Tim's place is lovely very close to rye town centre and the parking space is next to the fish market and food bar.The bed was comfortable and loads of hot water in a well fitted shower room.Steps to bedrooms are very steep ,but we managed fine.Its a cottage so limited storage but enough for a short stay.Have already recommended to others and would definitely book again.

It was amazing had an amazing time and was an extremely easy process would recommend to anyone interested because you will not regret it. Was a very clean and tidy place and for the price it was very good.

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

We enjoyed our stay in Paul's house. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and very cozy. The house is in a very convenient location near the city centre. It is also a dog friendly house and meant we could bring our dog with us on our break, which was important to us. A lot of thought and effort has been put into this accomdation. Thank you very much

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Clean spacious bungalow in great quiet location very close to beach but tucked away from road. Accommodation is very well equipped and beds were comfortable. Easy parking and also enclosed private garden perfect for a dog. Would highly recommend for a relaxed comfortable stay in a unique part of the country. The fish shack at Dungeness is worth a visit.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen stocked up with basics, bedrooms nicely made up and living area comfortable and a good size for the 6 of us adults and 2 infants. Chichi even called and said she forgot to stock toothpaste and offered to bring it right over which was so lovely ! I gave the check in 5 stars because although we had trouble getting in, Chichi didn’t hesitate to come over immediately and rectify it which is exactly what you want when travelling with a small child. Would definitely stay again!

Great flat, excellent location. Plenty of towelsand spare bedding. Was a perfect stay for us and our dogs, just a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Valentine's place is absolutely lovely you would feel very much at home. The place exceeds expectations comes with seucre parking in very secure building. Are is lovely and has easy access to both London and Kent. Valentine is very aproachable and happy to help. I would highly recommend the place very relaxing stay.

Got a call from Robbie on how to check in & how to use the facilities that’s available in the aqua therapy room. He was friendly & gave clear instructions. We found the place easy & got parking. Everything was immaculate from the minute we walked through the front door & entered our apartment. I place was amazing & we were so excited to say. Weather was perfect & we enjoyed the balcony with its amazing view. The place was perfect. The message chair & jacuzzi we used & we enjoyed it. Perfect get away for my husband’s birthday. Thanks Robbie for everything it was perfect 👌

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

This was a lovely location and the hosts were very helpful with queries beforehand. It was generally very well equipped although one of the shelves in the oven didn't fit, but this was a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again - thank you!

If you are looking for a quiet, homey cottage look no further. Richard is very straight forward about this being his primary home. There are items in the fridge, freezer, and limited closet space. It is lived in and that’s one of the reasons I choose it. I felt like I was visiting family. My eyes never got tired of looking at all the decor. If you are traveling without a car don’t bother with Uber, call a taxi. Nice cafe a short walk down Church street, walking paths behind the cottage. It’s exactly what we needed.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Lovely stay. There was an issue on arrival and this was sorted quickly and sensitively. Georgia’s communication was excellent. House was comfortable and had everything it needed for a short stay.
