Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Ein wunderschöner grüner und ruhiger Rückzugsort in Colombo. Trotzdem noch gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden ( wer das möchte ;) ) Channa ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Host. Er hat mir sehr gute Empfehlungen ausgesprochen.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Irushi and Kumar are fantastic hosts. Their place is cozy, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Both are excellent communicators and very responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend their place to anyone.

was a fantastic place and nikola and benjamin were super helpful.. the spotlessly clean house was in the middle of the city with many eateries and tourist attractions nearby.. bathroom mats weren't provided by Benjamin responded to all our requests promptly and attended to them. will highly recommend this place..

Absolutely loved this place—it felt like home! Everything was spotless, and the co-host was incredibly helpful with quick communication. The location was convenient, safe, and perfect for my stay. I truly enjoyed every aspect of it and will definitely be coming back.

The view of the beach from the room and living room was breath taking! kitchen was well equipped. We had no difficulty what so ever during the entire stay. We stayed in multiple resorts and hotels in Sri Lanka. This was hands down one of the best stays we stayed in.

We will definitely stay with Shyamala again. We recommend her place to anyone who travels to Colombo. It’s very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to a fantastic shopping centre that has everything you need. The apartment is fully furnished and plenty of room. Courtesy ride to and from shops, gym or join several fitness classes as I did at the club house. Shyamala was very responsive to any of our messages no matter the time of the day and she always checked up on us if we were ok. It my first trip to Colombo but we pick the right place to stayed that felt like home. Thank you for having us and hope to stay with you sometime in the near future.

This is one of the most well equipped Airbnb's in Colombo. I have stayed in many Airbnb's in Sri Lanka and I would rate this in the top 3. I would definitely stay here again if it is free when I am back. The host is very flexible and helpful. The location is great, the unit is in the Twin Peaks building complex. Across the road there is a super market, Barista cafe and a great bakery and restaurant. Within 4 mins of walking there is another big mall (City Center complex) and there is a supermarket there as well. The internet was stable and as fast as it will get in Sri Lanka (300-400ms roundtrip ping), was adequate to get work done and video conferences. Fully equipped kitchen and the host is very generous with supplies (tea, sugar, milk, fruits etc).

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.
