This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

We stayed at this apartment for five days and really enjoyed our time. It had everything a tourist could need. The area is modern, and both the building and apartment feel fresh and well-maintained. There are plenty of cafes, beauty salons, and restaurants nearby. Traveling with a baby, we especially appreciated the added bonus of a playground. Overall, everything was excellent!

Все прошло очень удобно и быстро, заселение удаленное, поэтому смогли заехать сразу по приезду. Внутри чисто и аккуратно. Большое спасибо!

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Fantastic location in a new building. The size of the apartment is nice (large living area connected to the kitchen and a spacious bedroom). About a 5 minute walk away is the Mega Park. A little noise could be heard from the occasional drilling but it was only a couple times during my week long stay and so I don't think it is an issue. I would stay here again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotless—perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is great, and everything was just as described. Highly recommended , and I’d love to stay again!

It was a great stay here. Lovely host, great apartment and superb facilities. Felt right at home. Comfortable even for 4 people. The host was always helpful and friendly. Would recommend 100% to every type of groups: friends, family, solo travellers.

Отличная квартира - стильная, светлая, тёплая, и аккуратная, даже с видом на горы. Прекрасное расположение - недалеко от пеших прогулочных зон и отличных заведений. В целом соответствует описанию на сайте. Очень удобный механизм заселения-выселения. Хозяин охотно отзывался на наши просьбы и решал наши проблемы, за что ему отдельное спасибо.

Всё было прекрасно. Красивейший вид на горы. Полно места. Не смотря на нашу музыку и хохот - соседи не жаловались. Вокруг полно вкусных ресторанов, да и на кухне готовили. Было место для всего - считаем, что очень удачно арендовали.

This is a perfect apartment to stay in almaty, kazachstan. The apartment is clean, everything worked and I feel me like at home. There are many grocery stores and a big shopping center close to the apartment. The host is very friendly and answer fast. I recommend this apartment and the host.

Nurshat’s place in Almaty was a fantastic stay—conveniently close to prime locations with a couple of 24/7 stores downstairs, making it easy to access essentials. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, and Nurshat was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

It is first time I use airbnb. Thanks to Анара, I got a good memories of Airbnb and Almaty. It was new and clean inside of the apartment. I went to travel with my mom and she really likes here. Анара, the host is so nice to me. She checked if I'd had anything uncomfortable, she tried to fix it. Анара спасибо большое.♡

В целом все понравилось. Жилье соответствует описанию. Расположение отличное но рядом пока стройка есть неудобства в связи с этим . Также следует обратить внимание на уборку перед заселением, показалось что квартира убрана наспех. Были вопросы по замене матраса , хозяйка решила быстро за это спасибо. Жилье стоит своих денег, буду рекомендовать

Квартира очень светлая и чистая, мебель новая, вся техника работает, хозяин нам предоставил бесплатную уборку, нам очень понравилось тут жить, рекомендую.

This Airbnb was a breath of fresh air after coming from London. It was so spacious and peaceful. It was so much larger than the photos suggested and it was conveniently located on top of a lovely cafe and across from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and really went above and beyond to ensure smooth and early morning access to the apartment when we landed in Almaty. The host also supplied our departure with flexibility and effective communication. I recommend this place to fellow families and travellers.

Отличное жилье, в которое хочется вернуться. Локация очень удобная - все доступно и пешком, и на такси. Место тихое и легкодоступное. Очень чисто и тепло. Хороший интернет для работы и просмотра видео. Лучшее общение с хозяйкой, можно обсудить любые вопросы и быстро получить ответ. Спасибо за чудесную неделю!

The best stay I ever had till now. This comfortable stay with all amenities inhouse made our kazakhstan trip even more smoother and better. Kanysh is the best host we ever met. He came to pick us up from airport at 3am even when our flight was delayed. He provided us with all the amenities one would ever expect from an airbnb. Perfect stay for a perfect vacation. I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and exactly as described. A grocery store and some great cafes are close by, and both an Indian restaurant and McDonald's are just a two-minute walk away. Evgenia is a great host, we got all the instructions with s sceenshots. Overall, it was great value for money. I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.
