Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Great location and host is very accommodating.

Host was very detailed, communicative and responsive. Location was great. Slow and limited WiFi. We didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb and still hit the max limit and lost WiFi every day.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walkable distance to train stations, lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our family. Host was very responsive.

Very good place to stay. Close to Shinjuku

Great location. Very close to the train and many small eateries. Check-in was extremely easy and Beihao is quick to respond if you need anything. Only downside is the restroom is a bit small and there's no real sit-down dining area in the kitchen. However for a space where you just come home to rest it has everything you need!

Place better than showed in pictures. Good location, near to train station and quite convenient. Room is spacious with the price. Feels like home. It can fit 2-3 pax. Amazing toilet

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Tomoki was a very responsive and friendly host, going so far as to meet us personally during check in. The spot was really nice too , so conveniently located next to meguro station. We found it very comfortable for three people. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Tokyo. The location is great, just over a 10-minute walk to Shin-Koiwa Station, with 7-Eleven, supermarket, restaurants and daily goods shops nearby. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station with luggag knowing we were traveling internationally with 3 young kids. The house was clean, modern, quite, spotless and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen was impressively stocked; not only with cooking essentials, spices, and rice, but also with free milk and bread in refrigerator for kids on the first day! A special touch we loved was the small water bottles filled with fresh green leaves placed around home. It felt calming and welcoming. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, with a host who genuinely cares about your comfort, this is the place!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

가족 톡히 6인이 이용하기 좋습니다. 일본 숙소들에 비해 넓고 침대도 껐습니다. 긴시쵸역에서 10분정도로 편리하게 이용할수있었고 주변에 큰 마트가있어 용이했습니다. 화장실이 한개이긴 했지만 깨끗하고 정리가 잘되어있었습니다. 기대보다 아주좋았고 또 잦고싶은 숙소입니다.

There is a big issue with this place as its built at the end of a dead end quiet residential area and thats not the place to build a airb&b facility where guests show up at any time of the day. The noise of rolling suitcases over the pavement wake the neighbours up, the guests not caribg about the NO SmOKiNG !! Signs not only inside but around the building as well, the nouse they make when they talk in front of the apartment doors distrurbi g not only the guests but the neighbours as Well as its that quiet and secluded. Not mentioning the trash people, the unatended lugage and clotjes guests leave behind … we are in Japan, they live by certain rules of conduct àd respect each others privacy. Some tourists dont seem to care and keep doing whatver they please to do and thats very sad. In the forst place for the neighbours who have put big signs up in the street stating clearly THEY ARE NOT HAPPY with us staying there… its the truth, the signs are there and this place shouldnt be there.

Amazing place! I would stay here again. Could be my new go to spot!
