"Virgabaļos" kopā ar ģimeni pavadījām lieliskas trīs dienas Ziemassvētku noskaņās. Māja bija jauki izrotāta ar eglīti un gaismiņām, viesistabā piedzīvojām ģimenisku kopābūšanas sajūtu, gatavojot svētku maltīti. Mājai bija raksturīgs sanatnīgs interjers ar interesantām, rūpīgi izstrādātām detaļām. Novērtējām ar rokām veidoto kokmateriālu tekstūru un izmantojumu. Ļoti izbaudījām kublu, smaržīgo pirti un iespēju atvēsināties ledusaukstā dīķī. Pirtsmājā skaisti izbūvēta atpūtas telpa, kur pēc pirts baudījām uz ugunskura pagatavotu zupu. Paldies saimniekiem par rūpīgi un radoši izveidotu brīvdienu māju! Lieliski pavadījām laiku.

I made a short notice booking for Dzintars’s cabin. Something happened to the booking and a misunderstanding occurred. Dzintars and his family was very understanding and very quickly prepared everything for me as they were not aware of my arrival. I’m so grateful for their help, hospitality and understanding. They even gifted me a box of chocolate to make up for it, which was such a nice gesture even though it was a honest misunderstanding. The cabin itself is located very close to the city centre. I really enjoyed my time there and had a great rest after a couple of busy days in the beautiful city Cēsis. I can recommend this Airbnb and I wish Dzintars and his family a great summer.

Fabulous stay! Exceeded expectations! Would recommend!!

Thanks to Juris and his family we had a nice stay at the basement of their home. They offer a Sauna too but we did not stay long enough to enjoy it. We took a boat ride down Salaca ricer with Lacu laivas some 25km north on the road. Also you can visit the red sandstone cliffs on the beach called Veczemu klintis. Just follow the dust road and keep right until you reach the camping site on the coast. Remember to close the doors, if you dont want to catch mosquitoes inside.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed this place. Everything was just perfect, corresponding to the description.

Peacefull and quiet place in Saulkrasti

der Aufenthalt war prima. Die Hütte ist super um für kurze oder lange Zeit komplett abzuschalten & dem stressigen Alltag zu entfliehen. Es gibt einige coole Wanderungen/Trails in der Nähe & der Strand ist direkt ums Eck. Die Unterkunft war blitzeblank sauber & lädt zum gemeinsamen kochen ein. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

A great place if you're looking for a secluded, spacious location on a seaside. We barely saw any neighbors. The property itself is huge, with direct access to a beautiful beach. The house is rather spacious and beautifully renovated, looks just like the photos. We were looking for a pristine place in the wilderness and it was exactly that. We had a great friends and family reunion. Couple of things to note: - there's only one bathroom inside, so with more than 6-7 people it may start being an issue. There's an outhouse available - the 10km or so to the house is an unpaved road that gets rather rutted over last 3km. You'd be challenged if taking a low sedan there (although that's what we did, just have to drive very carefully). SUV is recommended. - there were a lot of mosquitoes and horse flies in early July. Bring a bug spray if it's the season.
