The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The host was super responsive and flexible. She was able to help us with an early check-in and a late checkout as we needed. The place was also exactly as described.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Праздновали с друзьями Новый Год в доме Данияра с 31 по 2 января Данияр всегда оперативно отвечал в чате, встретил нас и даже помог нашему водителю такси протолкнуть забуксованную машину. В доме было очень приятно находиться, все чисто и уютно, также был телевизор и разные игры для компании. Мне и моим друзьям все очень понравилось, ребята также выделили теплые полы в доме - это то что было нужно нам всем) Данияр подготовил для нас шампуни, гели для душа и наборы зубных щеток с пастой Особенно хочу отметить потрясающий вид на горы, который открывался на 2 этаже Заметила только один минус - нет никаких доставок еды в район. Но мы заранее это проверили и взяли с собой еду на два дня

Очень комфортное жилье. Для проживания есть всё что нужно. Большое количество спальных мест. Диваны, которые при надобности раздвигаются. Большая зона кухни для посиделок с друзьями и близкими как внутри дома, так и на улице. Чистый и уютный дом с доступом ко всему что нужно для проживания. Отличное местоположение для тех кому не нравится городская суета и загазованность. Место для отдыха вне дома стоит отдельной похвалы. С нее открывается красивый вид на город. Для жарки мяса есть мангал, а для отдыха в конце дня можно затопить баню на дровах. 10/10

Что сказать) наш отдых удался! Чувствовали себя как дома. Нам были предоставлены все удобства) Наталья и Алексей очень милые и отзывчивые люди. Выбирайте отдых только у них, не пожалеете)

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you again, Slava, for such a memorable stay!

Perfect location for the city, any attraction is within walkable distance. Kassym was very helpful with his advice and shared his own attraction route.

This apartment we get was different that one on the pictures, but i guess only because we want to check in before 2 pm. It was a bit dirty(black long hair) but i noticed while i was paying for apartment there was no cleaning fee so it was cheaper than other accommodations. The linen was clean. There was constant noice comming from upper floor ( child was crying 24/7) but there is nothing host can do about this. The internet was working good ( also for work ) and location was convinient. It was ok to stay for few days or weeks but if i live in that building i will probably sell the flat ( no noice isolation ). Overall it was good stay, thanks to the host fast reactions about early check in.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Провели неделю большой компанией в этом доме. Очень удобное расположение. До горнолыжных курортов от 30 до 50 минут. После целого дня проведенного на склонах, приятным бонусом было горячее джакузи на улице. До центра города 20-30мин. Район очень тихий и спокойный. Все возникавшие вопросы, решались очень оперативно. Неоценимая помощь оказывалась гувернанткой Жанар, в любое время была на связи. Гостиная очень большая, позволяет вечером проводить время большой компанией. Также очень приятным бонусом был поздний выезд без доп.оплаты.

Great location and cosy apartment. Spacious with all amenities you need. Very close to convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Panfilov 28 park. Neighborhood is quiet with families mostly and peaceful. Dariga and her husband are great hosts. Very helpful and welcoming with true hospitality. Will definitely stay again in future. If you are new to Almaty highly recommend Dariga's place.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zodra je aankomt wordt je hartelijk ontvangen op deze prachtige plek. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte en het huisje zijn mooi aangekleed en zijn van alles voorzien. een echte aanrader om hier te verblijven!

We stayed a couple of nights at Aigul’s place and really liked, very clean and cozy place. We would definitely recommend this place to travellers 👍

A HIDDEN GEM that exceeded our expectations! I must admit, I was initially reluctant to book this property due to its relatively new presence and limited reviews at the time. I’m glad I took a chance and booked this incredible cabin. I would’ve regretted it if we hadn’t experienced this magic. Malika & Andrey the hosts are fantastic they’re proactive, helpful and provided great offbeat suggestions. They ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. The place has great Mountain Views and is nestled in an apple orchard. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, it’s equipped with heaters and hot water ensuring we stayed warm during chilli winters. The cute and cuddly cats and delicious meals at their cafe only added to the charm. Perfect retreat away from the city chaos. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience. Don’t hesitate- book this place without a second thought! We would love to return and relive the magic of this cabin.

Staying at Zhanara's home has been a delightful experience. Her house is warm and inviting, clearly reflecting her artistic touch. From the miniature portraits of her dog to the seamless transition of floral wallpaper into solid white, every detail showcases her creativity. As a designer, I appreciated the thoughtful color choices throughout. The location is perfect for those looking to stay near the city but prefer a quieter environment, with just a 15-minute drive to the city center. It’s also a bonus that our cat could join us, enjoying the views and fresh air from the window. Zhanara’s hospitality and the unique charm of her home have made our stay very enjoyable.
