We had an amazing stay! We felt right at home. This house was super clean, I mean spotless and well equipped with everything you would need. The location was right in the middle of everything. Cute little neighborhood where you could go for a walk. Main Street and restaurants were walkable. We enjoyed the back porch with little lights and private yard. The host Lenore ,was always responsive, extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back to Boerne and stay here again! One of my favorites

Really great place. Off the beaten path In Fredricksburg, but that’s what we were looking for. Only about 20 mins to town and 20 mins to 290. Very peaceful and quiet.

Easy check in, great location. Host was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Boerne, it’s close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The house is located in a beautiful corner on the end of the street. Very private and quiet. Having your morning coffee on the balcony and listening to the river and birds was so peaceful. The house was also SO CLEAN! We’ve noticed that a lot of dog friendly homes have the lingering dog smell. This place did not, and it was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We celebrated a 70th Birthday here and loved every minute. Our teens loved splashing around and walking the low river bottom. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Lovely spacious kitchen and table for all of us to comfortably enjoy brunch. Kitchen is well stocked too! This place was a hit for us!

I can't say enough great things about Micky and Vicky. They were awesome from start to finish. The day before our stay we found out that the original cabin that we booked had been accidentally double booked. We had originally booked a two bedroom cabin for my wife and I and another couple. Micky and Vicky called us and said that, due to the double booking, they were going to put us in two other cabins. One for my wife and I and one for the other couple. When we arrived and saw that those two cabins were too small for us we called Micky and Vicky. Understanding our problem the quickly offered to trade with us. Micky and Vicky would stay in the small cabin, and they allowed us and our friends to stay in their private 3 bedroom residence. That's right. They allowed us to stay in their own private residence while they loaded up their animals and personal belongings to move to the small cabin during our entire stay. How's that for customer service. They were absolutely the best hosts ever.

We loved our stay at Robert’s place! The space was immaculately clean and well appointed. It was wonderful waking up to views of the Texas hills every morning. The location is just secluded enough to offer privacy, but nearby major attractions like the river walk and six flags. Robert was a great host and we would certainly stay here again!

The place was absolutely beautiful! The peacefulness and surroundings were nice, quiet and relaxing. The old tunnel road park was super easy to “hike” and the Alamo cafe was delicious!

Our stay at Audrey’s cottage & overall interaction with her was truly above and beyond in every aspect.  The cottage was beyond cozy, had everything we needed and had us wishing we booked more than one night during our trip.  We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit her cottage in the near future.  We’d give more than 5 stars if possible.
