We loved staying at Nicole‘s place! It was close to everything that we wanted to do and needed. Close to all of the JW facilities. The decor is beautiful and everything was super clean. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.

Mark & Whitney's place is absolutely gorgeous. It is much much bigger than it looks in the photos, but it is just as gorgeous if not more. I highly recommend staying here, I stayed for a little "staycation" and it was just perfect.

Madeline was easily accessible and the well-stocked house was snug, warm, and comfortable during our stay in very wintry weather. The setting is quiet, but very close to town and all amenities. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We were extremely happy. The home was comfy, clean and fun! There are so many details in the decor and what’s available for a comfortable stay. The house is near the towns in the area from Kingston to Woodstock. We were able to take day trips and return to a great place to rest. Our hosts were helpful and the recommendations on local restaurants and activities were great. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at this AirBnB! William was a wonderful host and so flexible/accommodating with our check in! My family and I really enjoyed staying at his beautiful and rustic home - it is older but well-maintained and very cozy. Also, it is in close proximity to the breathtaking mountains and town. The fire pit was a great addition as well. Thanks again!

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

Beautiful home, even better in person! Clean and cozy. Each room was stylishly and uniquely decorated. Great for large groups.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

Upon entry, my architect husband said "Cute Cottage; Susan you did it again." Plenty of room for a couple in their mid-seventies, and a Millennial daughter. The cottage is very well insulated such that I didn't have to run the heat except for fifteen minutes at bedtime in mid-October, yet there is a big south-facing sliding door in each of the rooms where the sun and moon shines through. Beautiful woodland falls away from the cottage and small patio beyond the sliding doors, and moonlight is magic on all the leaves. If we had more time we would have investigated the many books in the shelving. We will find excuses for coming back to the area and will stay here again.

We loved celebrating my wife’s birthday at Tina’s home with our bichon frisée! Her home was so peaceful and we loved relaxing in the soaking tub, listening to music, and unwinding. It was the perfect weekend for staying in and reading books while surrounded by nature (and rain!). The home was easy to find and had everything you could need for a snuggly weekend in. We loved Red Hook - we have never explored it before! The shops are adorable. We hope to be back when it’s warmer to try the pool!

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! We stayed at Ryan's place while visiting family in the area over the holiday weekend. The place was comfortable and clean and the bonus of being able to bring our pups was the best part. The dog park down the road was amazing and the locals were very friendly. The location was great, very convenient to shops, grocery store, gas etc. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again, Ryan!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

The Lilac House is the ultimate dream AirBnB! Kathy is the most communicative, proactive, and thoughtful host I've ever encountered. My group felt like we were being personally attended to and had a true bed and breakfast experience, despite Kathy not being physically present. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. We had such a relaxing fantastic weekend, birdwatching from the hot tub. The area is great, with Kingston just a 15 minute drive away, and such a cool town! Rhinebeck is a bit further out but also great. Great food and hikes to be had all over.

The house was in excellent condition! Ewelina was very helpful, located in a great area between Saugerties and Hunter Mountain.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! Rio was a really friendly and helpful host and his cottage was very cute in a lovely area surrounded by trees and great walks and hikes. We made s'mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the quiet, and explored a few towns nearby. Great weekend!

Great place close to Beacon’s main st, would definitely stay again!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.
