Katerin's place was an absolute gem 2- 3 mins walking from the local beach, 5 mins drive from Amalofi beach- great sea bars, perfect for kids as it was not deep at all. Katerina and her husband greeted us with complimentary fruits, nice cold water and refreshments which was a very nice touch. The place easily takes family of 6 or maybe even more. It was walking distance from everything- restaurants, nice footpath along the sea, entertainment and supermarkets We really enjoyed staying at Katerina's place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for relax at the seaside.

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, private area where children could play, quiet, beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was clean and very comfortable beds, sleep was sweet.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Das kleine Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen tollen Garten. In echt sieht es noch toller aus, als auf den Fotos. Anastasia war eine liebe Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man viele schöne Strände und es gibt in jede Richtung gute Tavernen. Außerdem war es wirklich sehr sauber und schön ruhig mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben :)

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in kavala, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Super Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick

We chose Manthos' place for our vacation in the last minute. Despite that everyting was perfect. The place has self check in which was very comfortable for us because we arrived late. The place was modern, comfortable and very clean. Manthos took care of every detail to make our stay the best it could be. He was very responsive and was there for any questions we had. There were enough spots for parking on the street and we totally recommend the place and would come back if we have the opportunity to.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται! Εξαιρετικός χώρος και με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, κάτι που μας βόλεψε πολύ! ΠΛΗΡΩΣ εξοπλισμένο, με ότι μπορούσες να χρειαστείς. Φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες και με άριστη επικοινωνία! Αν και με κάπως δύσκολη πρόσβαση εάν είσαι με τα ποδιά (αφού δυστυχώς έτσι είναι χτισμένη όλη η περιοχή της Καβάλας), για εμένα είχε την πιο όμορφη θέα! Το απολαύσαμε στο έπακρο. Θα το ξανά επέλεγα 100%! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Konum olarak merkeze 300 metre yürüme mesafesinde. Stylianos kendisi karşıladı, detaylı bilgilendirme yaptı. Dost canlısı bir ev sahibi. Oda ve banyo temizdi, gayet büyük ve kullanışlıydı. Otopark konusunda zorluk yaşamadık, ücretsiz otopark alanları mevcut. Banyo da sıcak su imkanı var. Herşey için teşekkürler

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολυ προσεγμένο και όμορφο. Ιδανική τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα και κοντά σε όλα 😊 Να τονίσω πως ήταν άψογο σε θέμα καθαριότητας! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολυ για την όμορφη διαμονή , θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

Evin konumu ve manzarası harikaydı. Küçük ama pırıl pırıl Atspas Plajına çok yakındı. Evden çıktıktan sonra yürüyerek 3-5 dakika içerisinde denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evdeki herşey çok temiz ve düzenliydi. En çnemlisi de ev sahibi Yannis, rezervasyonu yaptırdığımız andan itibaren bizimle iletişimi kurdu ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine de gösterdiği bu ilgi ve misafirperverlikten dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Dormir au son des vagues et se réveiller en contemplant le lever du soleil, il n'y avait pas mieux pour se recharger. Le logement se situe dans un environnement calme et est extrêmement propre, le beau jardin bénéficie de 3 places de parking assez larges.

Great location, very close to restaurants and shops. there is a nice garden in the back. we apreciated we could have a later check in. comunicatiom was great. i recommend the place.

Nice ground floor apartment. View to old town. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs. City center is 3-4 min walk!

Μείναμε παρά πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την φιλοξενία!!Ο χώρος ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, υπήρχε ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για το καλοσωρισμα, κάψουλες και μηχανη νεσπρεσο, κέικ,μπάρες δημητριακών, ελαιόλαδο, καφέδες, ζάχαρη και μηχανή για γαλλικό καφέ...το διαμέρισμα είχε πολύ ωραία θέα στην πόλη της Καβάλας και έξω υπήρχε χώρος στάθμευσης...θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά σίγουρα!!!!

Bizim şansımıza hava çok yağmurlu, bahçe keyfi ckaramadık . Şemsiye ☔️ bile hazırladılar bizim için!!bir gece bile daha kalmak isterdik ama melesef hemen doluyor. Bizim planda sadece bir gece vardı…Ama bir daha geliriz!! Güzel hediyeler için ayrıca cooook teşekkür ederiz 🥹

Eleftheria çok yardımsever ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Verdiği talimatlar gayet açıktı. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Evin konumu merkeze çok yakın güzel Cafe ve restoranlara yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi gayet güzel dekore edilmiş tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyordu.

Sevgili Vasili ve Maria (ve elbette de Giota), Bize gösterdiğiniz misafirperverlik için ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. Sanki bir aile evinde kalmış gibi hissettik. Daha kapıdan girer girmez, sevgili Vasili bize harika bir pasta ikram etti. Oğlumuzun ve bizim konaklama boyunca rahat etmesi için her şeyi düşündü. Evden çıkarken de bizleri kendi evinde kahvaltıya davet etti ve hep birlikte harika saatler geçirdik. Döndükten sonra bile hala sizleri hatırlıyor ve sizler hakkında konuşuyoruz. İyi ki yollarımız kesişmiş. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Kendinizi aile evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz. Her şey için sonsuz teşekkür ederiz. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ. Χαιρόμαστε πολύ που σας γνωρίζουμε ❤️

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες ήταν καθαρό και κοντά στο κέντρο εύκολο parkin και καλή επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια

Къщата се намира на чудесно място, близо до плажа и до всички заведения. Двете спални бяха достатъчно големи. Банята е доста малка. Всекидневната също е малка, но това се компенсира от наличието на много приятна и просторна веранда. Дворът е чудесен. Домакините бяха много гостоприемни и отзивчиви.

We felt at home while staying at Maria and Panos. Eventough this was the first time we met it felt they were our friends. The places they recomended were spot on what we were searching for. The apartment was cosy and well equipped. I can't say we needed something and it wasn't there. The beach that can be seen from the terace si perfect for kids: very fine sand and shallow water. I would for sure recomend them as host for anyone comming to Thassos.
