We stayed at this lovely appartment for 5 weeks and it had all the comforts and ammenities for a long stay. it was a little bigger than the photos suggest. The pool was excellent and much larger than most with enough beds and shade. There were a number of good restuarants in the mall which were very convenient. If you want a more local Penang night market experience there is the very good Hub 33 night market about a 15 min walk away. We ate there most nights as it was good , simple food, a lot of variety and very cheap. It is a little way out from Georgetown central but easy to get in/out either via Grab or by bus (101) from outside the Lotus mall. Just be aware if you go over Chinese New Year due to demand Grab can take a little longer and is a bit more expensive. Nikky was very responsive to messages and information. Overall an amazing stay in Nikkys apparment and in Penang. We will be back.

The place is very clean and everything was easy with the check in and host had really clear instructions, was very happy with the kitchen amenities, airconds were cold enough. Beds smell great and clean. Love the layout of the place and looks exactly like the photos. Had an amazing time staying at the place. Will definitely come again. Plus point to the amazing view !

We Stayed 14 Days and it was amazing. The apartment is great with lots of space, and the gist is super helpful and fast in his replies. We can recommend the apartment to everyone who want to have a relaxed and comfortable stay in Langkawei

Die Unterkunft war toll. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern war atemberaubend. Von dem Straßenlärm haben wir nichts bekommen. Es war alles sauber. In der Nähe befanden sich Busstationen. Lim war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Room was clean , high floor lvl 39 nice view , bed comfortable , strong water pressure , lift a bit slow no ventilator , easy look for food , city junction just opposite building with few minutes walk . Village grocer in city junction .A lot restaurant nearby . 33 best food hub is also nearby is abt 10 mins walk but the food there not nice , easy getting around with grab .

The host is an amazing host and responsible host. Quick communication and great local recommendations. The space is well big enough for a group of four. Totally recommended!!!!

The house is conveniently located with all essential amenities just minutes away. The host was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and even allowed us a late checkout due to our event running slightly behind schedule. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

Very friendly host and you can tell she thought about everything I found handwritten notes and instructions from the host it added a personal touch and appreciated her attention to details! The place is so clean. Although the house looks like it has some age but you can tell they made sure everything is neat and clean. So easy to walk to one of the most popular beaches here in Langkawi and you can easily find restaurants and shops, some of the famous restaurants are just 10 minutes walking distance away We enjoyed the porch area, we often chill there in the evening time. Feels cozy and at home.

Light and easy. Sweet and simple

A great cosy place to stay with family, especially if you have kids. There's a baby cot, toys, baby bath tub, step stool and baby shower soap available at the apartment. Only thing was there's no hand soap or hand towel, so it was a little troublesome to wash our hands. One room has a double bed and single bed, so it was very spacious to sleep in with a toddler. Both rooms get afternoon sun so our laundry dried quite quickly!

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

We had a great stay at Suet Er's place, and we appreciated the helpful communication and the comfortable space. The apartment was clean and tidy. Highly recommended for people who want to bring family to vocation in Penang.

Chris was an Amazing Host.! The place is literally “By the Sea”. Chris’ apartment had an amazing view into the beach and the mountains. The sunset view is worth it all.!!! The place was super clean, the kitchen was pristine and the bathroom spotless. The place matched exactly as per the description, with all the amenities. The swimming pool in the apartment is beautiful. It’s a walkable distance from the beach, where it was decent beach shacks. One nice Lebanese restaurant is right outside. Otherwise, the nearest market place is a five minute grab ride away. Chris is super responsive, sweet , friendly and understanding. 5 stars definitely.

Lim’s a great host, very responsive and provided clear information for swift and easy check in process. The location was great too, walkable to nearby restaurants and gurney bay for an evening stroll.

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay and the family were all satisfied. The host was responsive and the check-in went smoothly, and the house was neat and clean. very good location. Near to everything you need. House was as described and everything was in proper order. we had a wonderful stay. Definitely gonna repeat the stay.
