Lovely accommodation and great location near Hove station. Spacious place and very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to explore Brighton and Hove!

Amazing apartment and you couldn’t have got a better location, could see the pier from the window. Jo was a brilliant host, provided in depth instructions for check in and locating the car park, would stay again on our next visit to Brighton.

We had a brilliant stay at Joes apartment . Perfect for a weekend in Brighton . Close to everywhere we wanted to go to . Joe was extremely helpful ,communicative and accommodating .

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Terceira vez com Sally. Eu escolhei esse apartamento mais mil vezes. Sally é encantadora, responde rápido e sempre é flexível com check in. Experimentem abrir as cortinas e sentar a mesa pra tomar um chá de frente pra janela e a linda vista que esse apartamento proporciona. Deixe o sol entrar, o apartamento fica tão claro e agradável. Me sinto em paz quando estou lá. Apartamento limpo, organizado, bem decorado e fácil acesso a todo o comércio e a praia. Eu simplesmente amo cada detalhe desse apartamento e sou encantada pela anfitriã. Obrigado mais uma vez!

Un joli appartement bien situé pour visiter Brighton. Hôte agréable et réactif. Le code de la porte d'entrée doit être saisi sur la poignée de porte (toucher le clavier et non pas la poignée pour l'allumer).

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

Mike's place is THE perfect beach home away from home for a family. It has everything you need to include and epic movie theatre and sauna. Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, and several excellent restaurants/pubs. Mike was extremely attentive and had great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. My family and I highly recommend Mike's place for a relaxing stay in Seaford.

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

We loved our stay at Jane’s place in Brighton. The house was super tidy and located in a brilliant spot so close to the sea. I’d definitely consider staying here again with friends next time I have a weekend away in Brighton!

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

This is a lovely house in the centre of Brighton yet it’s really peaceful and quiet. The house is spotless and clean and the sofas etc are really comfortable. Michelle was really helpful, especially when we requested to extend our stay.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

We had a lovely weekend and Anne-Marie was a fabulous host. Her home was clean and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend both the property and Anne-Marie. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙂

We had a lovely if too short a stay at Jaclyns's appartment. It's a perfect spot to explore Brighton and Hove but also a lovely spot to just relax and not do too much at all

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Fantastic flat in a great location. Really light and spacious, with everything provided. Emily was super quick to respond and really helpful throughout. Short walk to the beach, and easy connections for train or bus. Very quiet and secure. Highly recommended!

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Fabulous apartment and excellent location with an amazing sea view. Close to all amenities and great walks. We did have a problem with the key safe on arrival but this was quickly resolved by Katherine. Bonus having an available parking spot too. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and the decoration was lovely. The upstairs neighbours were a little on the noisy side above the bedroom but this is not the owners' fault in any way. We were so happy that we could take our pet with us and we didn't need to walk on eggshells with our pet. Connor was very quick with responses when we had questions and was very helpful. My two recommendations would be that it would have been great if hand towels could have also been provided and also a little coffee machine such as a Nespresso would have been a really nice touch (though there was a French press provided). Other than that, the property was so homely and was located at such a nice prime spot that if I was to go to Brighton again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place. Highly recommended! Thank you for the hospitality.
