Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

Natasha’s place was lovely, perfect for our stay, a very well equipped kitchen which was very useful, although a small sharp knife might be good as my friends walking around with giant knives was terrifying 🤣 I stayed in the top room with the beach view, which I loved waking up too. The smaller bedroom was much bigger than I expected, easily big enough for two adults. There was quite a lot of noise from the bar opposite but ear plugs provided sorted the problem. Natasha herself was a delight to deal with and made staying as hers stress free, in my opinion she went above and beyond and we all really appreciated it. Thank you Natasha

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

My friends and I had the best time at Jacqui's place. We had a girls weekend with 6 moms and our 6 daughters all under 3 years old and the place was absolutely perfect. Lots of space so we never felt on top of each other, the en suites in every room were a nice surprise--we knew there were a lot of bathrooms but didn't realise so many of them were en suite! There was a living room already filled with toys when we got there which made the weekend so much easier, plus a second living room for the adults to hang in and not have to look at toys once the kids were asleep! The house was really well equipped for us, the beds were all incredibly comfortable, and it was nice having a dining table big enough for everyone to sit at. Location was great too-- it was great being able to look out the windows and see the sea, and it's very walkable into downtown Margate. We're already discussing when we can visit again!

Absolutely brilliant stay. The house had everything you could possibly need, so well equipped, filter coffee maker, milk frother, nespresso coffee maker, plenty of crockery, glasses and spotlessly clean. Every bedroom was beautiful with big en-suite shower rooms. Location was opposite the sea and pier, great location for long walks or cycling along the coastal path. Restaurants, fish and chips, places for coffee, supermarkets all just a wander by. The basement cinema room was great for the sports fans/film watching and rest of us in peace upstairs reading or playing board games. The bar and ice machine was also very convivial. We all had such a fantastic time as an adult family group. Thank you.

Victoria was a fantastic host, responding swiftly and doing her all to help us make the booking. The house was stunning, warm with an incredible view and a truly fantastic place to host a small group of friends. The cooking facilities were excellent for preparing communal meals. The Hot tub and garden were great and the manner in which the garden backs onto the sand dunes and beach is so beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our trip exploring the local Dungeness landscape. I'd certainly be interested in coming back in the summer months.

We booked Richard's place for a company engineering offsite and the group absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the sea. The house itself was lovely, spacious and had comfy beds. All around a great place to stay!

Very spacious. The location is great! The outdoor bbq provision was perfect for our freshly picked oysters from the nearby beach. I would recommend this place.

Nick was extremely flexible and responsive and welcomed us warmly, providing some great recommendations about the local area. The house is unique and full of light, we slept soundly on the comfortable bed and enjoyed watching the stars under the skylights. The listing was super accurate and clear and the location is easy to get to, nice and quiet and really quick to get in to Margate if you want more hustle and bustle!

We've stayed a Ross's place a few times over the last 5 years. The location on the edge of the caravan park is lovely and peaceful with views across fields. The caravan is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. There's lot's to do in the Camber and Rye area, there are still a few things on our list we would like to see. Lots of lovely places to eat. I thoroughly recommend this place and great value for money too! Thanks Ross!

A delightful cosy cabin with sea views from the front terrace. We loved the holiday park facilities and the fact you could walk to the Zetland Arms pub on the beach in 5 minutes!

Beautifully decorated home with a lovely warm feel, fully equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool!

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

Really lovely caravan. Has great homely touches and lots of luxury items. You can tell lots of thought has gone into the furnishings. As soon as we walked in from a cold windy day it was so lovely and warm with a gorgeous smell. The park dean site is a bonus if you’re with kids. On site restaurant (with soft play) and entertainment every night. It is right next to the beach as well although it’s the stoney part (sandy part is a short drive). The site also has swimming and an entertainment each night - we got guest passes for £18 per person for a 3 night stay. We had such a brilliant relaxing time away and the sun shone every day. Hoping to come back soon.

We have just returned from a family weekend break to celebrate an 80th birthday in Beachcomber House, Broadstairs. The location was perfect for us, not too far away from the beach, walks, cafes, and restaurants. The house itself was everything we expected it to be and more. There was plenty of room, and we didn't want for anything whilst we were there. Easy to check in and out, and Helen quickly responded to any questions I had and kept in touch whilst we were there. Nice little touches like the welcome baskets not only for us, but also for our dog . The games room is huge and well equipped and was very much used by our family. Comfortable, clean and just what we needed for a special family get together. A great find! Thanks Helen and Dean

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

After a last-minute cancellation with a different host, stumbling across 74 By The Sea (BTS) turned out to be the perfect - and even better alternative for my friends weekend trip! Tim and Hayley were super accommodating with our last-minute request and all our questions. Upon arrival, Hayley took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. 74 BTS is a beautiful and spotless accommodation. If you’re a little OCD like me and my friends, you’ll have no issues feeling right at home. The house is beautifully presented and well-equipped for a family set-up. Thank you, Tim and Hayley, for being such great hosts and sharing your wonderful home - a second trip is 100% on the cards!

The place was very nice and clean especially the bathroom it was spotless. Enjoyed the beach hut and it was literally 5 mins walk from the house. The kitchen was very spacious. We enjoyed cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!

Clean spacious bungalow in great quiet location very close to beach but tucked away from road. Accommodation is very well equipped and beds were comfortable. Easy parking and also enclosed private garden perfect for a dog. Would highly recommend for a relaxed comfortable stay in a unique part of the country. The fish shack at Dungeness is worth a visit.
