Heaven on earth comes with a hot tub! Wow this place is breathtaking! High end touches with a real lodge feel. I have never experienced such a perfect spot from the privacy, beautiful grounds, unbelievable view, great hospitality and even complimentary breakfast. 10/10 couldn’t possibly reccomend anything as much as this sweet spot! Worth every penny and then some!

It was a great place to stay! Clean and great communication with the owners. We would love to stay again when we come back to Alaska!

I recently stayed at this charming cottage, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb! The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view of Kachemak Bay, especially on a clear bluebird day – it took my breath away. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I loved the added touch of breakfast vouchers to a nearby bakery, where the pastries were delicious! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventures. Plus, the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic amenities and unbeatable views. I can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay! Everything matched the description exactly, and we loved looking at all of the unique decorations. The desk bed was perfect and really comfortable for us, but the couch bed looked great too.

The place was absolutely wonderful and everything I needed it to be. It caught me off guard that the lock on the door would auto lock after a while too so it made it that much safer in case I forgot to. I also love that for longer stays, you can use the laundry on site. I was worried that I was going to have to go elsewhere. Overall, I had a great time and Ross even listed a bunch of places and restaurants to go check out! He was extremely responsive and I like that in an AirBnb owner. Thanks so much for letting me stay!

Our stay and KellyAnn and Matt's was wonderful. I was delighted to find that the property really did look out right over Resurrection Bay and had awesome upstairs windows which we could lay in bed and watch for the Northern Lights from. There were many little extras once we arrived such as, extra warm blankets, hot sauce and chocolate welcome gift, whole coffee beans and a grinder for it, towels for the wood fired sauna, and even binoculars! The surroundings were beautiful and it was especially fun to see how they had built up and decorated the property. I highly recommend staying with Kelly and Matt.

We had such a good time in the cabin. The fishing poles and supplies were amazing, and the packing shed with the vacuum sealer! Cabin was comfy and cozy and in a quiet spot.

Great place to getaway with my husband for a couple of nights!

Most relaxing stay I’ve had! Kristina and Dan and their lovely family are excellent hosts. The place was super clean and tidy, and the room had nice homey touches to it. We also enjoyed using the kitchen, which was a fun space to cook in with all the right utensils and pans! Also fresh eggs from the cute chickens in the yard (= Dan and Kristina were easy to contact any time, and gave us some nice tips on the area and places to go. Definitely would stay here again next time I am in anchorage!

Penny Pond is our family’s favorite place we have stayed at! Carol was so responsive and helpful! The cottage and cabin were amazing, and the bughouse by the pond was our favorite spot! It was perfect for getting out in the sun and for a picture perfect setting! Homer was right down the road and we enjoyed exploring the town and coming back to enjoy the privacy and peace at the main cottage! Will definitely be coming back to Penny Pond!

We had a great stay in this cozy cottage in the heart of Midtown Anchorage. We are locals, so we know what neighborhoods are best for visitors, and I would heartily recommend Ross’s place to visitors looking for easy access to popular restaurants and tourist sites. The place had everything we needed and is clearly well-maintained. Ross was highly responsive, and we are super grateful he was willing to work with us when we had a last-minute change of plans.

We love Bishop's Beach and this location is perfect to walk to the beach, eat dinner and get coffee and cinnamon buns. We are repeat customers of Connie's rentals for years now and she always has great communication, the places are always so clean and have everything we need! We'll be back!

This cabin was so great! Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of toiletries for our 11 day stay, along with soaps! Comfortable beds, furniture and nice tv for relaxing! Everything you will need for your stay and then some! We even got to watch a momma moose and her baby hanging out in the pasture by the house for a couple days! We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to others!

Great little home located super conveniently. Everything was clean and as described. Nice to be able to cook full meals in the kitchen. Enjoyed the nautical decor and recognized some local art. It’s an older home but very quaint and well-kept. Would definitely recommend!

This place was so cute. Would definitely stay here again if in this area. The location was spot on and we loved walking down to the beach at night and building fires.

This was a lovely cabin in a park-like setting. We saw moose and sandhill cranes in the mornings. Restful deck seating, comfy furniture inside allowed us to enjoy both spaces. We will be back! Thank you for such a great stay!
