House is lovely, properly advertised and fit our needs exceptionally well Bedrooms were big, beds were super comfortable Main living area was very nice with a large farmhouse table for family meals. Beautifully decorated Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. Hot water supply was really good!!! Great views of the bay and sunset Nice touches with a number of things including the welcome six pack and shower soap, shampoo, conditioner Owners were great with communication. Broadkill is a little gem that gives a taste of OBX without the drive. Nearby towns of Lewes and Rehoboth are great for shopping. Rookery golf is very close! Wonderful place to go which makes one feel like you have gotten "away from it all." Highly recommend this area and this home! It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We'd rent there again in a minute.

great little spot!! went to the beach and stayed the night here. of course, it's a smaller space, but it was perfect just for a night. regardless of size, the place was tidy and clean with very easy check-in and a responsive host. would come back!!

Another fantastic stay at our favorite place. Quiet when you need it, but easy enough to get to restaurants, shopping, etc. We always feel right at home. Beautiful location off the beaten path. We never miss a sunset!

Jason's place worked out great for our family's short stay. The place is light, clean, and airy and spacious enough for 4. Slaughter Beach is on the bay and is great for walks along the beach, sunsets, and collecting rocks. There are lots of horseshoe crab carcasses that wash up ashore just FYI. We did take a trip down to Rehoboth Beach for a day to enjoy the ocean one day which I would recommend. The mattresses are springy so would be aware when booking if firmness is something you are considering.

Amazing property! So beautiful to be right on the water and the house had absolutely anything we could have possibly needed. The disco/dance space was a brilliant idea. It’s separate from the house so was not keeping anyone up who wished to go to bed. They really thought of everything.

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Kate’s place was perfect! Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, everything we needed! And the neighbors, Krista and Mike are new friends!! Great great place!

Can't say enough how much we enjoy our stays at Dyers Cove! Bill is always quick to respond. House is super secluded, which we love! So much wildlife & you experience something new with every stay!! We have been coming multiple times a year for 6 years now & I swear, each time we stay, we see/experience something new!
