Ina was a great communicator - from initial contact, instructions for the house, to checkout! She couldn’t have been better. She was quick to respond and very helpful, which made everything super easy. The house had such an amazing view! Our water-loving dog found the river within 5 mins of getting out of the car!! Great amenities (incl. kayaks, life vests (even for the pup!), well stocked kitchen, bed linens, comfy beds and furniture, nicely decorated, and clean)! It was an easy ride to town. We went to get a bit of a respite from our busy lives for a few days in the off season, and the surroundings were just what we needed. One downside was that the utilities (refrigerator and heat) are rather loud when they turn on, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may be bothered. We were awakened a few times, but the rest of the positives made up for it!! Great spot!

We stayed in George’s home to celebrate our father’s 90th birthday and had a lovely time. All rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The view out back over the water, especially at sunrise, was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Excellent communication and support! Thank you, George!

Our family had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at Martha’s Airbnb. The house was well-designed, the location was convenient, and we enjoyed the games in the basement and the beautiful views. The pizza oven was a fun touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great Thanksgiving meal. We also appreciated the nearby nature preserve and had fun playing Catan and putting some jigsaw puzzles together. Martha was very accommodating, even letting us extend our stay briefly when we ran into an issue unlocking our car. It was a great experience overall, and we’d definitely recommend her place.

Our school group enjoyed staying here! Perfect for larger groups. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us and the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Comfortable, clean and well-stocked with everything one would need. Beautiful views and a peaceful time. The kids loved exploring the property and it was an easy 45-minute drive to the nearest train station for the days we went into the city to experience DC. Thanks again for a great stay and we look forward to staying here again!

Stay here!! You will love it! We felt like we were at a resort. This home is perfect. It feels brand new and was so clean and fresh. Amenities were fabulous. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was thought of— plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, lots of towels and blankets, dreamy beds, awesome outdoor equipment (we were able to kayak both days!), stunning hot tub, fire pit, the VIEW!!! We loved watching the ospreys build their nest. We felt so at peace here. Also really appreciated Landon’s excellent communication and great ideas for exploring this area! Gorgeous setting and great host! We’ll be back!

We loved our stay! The house is so cute and even better than the pictures! Everything was top notch and we greatly enjoyed the luxury amenities and little touches that made a difference, like chargers throughout the house. We loved watching the birds!! Jessica was so kind and responsive!

At the end of a quiet street, with its private rooftop deck overlooking the river (and beautiful sunrises), Franco’s place was the ideal choice for my four-day solo retreat. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, with nice touches like thick, fluffy bath towels; coffee, snacks, and cooking supplies; and plenty of closet space and hooks. Franco provided easy-to-follow directions and entry instructions. He and Daryl were perfect hosts—never intrusive but always available if needed. I highly recommend this listing!

Tom & Jen’s place is a beautiful and serene little spot on the Chester River. The location is a lovely, peaceful neighborhood with amazing views of the natural surroundings. It was Everything I needed as far as accommodations, and the quiet was wonderful! Just a short ride to Chestertown and some local spots. Overall, I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting on a short or long term trip!

Pros: absolutely beautiful setting, great fire pit area, nice wood burning stove, plenty of wood, blankets provided for outdoor fire pit, the area is great! Went to Crow vineyard and winery it was absolutely amazing, The Kitchen for Sunday Brunch and The Granary for oysters. We actually did a Scavenger hunt on Lets Roam App that was lots of fun. The weather rained for 2 days but we we got 1 day by the fire pit which was awesome!!!! The only thing I would keep in mind is the steps to the water are very very steep. Might be hard for kids or out of shape 50 year old like me.
