The house is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful… We had very nice and relaxed (late) summer days. Being three persons for the first days it was more than spacious, being five persons during the last two days it was still perfect (and always will be as long as two are kids). So close to the beach that I could go for a swim between two sentences. Maria takes care of everything and even left a huge fruits bowl, honey, coffee and some more nice things for a start…

Everything from Zanna was outstanding in every way. She was attentive to all our needs and any questions were answered promptly. The only problem we had , and this is a Greek problem, was the littering of the local beach . The locals really do need to address this issue and may I suggest that the locals plus the local kids team up and make it a project.

Très bon séjour. La villa est très bien située à quelques minutes à pied d’une très belle crique. L’endroit est calme. La vue est superbe. Les équipements de cuisine pourraient être améliorés. La literie et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillissantes mais reste correctes. À part cela le logement est spacieux et agréable à vivre. La climatisation est la bienvenue. Nikos est à l’écoute.

Our stay in Athanasios' and Maria's haven of peace was the best Airbnb experience we ever had, so much so that it's diffiuclt to sum it up. The terrace has an unbelievable view, nothing that the pictures can actually convey. The house was also extremely clean, comfortable and well organized, with everything you need to enjoy the full greek experience. There are hammocks, a barbecue, multiple chilling spots, even a telescope to admire the wonderful night sky. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and caring. Communication with Athanasios was extremely fluid and we were given the best tips to enjoy the wonderful island of Kea. You'd definitely be lucky to stay here!

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

We had a great time in Tasos’ house. The place was perfect with a beautiful view. The room was clean, spacious with all the necessary equipment. Tasos was very helpful and responded immediately. Highly recommended! Hope to stay again!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Theodoras Haus, dass fast ohne Nachbarn, sehr ruhig und leise auf einen Hügel nahe des Hafens gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Theodora gab uns Tips für Restaurants und Strände und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist Kea und Theodoras Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Efthymios was the type of person you wanted to roll up and take in your suitcase. always responsive, and anticipating your next question. great suggestions . if it was within his power to do, he did it. We were 3 sets of families so the guest cottage was great to give more privacy to us all. Great space. could host wedding guests and even the dinner. there is a large space below that could accommodate 60 to 80 people for a seated dinner. amazing covered area for dining all day. plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. we were barely inside but everything worked just fine. we look forward to coming back. thank you Efthymis for all your recommendations. day trip on the rented boat to see unaccesible beaches was our favorite day.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος,φιλοξενος και περιποιημένος. Η περιοχή πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στο νησί. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και φιλόξενος Η θέα πολύ ομορφη!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Villa stupenda con una Vista fantastica. Piscina grande e con Vista sul mare. L'unica "pecca" è la strada sterrata e disconnessa degli ultimi 400 metri per raggiungere la villa. Questo però non mi impedirebbe di tornare di nuovo!

Kiki a été formidable. Très sympathique, accueillante. Le coucher de soleil est incroyable, se baigner avec vue sur la mer est une super expérience. Plein de petites plages trop belles à proximité à moins de 5 minutes de voiture voire à pied! Dont une petite crique en bas de la maison où se baigner tôt le matin ou le soir avant l’apéro! Nous avons adoré ce séjour! Nous recommandons la maison.

Casa fantastica, in posizione bellissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e perfettamente attrezzato per ogni attività. Alexia è stata un host attento e premuroso. La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po' difficile, ma per chi visita Kea, isola tranquilla e selvatica, le strade difficili sono una costante! ;-)

The place was very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time quite close to Vourkari by car. We spoke with Ms. Sonia regarding the check-in among other things; she was very helpful and available at all times. It is very good for up to six people!

Magnifique maison, typique de Kea, joliment décorée, et bien aménagée pour un séjour avec des enfants. La vue depuis les terrasses est éblouissante. C est un enchantement à toutes les heures de la journée. Il faut simplement savoir qu il y a une belle volée d escaliers à monter pour mériter ce panorama unique (ce qui ne pose pas de problème en soi), que la plage est proche mais en contrebas (pour les mêmes raisons) qu il n est pas possible de garer deux voitures dans le parking.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και εξαιρετική διαμονή. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και η θέα σου κόβει την ανάσα. περάσαμε ένα καταπληκτικό 4ημερο με την οικογένειά μου. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est idéalement situé au calme et en hauteur avec une très belle vue sur la mer, mais à seulement 5 mn de scooter du port. Les échanges ont été fluides, et les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement ce logement et serais très heureux d’y séjourner à nouveau si l’occasion se présente.

What can I say...just perfect. This was our third time on Kea and this was by far the most wonderful place we have stayed. The house is in a lovely place so close to Kampi beach and Taverna and the views are fantastic. The photos do not do the house justice. It is immaculate and so well equipped with Victoria thinking of every detail of what you might need or want. She greeted us warmly and was very accommodating to us arriving late. Wonderful place for a family or a couple to stay.
