We had a great stay at this beatiful house on the river. The view from the house is gorgeous and it was so nice to have the dock right off the property with access to the kayaks. There's tons to do in nearby Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very beautiful views. The road out to the house is unpaved for a portion and the driveway is very steep, not an issue at all, just figured I'd mention in case it's helpful for car choice.

Great place to stay. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed. It was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking a meal. Loved the hot tub!

What a location! Right in the middle of Perkins Cove. The view from the back deck is EVERYTHING! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Approx 1 mile from town. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Loved the experience of staying in the heart of Perkins Cove!

Great communication. Very easy to get in touch with. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated.

Ina and Tonys House was perfect! We Travel to the North Conway area every Year to Ski With the kids and never thought of staying in Fryeburg, but it's very convenient to all the ski areas. The house was perfect!! very secluded with amazing mountain Views, big yard with amazing views. The interior was perfect, spacious rooms perfect wide open grand living area. the master bedroom with large bathroom with huge walk-in shower, perfect after a long day of skiing. We can't wait to go back. I am very hesitant to leave this review because almost dont want people to find out about this place because i want it to be available me next year and years to come. Nick was an incredible host from start to finish. Nick was quick to reply to any of my questions. His house is beautiful, and my whole family loved it. Our two dogs loved going to the dog park that was near by. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!!! We will definitely be back!
