This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍

It was our 1st time in Almaty. Timur was always in contact with us and checked upon our arrival till we reach the house. He was very friendly and helped us in all the ways. He suggested us the places to visit and always available in chat. He speaks pretty good english too. Timur and Dana are the great hosts. Dana gave us a great room tour. Very easy to check-in and check-out. We want to visit Almaty again and will book the same stay again as well. Flat was really spacious and we literally felt as our home. It's just a min of walk to arbat street. You can close your eyes and go for this apartment 💗 Location - 10/10 Hosts - 10/10 I'll recommend it to my friends too. Замечательная квартира в центре. Все продумано, ощущение от проживания - как дома. Полностью соответствует фотографиям, даже лучше. Кровать удобная, wi-fi быстрый. Рядом много кафе, есть магазины, остановка общественного транспорта. С удовольствием остановимся снова : ) Из нюансов: окна выходят в сторону дороги, может быть шумно.

Great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist genau im Zentrum bei der Arbat Street, super Anbindung an die Metro oder Busstationen und tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ella's Wohnung war so gemütlich, dass man sich fast wie Zuhause gefühlt hat und laut war es auch nicht. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

second time staying in a flat with this host. we had to reserve it the same day due to some unforseen events. host approved the reservation quickly and helped us out a ton. he also helped with an issue at the flat (our issue, not his or with the flat). he is an amazingly kind and helpful person. would stay in any flat of his as my first choice. the flat itself is very clean and comfortable and absolutely worth it. would definitely stay here again

Отличная квартира, свежая, чистая. Я отлично провёл время, есть все для комфортного проживания. Рядом масса магазинов, аптек и прочих мест, до центра близко) высокие потолки, отличный большой балкон!

He speaks English, he answers the phone in seconds. And solves the problems immediately. At first we had a problem about the check in time, but it was not his fault , and he came with car to take my luggage’s until my new check in time and gave me an apology cake :) it was a nice experience in total. Всё было прекрасно. Красивейший вид на горы. Полно места. Не смотря на нашу музыку и хохот - соседи не жаловались. Вокруг полно вкусных ресторанов, да и на кухне готовили. Было место для всего - считаем, что очень удачно арендовали.

This is a perfect apartment to stay in almaty, kazachstan. The apartment is clean, everything worked and I feel me like at home. There are many grocery stores and a big shopping center close to the apartment. The host is very friendly and answer fast. I recommend this apartment and the host.

Nurshat’s place in Almaty was a fantastic stay—conveniently close to prime locations with a couple of 24/7 stores downstairs, making it easy to access essentials. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, and Nurshat was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

В целом все понравилось. Жилье соответствует описанию. Расположение отличное но рядом пока стройка есть неудобства в связи с этим . Также следует обратить внимание на уборку перед заселением, показалось что квартира убрана наспех. Были вопросы по замене матраса , хозяйка решила быстро за это спасибо. Жилье стоит своих денег, буду рекомендовать

This Airbnb was a breath of fresh air after coming from London. It was so spacious and peaceful. It was so much larger than the photos suggested and it was conveniently located on top of a lovely cafe and across from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and really went above and beyond to ensure smooth and early morning access to the apartment when we landed in Almaty. The host also supplied our departure with flexibility and effective communication. I recommend this place to fellow families and travellers.

Отличные апартаменты. Расположение в центре, при этом достаточно тихо и спокойно. Чистота практически безупречная, отзывчивые хозяева.

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.
