We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We stayed at this lovely appartment for 5 weeks and it had all the comforts and ammenities for a long stay. it was a little bigger than the photos suggest. The pool was excellent and much larger than most with enough beds and shade. There were a number of good restuarants in the mall which were very convenient. If you want a more local Penang night market experience there is the very good Hub 33 night market about a 15 min walk away. We ate there most nights as it was good , simple food, a lot of variety and very cheap. It is a little way out from Georgetown central but easy to get in/out either via Grab or by bus (101) from outside the Lotus mall. Just be aware if you go over Chinese New Year due to demand Grab can take a little longer and is a bit more expensive. Nikky was very responsive to messages and information. Overall an amazing stay in Nikkys apparment and in Penang. We will be back.

The place was amazing. Well equipped amenities and just as the shown in the pictures, the entire apartment is very well furnished. Location is great with a nice sea view. Host was very responsive and provided very clear instructions on checking in and out process. Overall, very satisfied with my stay. Would definitely come back again

Exceptional cosy place. I love the loft type with superb seaview! Can literally hv meals and chitchat in the unit with movies and songs with cosy lights in the unit. Such a lovely place. The disco/KTV noise quite disturbing esp after 12mn. Hope they can tune down the noise level after midnight

It was a pleasure staying at Shinly's place. Clean, quiet, with all basic amenities at walking distance. Shinly was responsive to queries and a small glitch with the TV was resolved promptly. Overall enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book Shinly's place again.

The place was splendid. View was exceptional, checking in and out is easy. Very spacious, great for group of family or group of friends. Very close to the beach and on tuesday nights, the night market! Very good muah chee at the night market for RM5! Will and Kimi were also very friendly and responded in a timely manner when we needed assistance.

住了四天，各方面都满意。环境优美，出门就是海，二楼、三楼还有海景阳台。房东很nice，有什么问题沟通很及时，下次和朋友过来也会考虑这家。

Great location near the beach and shops/restaurants, but set back so you are away from the noise. The rooms were spacious with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had four rooms for a family of 5 with adult children and it was great for everyone to have their own space. The little private pool was lovely.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

A 5 plus for this stay! We loved everything! Peaceful, quiet, clean and a beautiful interior. We chose this location to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days. Read a book, stare over the water, enjoy the green surrounding .. The island is like a small village and people are very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that the restaurants are not ‘around the corner’ and not open all day. The mini-markets have a limited assortment. No breakfast options. All fine for us. There is not an exact timetable for a boat back to Kuah so we just went to the jetty and they waited as we were hurrying and half way. Bring some food with you if you want something specific. You cannot prepare a full meal as there ia one pot and one pan. We managed just fine. The host is very responsive, informative and helpful! Thanks for having us feel at home!

La villa était parfaite ! Très bien située, proche des principales attractions de Langkawi, tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant. L’équipement était complet et de qualité, rendant le séjour encore plus agréable. Un excellent choix pour profiter pleinement de l’île !

We had an absolutely incredible experience! The amenities and proximity to fhe beach were just what we were looking for. Its great for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend! We'll stay here every time we're in town!

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Great place to stay with a bunch of friends =) Hopefully the car park can be improved soon because it smells bad and looks flooded. Other than that, it's all good. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops.

Easy to go to mall gurney and paragon, lots of food choices around the area. Perfect for family

Die Unterkunft war sauber und praktikabel. Der Ausblick/Meerblick aus dem 29. Stockwerk war traumhaft und eine tolle Erfahrung. Die direkte Nähe zur Mall ist äußerst praktisch. Pool und Gym konnte man sehr gut nutzen (nicht überlaufen).
