It was an incredibly nice place, with peaceful quiet and easy access. We could not have asked for a better place. The community was great, and the people were so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We just had our third stay at this house. It’s so perfect. The lanai is heavenly, the house spacious, and the proximity to beaches and trails is great. Laura is super helpful and friendly.

A perfect oasis for our multigenerational vacation. This is a vacation style home - bedrooms on the ground floor and living space upstairs w/ views. Upstairs has a huge kitchen w/ island, dining table, tv area with couch and double daybed inside and a dining table and couch area out on the porch. There is also a 1/2 bath. Downstairs are the 5 bedrooms w/ a little sitting area in the entryway. Room 1 - queen Murphy-bed w/ sliding double doors to shut off entryway (share hall bath) Room 2 - queen bed w/ regular closet (share hall bath) Room 3 - king bed and full pull out couch (actually rather comfortable but not ideal for anyone very tall or elderly as it slants towards the foot of the bed) w/ large walk-in closet and attached bath. There are also air mattresses in the closet. This room has a door directly to outside. Room 4 - 2 twin beds with regular closet (share hall bathroom) Room 5 - king bed with enormous bath and closet. This room has a door outside to a back porch.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was set up so well—comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the garage, as well as the great selection of books and games for our family. Johnathon was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We split our trip between the north and south shores, but looking back, we wish we had spent the entire time in Princeville. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Steve's Poipu home is simply amazing. It's one of the best beach locations I've ever stayed in. A quick walk gets you to a perfect boogie boarding beach and a beach where the turtles sleep every night. We also saw lots of whales, monk seals, and pods of dolphins! A great sit down restaurant, deli, and Puka Dog are almost next door, along with a surf shop to rent equipment and do a little shopping. I can't recommend Steve's place enough!

We had an amazing 7 night stay at Tide Pools! It was so fun to have the pool table, Ping pong and our own private pool and spa. Kim was such an amazing host! Very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The house is in an awesome area in princeville. It’s a bike ride to the beach, as well as a short walk to Happy Talk Bar with amazing sunset views. The house had everything you need to cook home cook meals. If you want a place the whole family would love with a private pool and jacuzzi, don’t hesitate to book Tide pools! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!! Kim thank you again for being such a fantastic host! We will be back again soon!

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

Our family of 7 loved our stay at the Mermaid Manor! The property was extremely clean and looked just like the photos (beautifully decorated!)! One out of the three bedrooms doesn’t have AC so it can get really hot in the room. The house is situated on a cul de sac so it is very private. We had a peaceful 6 night stay and enjoyed the park just behind the house—the perfect place for our toddler to burn off some energy. With that said, the property does not have amenities for babies/toddlers (no pack and play, highchair, or plates/bowls) so you’ll have to consider that if you have young kids. However, the house has all of the recreational items that you’ll need for activities like kayaks, swimming tubes, boogie/surfboards, bikes, beach toys for kids, beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs! We would love to stay here again while visiting Kauai!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

This place is perfect for exploring the North Shore! We loved the refreshing plunge pool after a day at the beach!

Great place to stay; clean and modern. Andrea was very responsive when we had a question upon arrival. While you do need a car to fully enjoy the area there are many beautiful walking trails in the area and about a 20 minute walk to a small shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants.

Our family of seven adults and one toddler had an amazing stay at Dicle’s. The house is beautiful and so well appointed with everything we needed for the beach and baby. The neighborhood was ideal for walking with great trails right out the back door. So close to beautiful beaches. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Magical place! The view from the back is breathtaking. We could sit for hours just watching the waves and sea birds! Cash was a very responsive host and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely loved the design of the apartment. The natural materials and open setup felt very integrated with the environment. The location was tucked away in a quaint and impressive neighborhood, parking was easy, and we felt very welcome. There is also an amazing private trail that goes down to the beach with lots of wildlife and beauty to admire! Not to miss the simple pleasures, the clothes washer and dryer are a good size enabling a full load. We would enjoy staying here again! Thanks, Cash!

After spending a few days on two other islands, Cash’s Kauai location was the absolute shining star of our vacation. The view is exceptional - ocean waves and lush mountains abound. The Princeville neighborhood is charming, and Cash’s unit had everything we could ask for - from a stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Make sure to take the quick drive into Hanalei, the idyllic surf town with great food, shave ice, morning donuts and acaii bowls. Zero regrets about this stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Pam's place. The house is very large. 2 king size beds upstairs and 1 downstairs, with two large bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The closet had plenty of beach accessories, tons of snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats and coolers. Our favorite part was how close we were to everything. There are walking paths to get to the different beaches, restaurants and shopping. Shipwreck and Poipu beaches are an easy 10 minute walk. Pam is super responsive. We will defiantly stay here again next time we are on the island.

Judy's home is so lovely. Even nicer in person than in the photos. And so many sweet little spaces that make it feel spacious even with a group. The outside tub and shower are so nice after the beach and the orchard was really fun to explore and pick from. Judy and her family are wonderful to communicate with. We can't wait to go back.

This house was amazing ! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with fresh mango from the yard ! Host was extremely sweet and responsive It was spacious cozy and felt like we were home ! Perfect location to anything you need or to go to any part of the island ! Had bikes , boards, snorkel gear , you name it this house has it ! Loved the decor and unique style of home . Not basic white , colorful and welcoming and quiet neighborhood ! Will absolutely come back to stay here and anyone visiting this is the perfect place !
