Our stay here was just perfect! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the location is brilliant, it was easy to explore the north of the island. The house was so clean and beautifully presented, the pool was great! Maria was the most fantastic host and always on hand if needed. I would love visit again!

Good Location, near at the sea and comfortable house

Everything was brilliant from check-in to check-out. The villa is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Very private and peaceful location. The host left snacks, wine and coffee which were very nice. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and our stay was incredibly peaceful. We got lucky with the weather however the location is a 30 minute walk from the nearest supermarket, which was okay for us but a hilly walk in the heat is something to bear in mind if not hiring a car.

From start to finish of our holiday Elaine and George were perfect hosts , nothing was too much trouble for them . The villa was perfect and the pool was so inviting after a long day out we even decided some days just to stay by the pool and cook on their great barbecue. Both of them made us so welcome . The villa is a great location to see all of the island and so peaceful.

An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, για περίπατο στο πανέμορφο κέντρο της Κέρκυρας. Δύσκολο παρκάρισμα, μπορείτε να παρκάρετε μακριά και να περπατήσετε με τις τσάντες του μπάνιου επιστρέφοντας αλλά δεν ήταν πρόβλημα στην πράξη. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είναι σε χωριστό όροφο, έχει ξύλινες σκάλες, θέλει προσοχή στο κατεβασμα. Πολύ καλό a/c.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Nikki. Tout est conforme à la description. La vue est fantastique, grande piscine, tranquillité. La route pour y accéder est très sinueuse, mais nous étions prévenus avec la description et les commentaires. La communication est très facile par messagerie, avec une grande réactivité. Nikos, Kostas, and the entire family were extremely hospitable. Nikos in particular communicated regularly, provided great support and local insights, and is all around a great guy. Kouramades is a small village, so if you're looking for quiet and private - this is the place. Supermarkets like Alfa-Beta, Sklavenitis, Masoutis, and others are closer to Corfu town, a car will be needed. The Internet is through Cosmote 4G, which usually provides 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. At times the Internet connection to the tower can be congested, like in the early evening, but aside from that the connection quality and consistency is good. Kostas provided fruits from their garden and honey from his honey bees. Overall, the entire family was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

C’était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de Ksamil. La place de parking est un gros avantage. Merci à Debora pour ce séjour !

We loved our week here! The private beach really made it, you feel as though you've just been marooned on a desert island, so peaceful with the most stunning view. The stairs heading down are a bit tricky so take extra care, it’s certainly worth it once you’re down there. Achilles is a great host. Super responsive and solved any issues we had immediately, his mum lives upstairs and is also very friendly, as are the local cats who like to come and say hello. We found the bed super comfy, nice firm mattress and the bedroom windows has shutters to ensure the room stays completely dark so we always had a good night sleep. The washing machine is very handy and all detergent is provided along with toilet roll. Kitchen is well equipped as listed. We didn’t hire a car so we relied on the bus outside the house which takes 5 mins into Benitses. Without a doubt the best restaurant in town is Klimataria, just beautiful fresh and authentic food, the best seabass I have ever had!

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. Mereu in concedii ne-a făcut placere să fim vizitați de prieteni la un grătar sau la un pahar de vin. Acest lucru NU ESTE PERMIS AICI și poate crea o neplăcere. În general am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Cuptorul cu microunde nu funcț bine și a fost schimbat imediat Recomand uleiul produs de Georgios. Am primit o musaca gătită de Rania foarte gustoasa. Plimbarea gratuita cu barca oferita de G a fost plăcută. si plina de informații interesante. Atitudinea foarte prietenoasa

I recently had a delightful stay at this charming accommodation. The house was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Its proximity to the historic center was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from Rita. Her welcoming nature lifted our spirits and made us feel like part of the family. The fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal products she provided were absolutely delicious and added a lovely touch to our stay. Es ist viel Platz in der großen, modernen, komfortablen und sauberen Wohnung in einem Haus mit schönem Garten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Balkone. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Es war angenehm ruhig zum Schlafen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Vielen Dank

Abseits der typischen Touristen Pfade liegt dieses wunderschöne Häuschen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung :)

I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Spyridon is an extremely special host, we had the most incredible time, we feel like we have made a true friend – he is unbelievably generous. The Airbnb is even cooler than it looks in the pictures and the whole area had lots to explore. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Kristina. The decor was simple and stylish, the pool area great with lovely olive trees etc in the garden. Really clean and such a great space. Would definitely stay here again. Sarah and George were great hosts. Really easy to get along with. We spent a fantastic day on the boat with George and Maria (their daughter) and got to see all of paxos and anti paxos. Would recommend this trip.
