It was a great place for a large group and the hot tub was key! The driveway to get up to the house was long and there is a steep hill at the end so you should be prepared with AWD if you're going in the snow. Also the largest primary bedroom with the wood stove has a door that connects to another room and that would have been good to know since we were traveling with couples. The primary bedroom does have its own staircase to use the first floor bathroom, but the shower is in the adjoining room so it could be a bit awkward if it's two separate families. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Bridgton - one of our favorite towns with lots of cute restaurants (Beth's!) and fun things to do.

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. She’s responsive, helpful and very understanding host. Thank you ! For this wonderful stay we started out new year 2025 at Katy’s place and it was amazing

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

Just as described! Very clean. Far enough to feel private but still close to grocery stores, shops, and nearby towns! Lisa is great at communicating and it was a seamless process! Had a wonderful new year’s getaway!

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

We came to Rockland for the National Toboggan Championship. There were four of us, including my husband and my parents who stayed at Dominic's place. We were impressed with how many stores and restaurants were still open in winter (we typically come to Camden/Rockland every September). We ate out at Sammy's Deluxe and Ada's. They were only a five minute walk away and both proved to be absolutely delicious. We also had lunch at Home Kitchen Cafe (13 min walk), which was arguably the best meal and worth the extra steps. Dominic's place was everything we needed for a weekend away. The beds are unbelievably comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Due to the awkwardness of the living room location, we spent most of our time playing cards in the kitchen at night. You can't beat this location and a good night's sleep in the king beds.

I had a great stay at Katie’s charming and cozy apartment. This lovely space, which has all the necessities provided, is tastefully decorated with antiques and whimsical sea glass accents. Katie is a highly responsive and attentive host. I highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

Super fun place. Great for 1-3 People. I thought this place was perfect… no washer and dryer on site but there is a place down the street. Also no freezer which for me wasn’t a huge deal. I really loved the place great location. I would definitely book again.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

I loved staying at Cathrine's place and felt at home right away. The space is very comfortable, clean and beautifully laid out. The kitchen has everything needed to make a few meals and enjoy coffee every morning, and the bed was very comfortable. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, and as a host, Cathrine was extremely helpful and responsive. All of this in a peaceful country setting. For a change of scenery, just hop in the car and you're not far from all that Camden, Rockland, etc. has to offer. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's condo. It was cozy, clean and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend Heather's place to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor.

Wonderful space, obviously cared for with great detail. Communication with both Cheryl and Amber was excellent and each was very responsive to our questions. We felt we got to know the owners well during our stay and liked them as our landlords for our visit. We would recommend them highly.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four for the weekend! The condo is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Great location for ski in / ski out and connected right to the pool. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Stephanie's condo! Cute little steps down to the entrance. Condo is very cozy and warm. Easy access to Tempest trail and unbeatable driving location on mountain. Only thing to note is footsteps from above sometimes due to basement location, but not as bad as expected. Great value!
