We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was lovely - amazing swimming pools, a gym, a room for the children to play and a running track, we were really happy. Everything was a good standard. There were lots of shops and restaurants walkable. And as traffic across Penang always seems slow it was nice to be between the beach and George town. Wendy and Sharon were great hosts, clear instructions, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The flat was exactly as in the photos, spacious and very comfortable for our stay of 5 weeks. We would absolutely recommend.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My stay and the place was completely as advertised. Good communication with host, easy check in and clean place upon arrival. Nice, comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Good AC in all rooms makes for a very comfortable environment after being out in the tropical heat all day. It is about a 20 minute walk to most restaurants or shopping mall but that equates only to a 5 minute, $3 taxi ride. Would definitely recommend this place as a great base to explore Penang.

Lovely and modern place in a quiet neighbourhood with come excellent dim sum and Thai restaurants. Emily is a kind and pro-active communicator and has a keen eye for details. The house is a hostel like shared accommodation with a central and clean kitchen but it felt private enough in my own room, although the bathroom isn't entirely closed off from your neighbour's bathroom, for the price it was a good deal.

Great location, close to beach, a few good beach restaurants at a stone's throw away - Bora Bora and Oceano Symphony. Host is available over chat to support. Only thing to keep note is that Toilet is not attached and common. Very well maintained property, will recommend if you are looking for a peaceful location to relax. The whole house was clean, modern decor and fully equipped with all the amenities listed. Love the kitchen so much! Even the laundry detergent was provided. Kelly was so responsive when i had issues with the gate remote control. She answered the phone immediately and rectify the issue as soon as she can. Such a great host. Most of the doors/grills are well locked by the host. Very proper and secure. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our 5 nights there! Thank you Kelly and KMS accommodation 👍💯

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The location is good, yet quiet and peaceful. The place was very well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the host! Super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Winnie were super helpful and very responsive even tho its were a late booking. She helped guide me until i reach to the house safely. And giving a very simple and straightforward answer. The homestay were very nice with huge livingroom/bedroom studio style inside a 3-storey house. I was surprised by how big the room was. Its can atleast fits a whole 4-5 pax of people inside easily. Easily the most private and convenient place to stayed at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻

I recently stayed at Beacon Executive Suites in Penang and had a fantastic experience. The suite was modern, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The building's amenities, including a rooftop pool, gym, and secure parking, were excellent. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this unit at Beacon Executive Suites for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Penang.

We had a wonderful stay at Wayne's place for 5 days while travelling with 3 elderly person, a toddler and an infant. We went with 2 cars so it's good to have the designated parking space. Checking in process is easy and the security officers are very helpful. The unit itself is clean and spacious. We love the double bed and the baby cot in the living room because they makes it easier to take care of the baby. The amenities are easy to use and everything works well. My little nephew had fun at the playground and library on 29th floor. I strongly recommend this place for families especially if you travel with kids.

This place is conveniently located, but quite noisy from the traffic, and into the late hours, too. Not good if you're a light sleeper. We had issues with the TV, toilet, internet but they were adequately addressed by the host and Airbnb. TV needs replacing and the place can use some repairs and sprucing up. Still, not too bad overall.

The host provided extraordinary concierge service. They were very professional and gave accurate information as requested. My family enjoyed the stay at this unit. The unit was well renovated with good lighting. Plus they gave lots of goodies in welcome basket. Truly extraordinary!
