Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

We loved our time in the Getaway! It suited our needs, was very clean, and all instructions given by James were “right on”! From the extremely complete instruction manual to his responsiveness when we needed help, James was the best! The Getaway was well kept, had a collection of eclectic and modern furnishings all very durable. We loved that it had a porta crib, beach chairs, and umbrella. We never had any trouble finding street parking right in front of the house. We would stay there again. Thanks James!

Welcoming and responsive

Camp Griffin is a rare gem to be found in the Flemington area. We stayed here during a wedding weekend and were amazed by the rich history of the place and diverse collection of artifacts all around the house. The host, Kim, was very friendly and always available. She responded promptly to all our requests and was considerate and accommodative of our requests. Sad we couldn't experience everything the place had to offer due to our short stay. All in all, a once in a lifetime experience. Hope to stay in her place in the future.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

A nice and beautiful place to stay. It truly feels like home. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I went in with my wife and 5 kids. Everyone got a bed, and Adel still had a twin mattress in one of the closets we didn't even use. Adel's aid Veronika, lives at the basement. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. All the kids were super happy, and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place for everyone especially people with big families.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler! We each had our own space as well as great communal areas. The heated bathroom floors were a big hit. The house was very clean, everything was very convenient and well labeled, and close to fun attractions. All in all a great trip.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

This was my second time staying at Tam's place and it was just as great as the first time! A lovely quiet spot and Tam is a great host.

Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

Jays apartment is perfect for anyone looking to spend some time in Long Beach. Your own private side entrance a block from the supermarket and a mile or so to the west end. Looked just like the picture, will definitely stay again

We had a great stay at this place. The host is very responsive. The apartment is clean. The location is good as well and most importantly quiet at night. And the reserved parking spot is very convenient. Would highly recommend this place.

Candy & will’s place was excellent for a weekend getaway for me and my partner, very comfortable and felt like being at home. I left my watch and they went above and beyond to help me find it and keep it safe until i was able to return and get it. This was my first time renting an airbnb and boy did our gracious host Noemi set the bar high! If you are the type that can appreciate an 1840’s cottage in a town rich with American history, stop right here and BOOK this location. You will not be disappointed. The house is full of charm, the town (straight 10 minute walk to the heart of new hope) is majestic and did I say our host was amazing? She was and we cannot wait to go back!

My parents and I loved staying at the ranch! It felt like a family home (as it is one), but also perfectly setup for guests to make it their own. My parents were amazed by the beauty of the surroundings. The hosts did a wonderful job of adding some holiday touches that helped us get the season's spirit despite our travels. It can comfortably host a large group. Great parking. All the appliances work well and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some home meals. It feels like a private retreat but is close to everything. We'd love to come back in spring or summer to more fully appreciate aspects like the pool and tennis court. Jake, our primary contact, was awesome too. We had a slight technical issue but Jake worked tirelessly to resolve it quickly and easily, despite the holiday timing. We really appreciated her friendly attitude and commitment to helping us out. She went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend the place more highly!
