The location is fantastic! It’s just a 1-minute walk to the ropeway, the supermarket, and the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Lina’s place is simply great. It’s really cozy and comfortable. Great for friends & family. Also the location is perfect as you can reach out to the slopes in 5 min by walking. The flat has a ski depot that you can store your skis & boards, so you don’t need to carry them around.

I can recommend this apartment to anyone great location with big supermarket in the building and close to the official hike routes great communication with the owner apartment has everything you need for a long stay great view from the window, especially on cloudy days (clouds often run in front of the window)

Great place! Right over the bridge 3.5 minute walk to the gondola. The exit to the bridge is on the same level as the apt and the ski storage!!! Highly recommend! Eveokia was extremely responsive. I have booked airbnbs many time and she was the mostresponsive host i ever dealt with! Thank you Evdokia

Nous avons été en contact avec Irakli. Super réactif et très gentil. Tout était dans la réalité comme décrit dans l’annonce. L’appartement est très bien pensé. Pour 2 couples c’était plus que parfait. Le petit bémol c’était le ménage (l’intérieur des placards et le sol étaient poussiéreux) mais nous savons que ce n’est pas toujours facile de trouver une femme de ménage qui est attentive aux détails. Irakli est conscient du problème et nous a dit faire de son mieux. Au cours du séjour nous avons eu quelques demandes auxquelles Irakli a trouvé une solution rapidement (double de clé; casier à ski; …). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour au ski à Gudauri

По пути из Тбилиси в Гудаури у нас произошел форс-мажор, дорогу закрыли из-за аномального непрекращающегося снегопада. Больше суток мы не могли добраться до апартаментов и заселиться. Все это время Елене была на связи, пыталась помочь нам возможными способами. Нам очень приятно было ощущать такую заботу и внимание со стороны хозяина апартаментов, как до заселения, так и после! Апартаменты теплые, уютные, оборудованы всем необходимым. Мы остались очень довольны!

The apartment is so classy, comfy and clean. I loved the style and the view from balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Aleksandra was welcoming and very responsive and she made the check-in process flexible and easy. Honest opinion, I do recommend this place.

I am very satisfied. First, equipment of house is nice. You can get the voucher for rental of equipment at the room. But it was already finish. However, thr voucher is giving you the chance discounting the rent fee. Most of all, the host is the best.

Отличный отель с хорошим ремонтом, в номрах есть всё необходимое (даже швабра), хороший интернет, немного далеко от центра, но такси вам вызовут без проблем

The apartment is big enough, located in just one minute walk from ski lift. Spar market is also so close to the apartment as a 30 second walk. Very comfortable staying because of the spar next to you and ski lift. In addition that, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is very nice and always available.

The apartment was beautiful and new. Everything was super clean and it smelled really nice there. Pictures match the description of the apartment. It’s walking distance to the ski lift, app 3 minutes walk. Anything we needed was in the surrounding. It’s a great place worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Unbeatable location right in the middle of the New Gudauri ski village - right next to the ski lifts and shops. Cosy, clean and spacious for a 2 person stay!

Khatuna is great host. She was very responsive and helpful. All our requests and questions were responded fast and in very friendly manner. I’m recommending Khatuna and her apartment! Apartment was clean and warm. Cozy place!

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the apartment, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures—if not even better! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room, the outstanding design, and the attention to detail in every corner. One of the highlights is the amazing bathroom with mountain views, making it a truly unique and relaxing space. The large terrace with a glass balcony is another standout feature, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views. Since it’s on the sunset side, the apartment is beautifully warm and sunny throughout the morning and afternoon, and in the evening, you get to witness stunning sunset views. The location is very peaceful and quiet, adding to the sense of relaxation. The heated floors in some parts of the apartment make it extra cozy, especially after a day on the slopes. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations I have stayed and I highly recommend it!

The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. Tatuli, the host, was amazing—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Отличный вариант для зимнего отдыха. Выход прямо возле трассы. Отличный отель. Чуствуешь себя неловко немного, что ты как бы в отеле, но ты не гость отеля, но это оправдывает цена. Гостям отеля так же доступна спа зона, живя в аппаратах придется заплатить за SPA. Но если честно, кроме фоток в бассейне на крыше, плюсы SPA заканчиваются, поэтому не много и потеряли. В целом отлично, особенно на пару дней.

We stayed for a week at Anna’s place. It is very cosy, functional kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. And the most important thing - it is 3 minutes away from 2 lifts! Perfect!

Хорошие апартаменты в Гудаури, рядом имеется все необходимое: каток, рестораны, прокат лыж. Ремонт свежий, все необходимое для отдыха на месте. Хозяйка отзывчивая, всегда на связи. Минусы: стол крайне неустойчивый, были проблемы с протечкой воды из стиральной машины, просто ужасный интернет, отсутствие информации о наличии шкафчика для лыжного снаряжения и возможности заказать уборку

Nice location. Very close to the main gondola that leads to the main slopes. In 5 min walk many bars, cafes and SPAR store. Tamara was very quick with her responses and willing to help us with all our requests. Thank you very much!!!
