Villa Magnolia is as beautiful as it's name - we spent a very relaxing 4days there. The house is large and spacious, with beautifully furnished rooms and Zanzibari beds, and great aircon. It's position is perfect, right on the beach, but set back a bit so you still feel very private, and easy walking to several great restaurants and local tour operators and dive centre. The staff that live behind the house are very pleasant and helpful, keot the garden looking beautiful, yet were discreet when we didn't need them, and we loved their 2 dogs who were very well behaved. Aiasha and Shafiq were helpful with local recommendations, flexible with our check in and out, and organised a very reliable taxi to collect us and drive us there, that we ended up using for our next few transfers and for a very interesting Spice Farm tour. Highly recommended!

This is truly a one of a kind villa- perfect for long term stays as the rare feature of uninterrupted solar electricity is a luxury in Zanzibar. Arnaud is a kind stalwart host, ready to attend to the villa at anytime. Anne is superb at sweet efficient communication. They really know how to make you feel at home. The 24 hour Maasi attendant and 3 cool dogs ensure a safe stay. The villa is situated perfectly between Kendwa and Nungwi beaches, two pristine beaches which can be reached in a short walk or ride. Grocery stores are a quick walk as well. Barakana restaurant delivery has plenty of yummy menu choices. The villa is perfectly equipped with spacious rooms and ample shelving. The bathrooms are fantastic! Extra large showers with hot water and Kardashian luxury disappearing sinks- allowing space for an entire family's toiletries. The rooftop pool penthouse lounge is marvelous, offerring panoramic sunrises and sunsets and exquisite star filled nights under the African sky.

We loved our time here! We would absolutely come back - when you stay here be sure to go to the restaurant. It was phenomenal! The pool was wonderful, the staff were helpful and we even booked a massage through the hotel. I would highly recommend doing that for your stay as well! The masseuse suggested doing the massage at the Yoga Bar - hearing the ocean while getting the massage was wonderful! We will absolutely be back!

2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этой хижине. Нас встретили, показали где что, даже было небольшое угощение (снеки и арбуз). Все работало исправно, и электричество, и вода, и интернет. Было достаточное количество кухонной утвари, даже есть блендер. Очень милые масаи, которые дежурят 24/7. Есть на улице гриль, но мы им не пользовались. На территории есть кошка с котенком, для нас это был очень милый бонус. Сам домик без насекомых и прочего. И вокруг только ваша территория. Недалеко есть супермаркет, но до пляжа идти минут 20, но сам пляж безумно красивый. Нужно еще учитывать, что шторки, которые закрывают стекло, не скрывают все на 100%, так что вас всегда немного, но видно снаружи.

Très belle petite villa avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et d’une propreté impeccable. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Résidence privée complètement sécurisée. Excellente communication avec l’hôte.

Lions Villa var veldig fin, med god beliggenhet inne på et sikkert område. Vi var der i mars, da var stranden full i sjøgress som de andre plassene langs stranden prioriterte å rydde bort. Savnet en god resturant og bar inne på Lotus området, ellers fint område. Veldig hjelpsom vertskap, og hjemmetjenesten med kokk er absolutt verdt å peke ut som positivt. Vi benyttet vertskapet til transport, organisering av utflukter og til frukost. Velsig god service. Tidligere gjester hadde satt ut mat til to kattunger som plaget oss og prøvde å komme seg inn i villaen, utenom det har vi ikke noe negativt å si. Anbefales
