We stayed at Cuckoo Barn for a week - it was perfect for sightseeing no where was too far via car yet it was a quiet & peaceful location to come back to Very cute little cottage which suited our needs Rosalind was a great host - would recommend this home

molly dishwasher is in an absolutely stunning location the pictures don't do justice to how stunning this place is your surrounded by the most beautiful views in the most peaceful location, me and my family had the most amazing 2 nights staying here and the little personal touches added on top just make it that much more special, moppy is an amazing host and let the boys help feed the animals on the last night which they absolutely loved, there is another hut on site but you cant see them so you have amazing privacy. I can see why lots of people who stay here are on there 7th visit as its a place you'll want to re visit after staying. we will defiantly be back soon, thank you for an amazing stay.

Barry and Pauline are nice and professional hosts, providing clear and detailed instructions. The house is clean, cozy, and well-decorated, beautiful and warm in the freezing early-spring. All stuffs were prepared, including pans and woks for cooking, bedding sets, towels, some food supplies. We had a great time here. Thanks for all the offers!

What a lovely place to stay. It had everything we needed to feel at home for our mini stay, the log burner was a great addition and worth the extra pennies (£10) during winter months. There were a few items to welcome us (tea, milk, etc), which we were very grateful for after a long journey. Thank you for our stay, we shall be back in the future.

Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage und Nächte mit Hund im Bothy. Stromlos aber mit Kerzen und Solarlicht war großartig. Der Service mit den Kühlakkus war super und sehr nett. Das Bett und die Decken mega gemütlich. Kleine Info an Hundebesitzer mit Jagd ambitionierten Hunden: Das Gelände ist nicht eingezäunt und es gibt Hunderte! Fasane (vor der Jagdsaison im Oktober) Wir würden es absolut weiter empfehlen!!!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

We had a lovely stay at the Milk Shed! It’s warm, immaculately clean, spacious and well stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay. It also feels very private and quiet but within just a few mins of Whitstable harbour and high street. Nearby Lobster Shack restaurant is a must visit. Thank you Joanne we’d love to stay again in future!

We had a lovely (albeit short) time at Elham Valley with our two dogs. The completely fenced area is lush and waking up with frosty views of the property was like a dream. We wish we had booked a longer stay but we were just having a stopover before taking the Eurotunnel. Will definitely come back soon as the location is stunning, the property is truly beautiful and perfect for us and our dogs. The hosts are incredibly sweet and greeted us hello and goodbye, making sure we were all settled in and comfortable. We’re looking forward to being back!

We cannot recommend Snap Mill Barn highly enough. The hosts have thought of everything and it is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Sue and Steve met us when we arrived and explained everything that we needed to know. We had no problems during our stay, but it’s reassuring that they are right next door if you need them. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay and there are some beautiful walks and pubs nearby – our dog felt very at home, there were even treats for the dog! We stayed at the barn while our house was being renovated, and it was a perfect escape from the building work. We were sad to leave. Thanks Sue and Steve from Jacquie and Andy 😊

We stayed here 2 years ago and the place is still as lovely, clean and wonderful as it was before. The views from the little top terrace are beautiful, especially the sun in the morning. Hot tub is spotless and perfect. Inside is really lovely, cosy wonderfully decorated. It's quiet, picturesque and chocolate box style thatched cottage.

Amazing little spot. It was a bit chilly during my stay, and foggy on the last day, so you may miss some of the beauty of it if the weather isn't great. But, on a clear day, it's WONDERFUL!!! So serene and peaceful. I can imagine it must be fantastic in the warmer months, when you can stand outside and bbqing or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Great for solo trips and couples, super romantic! Had a wonderful time! 😊

What a beautiful little spot in the countryside. The cabin itself was beautiful so cosy and for a small space quite roomy too! Has everything you need even a little honesty bar with drinks and snacks. We have four dogs (big dogs) and they were very well catered for too, treats on arrival and a dog bed for them! The main event is the outside space. We really struggle with finding somewhere that allows us to have a peaceful break with our girls but this space is amazing. The communication was second to non and the hosts were lovely too. We’d love to be back in the future 🐕❤️

Fee was a great host from before the visit to during the stay and after. The cabin is in an amazing location. As a solo traveler I was initially unsure about the location i.e. local area, however these concerns were soon quashed after following Fee’s helpful suggestions and recommendations. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. It was warm & clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you Fee :)

Tanya is extremely welcoming and helpful. She’s very accommodating. If you have any questions she always answers them within a short time. The property is of a high standard and has everything you need and cleaned once a week professionally. The area is peaceful and views are stunning. Thank you Tanya for being the most amazing host

We had a lovely stay at Kay's place. Spotlessly clean with lots of character and nice touches. I was a little worried about the shower but it was actually really good and nice and warm. Good walks to Herne Bay and to Whitstable. Visited the local pub and had a great meal. Kay provided everything we needed and then some. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at Jan's Shepherd Hut. It was in a stunning location, the bbq and the fire were a brilliant touch and we loved the walk to the Woolpack Inn. We had a great swim in the pool on a couple of occasions, and felt very at peace here!

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay in the Shepard's hut. Janet it extremely welcoming and knows how to create a memorable experience. The hut is very cosy and warm and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect, peaceful weekend away. The surroundings were beautiful to walk around and the hut was the ideal place to relax and read. The hot tub was lovely while watching the sun set and the fire was great for making snores under the stars. Angela was the ideal host, very responsive.

I don’t really know where to start. Kate’s place is beautiful. It was exactly like the pictures and more! I had the best few days away. I loved all the personal touches such as chocolates by the bedside table, the dried flowers on the bed, the fresh pastries on the table on arrival. The decor is absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautiful. I also had the best nights sleep I’ve had in about 5 years! I would come back here in a heartbeat. Kate was friendly and extremely responsive. Highly recommend.
