My husband and I have stayed in these Condos/Hotel in the past and fell in love with it our first trip to Kaua’i. We had to come back and luckily found it a lot cheaper on Airbnb. We also thought the unit through Airbnb was even nicer. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The pool and hot tubs are amazing, fun, and refreshing, especially after hiking all day. The location is also perfect for exploring the island because you are right in the middle. There is a convenient grocery, Starbucks and Rosses you can walk to across the street. Tons of restaurants with impressively good food. If we come back to Kaua’i again, we wouldn’t change where we stayed.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay! This house is amazing! Loved getting up and drinking coffee out on the patio watching the sunrise. Lots of space for everyone and close to walking paths to Poipu beach & Shipwreck beach. They had everything you might need for the beach! We would love to come back here our next time in Kauai!

Lovely 12 night stay over Spring Break. Place was exactly as advertised. All amenities were in great condition and easy to use (bikes, boards, snorkel gear, tons of towels and pillows, coffee makers, dishes). We loved it. Quick and easy access to Hanalei and Kileaua. Just a great set up for our first stay in Kauai.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of sunrise. Spacious, well stocked condo. Appreciated welcome goody basket filled with Hawaiian treats. Make sure to read instructions on how to open door. The downstairs living area does not have AC. We were there in early January and it was bearable but I think we would have been too hot in summer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with portable AC units. Management had very good and clear communication. We were worried about the nearby construction but we only heard them one morning around 8 as we were getting ready to leave for the day so it never bothered us but if you want to sleep in on weekdays, it might bother you. There is a public trail out back but the lanai is higher so you only see the people when you are sitting outside. Lots of people hike by at sunrise and sunset to see the view you get from the lanai in your PJs! Overall great convenient location and would definitely stay again!

Sarah's apartment was great! It is a spacious apartment with everything one needs, from paper towels, toilet paper to oil and spices for cooking. The location is in the middle of Princeville, which is a great place on the north shore. However, the bedroom faces the main road of the Sandpiper community, hence it can be quite loud at night. The walls are very thin, thus you can hear conversations from neighbors. However, given the great value of the apartment, I would still highly recommend it.

My brother and I spent 9 nights in Bruce's cottage and can't imagine staying anywhere else WHEN we come back to Kauai. The home felt very private, even though on the farm property. I've seen other reviews mentioning ants, but they were a very minor issue, just keep the kitchen clean and you won't see them! We loved the geckos, they are so harmless and will even pose for up close pictures! You'll get used to the roosters, they are everywhere on the island, just bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Bed's were cozy, King in the bedroom as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Showers were great, a spacious indoor shower and a great outdoor shower as well. We took advantage of Bruce's rental car. Very well kept and clean SUV. Cheaper than a rental and Bruce provided pickup & dropoff services at the airport. Lastly, we played in 2 "farmball" games on the Fridays. So fun! All the players were so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo Bruce

We enjoyed the condo. It was close to good places to eat and shop. We could walk to the ocean, see the Albatross, watch whales, go for walks, take part in the weekly festival at the golf course nearby, as well as go to the hot tub and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We loved that we could have windows open and get fresh air at all times. The fact that it wasn't air conditioned was not an issue. It cooled off at night, and there was often a nice breeze. We were surprised and glad that she had a new dryer, besides a new washer. Penny (Helen) was very responsive to our needs. She made a point of stopping by and giving great advice on exploring the island. We enjoyed our 3 weeks on Kauai, as well as meeting and getting to know, Penny.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s place! She is an amazing host, responding to messages within minutes and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The place was spotless, with all bathroom amenities provided and a clean, fully equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the massage chair—it was absolutely heavenly after a long day! The location is also great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the pools on-site were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌟

This condo is in an excellent location, mid way between North Beach and South Beach. There are plenty of affordable and excellent restaurant choices nearby as well as a Safeway grocery store and Longs drug store. The listing is exactly as pictured and the host is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

This unit is perfect for anyone who like peace and quiet , safety , many options for beaches and state parks especially ha’ena state park for the beautiful Nepali coast and Kalalau trail. The trail shuttle can pick you up at Princeville Makai Golf course at 7:30am and 9:30am everyday! If you’re camping that also means no camping reservation over night parking required for a rental car ( those are like winning a lottery ticket ) Anne and Greg are responsive to anything we asked for, they provide all the basics of a kitchen with a studio priced for at least a 3 day stay minimum, we enjoyed our time there and the bed is so comfortable it was truly difficult to get up! Television equipped with all apps so you can log into your Netflix and Paramount +, coffee maker for that great Hawaiian coffee ( bounds coffee grinder ) only thing missing was a French press but I bet if we asked it would have been provided. Beach towels beach chairs body boards etc ( you get the picture ) loved it,

We loved staying in the condo . Particularly the view of the ocean from the lanai . We sat there with our coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beautiful gardens around the complex and access to close beaches was convenient.

Our family of seven was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Brandi and the housekeeper were extremely accommodating and helpful with us getting back our daughter’s insulin when we had accidentally left it in the fridge during check out. The kids had a blast in the pool and we would definitely book again next time we are back in Kauai.

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and such. Such a beautiful area to stay. The condo could use a little deep cleaning but I realize the housekeeper has limited amount of time between guests.

We loved staying at this location. It was clean, easy to find and the view was beautiful! The home was well stocked with things we needed, beach chairs, towels for the pool and beach and cooking supplies. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when I come to Kauai.

Beautiful space and large enough for a family of ten to feel more than comfortable. Great location- very close to Poipu Beach (5 min drive/15-20 min walk), shopping and restaurants. The pool was also fantastic! I also appreciated how communicative the property manager was throughout our stay.

Geralyn was quick to respond with any questions I had. She was kind and friendly and her place was super cute and close to many beaches and restaurants. The view from the upper deck is incredible!

We loved our stay on Kauai! Christoper gave us tons of local recommendations along with detailed instructions for check in. The condo was very clean, with a great pool, and walkable from Koloa beaches. Easy 5-10 minute drive into Poipu beach area. Easy drive to all the activities on the island! The WiFi worked well, AC is a functioning window unit, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had basic supplies needed for a beach vaycay. Parking was slightly confusing at first, but we found accessible parking in the back garage on the first level with signage and that was actually closer to the condo. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future! Thank you again Christopher!

We loved being right next to the pool with the kids and an easy walk to the beach. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!
