, что нужно. Елена всегда на связи и помогает решить вопросы, связанные с жильем, шопингом и пр. Удобное бесконтактное заселение в любое время суток. Понравилось, что вилла находится в закрытом охраняемом ЖК, где нет посторонних и очень тихо. Бассейн разделен на две зоны - можно купаться даже с очень маленькими детьми.

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Bee was easy to work with and communicated well

The aparthotel was located in an extremely prime location, with a tons of restaurants outside and just a 5 minute walk from famous streets. It was also extremely close to the beach and provides beach towels. The staff were all very helpful and friendly towards queries and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only feedback I have is that the walls may be slightly thin so you can kind of hear the outside of the room otherwise, it was a perfect stay and I will definitely come back next time!! Thank you anton!!
