Wir haben uns etwas gewundert über einzelne sehr negative Bewertungen in letzter Zeit. Einige Punkte daraus waren: Klimaanlage: Hat bei unserem Aufenthalt einwandfrei funktioniert Dusche: Funktionierte einwandfrei Sauberkeit: Das Apartment war sauber. Wer einen sterilen Operationssaal erwartet, ist allerdings dort und in allen anderen uns bekannten Apartments falsch. Man sollte sich allerdings vor Buchung bewusst sein, was man bucht: Lage: Für unsere Bedürfnisse angenehm ruhig mit tollem Blick auf den tropischen Wald. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass der Ortskern, Bars, Restaurants und Strände etc. ca. 1,5-2km entfernt sind. Ein Auto oder Scooter ist empfehlenswert. Treppen: Für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen wenig geeignet, da rd. 40 Treppenstufen ohne Aufzug zu bewältigen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Beata war sehr angenehm.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is close to the beach, lots of restaurants and different things to do. The place is roomy and was more than enough for our family of three. Cliff, the owner, was very helpful and responsive to all our needs and requests.

Had a great stay here, the actual accommodation matched the description and the host was very responsive to all our queries. Pros: 1. Very clean and tidy place 2. Easy check in 3. Very responsive host 4. Building had great security 5. Great swimming pool Cons: 1. Not exactly a con but a bit far from the main walking street although still completely walkable. 2. The flat was slightly smaller than expected but can easily accommodate 3 adults. Overall definitely recommend and look forward to visit again sometime.

Best owner, very helpful. The apartement is very good, stable and quick WIFI, we had a kitchen, so you can cook. swimming pool and gym at the first floor. Very quiet, secluded, spacious and comfortable living space. Mountain living as it should be. Beautiful! Not close to the beach, but that’s the point... Hourly shuttles are provided to the beach or town, and motorcycle rentals are easy and inexpensive. Wonderful blend of proximity to the beach while providing peace and quiet! Access to two good gyms and three beautiful pools. Recommended!

Stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in excellent condition. Exactly as seen in the photos. Majestic views of the Mountains from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Listen to the birds singing in the morning. Junaid and his team are very good hosts and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and fast internet. Nice black out curtains throughout. Excellent 55” TV with Netflix and reclining sofas. Great 20 meter lap pool. Nice gym and other smaller pool. 45 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Light sleepers my be awaken at 5:30 a.m. by the local Mosque - call to prayer. Highly recommend to everyone. Five star Hosts and Condo !

goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding! mooi schoon zwembad !! vanalles te doen op loop afstand. loop het apartement uit en er zijn genoeg restaurantjes, salons cafés enzovoort. maar snachts geen last van lawaai!! er is vanalles aanwezig in het apartement; strijkijzer, föhn, boodschappentassen, keuken spullen, handoeken enzovoort.

An amazing stay! The pool is so convenient and a fun area to hangout, the TVs are awesome to watch Netflix at night and the bed is so spacious! Will definitely be back

The place is very comfortable and cozy, excellent location 7/11 and pharmacy is 3min, mall is 7-9 min walk. Sean is also very responsive and helpful. The condo itself clean, hygienic and provides a very comfortable environment for kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much, will come again. Its 5/5 place and host

Luliia’s was clean, spacious one bedroom apartment. We had an issue with the AC, but the host was responsive and got it fixed as early as they could. Definitely a good place to stay.

Alle Zimmer sind top! besonders lobenswert ist der Vermieter Benoit, er ist der Beste Vermieter den ich über Jahre kennengelernt habe! sehr freundlich aufgestellt und zuvorkommend. It’s a good place for a family retreat. Place is clean and maintained. Housekeeping will come in every 3 days I believe. Within the compounds, there’s a pool, sauna and jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. House is spacious is convenient. Thank you Viktor for hosting
