Such a cool, unique home. Loved that everything was in one floor and we could bring our dog. He loved the wide open space and all the windows to look out. The backyard and hot tub were both so relaxing. Love the lights illuminating the trees throughout the yard. We had so much fun shooting pool. The game room with TV was the perfect hangout. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby—wineries and ciders too. Thanks for hosting our family!

Jacqui’s house had everything we needed and more! We especially loved the fire pit and basement. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stay with Fresh Water at least 4 other times and always have a great experience and a lot of fun. The home is set up very well with the three different levels very conducive to families

Very nice place…loved the game room, hot tub and fire table….host was very responsive and left a nice welcome note and items…easy code access…would definitely recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very welcoming! We loved the open floor plan and it was so close to Saugatuck and Douglas.

The house is in a great location - easy to get downtown, to the beach(and dog beach), to grocery stores/walmart. We really appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms, and the well stocked/updated kitchen. Great size back yard with a fire pit, and plenty of space and privacy. We really enjoyed our stay, which made our long weekend away so much better. Thank you!!

Wonderful weekend visiting Grand Haven and Muskegon at such a cute home with great vibes!! Jill was quick to respond and place was available prior to check in time, always a nice surprise! Above and beyond with amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a toy for our doggo and a bottle of wine!!! We soo enjoyed listening to all the music that was available. Def would recommend to others!! Thank me for a great weekend:)

Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds. Loved the Keurig and complimentary k-cups! (Although I brought my own.)

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

Stayed at Hideaway Cabin. Mill Pond group was flexible for check in time and communicated well and early. Thing to note: did need to go to office location to check in but is easy to find and was quick to get info. Location is ok to find only because new to the area however directions and aerial map provided was a big help. Had difficulty entering the cabin at first because code was entered incorrectly but Mill Pond responded quickly and it was resolved. Great place with an indoor pool and it was spacious. Was unable to experience the outdoor amenities due to weather but definitely a beautiful area with open space, fire pit, patio area & large pond in front. Master bedroom bathroom does not have a door which was a minor inconvenience just had to close the bedroom door. Rooms are large and kitchen was spacious. May be cost effective to book directly with Mill Pond and they do have other locations available. Overall great place, enjoyed the stay, and am looking forward for the next visit.

Very cute place! Comfortable bed and cozy family room with gas fireplace! We loved the location, so close to everything. Rode the bikes along the shore and checked out the beach and beautiful homes. James and Christine were very responsive and we loved the decor! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

the cabin was modern and cozy, loved the kitchen, we had everything we needed, even the spices ❤️ the property was huge, so kids and our dog had fun “exploring” in the woods. they have a lot of spaces where everyone can gather and have fun, like the deck (where the grill is) and the bon fire area at the back. Host was super friendly and helpful. all in all we had a great experience with Bangtel 😍

Very clean and comfortable rental that is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and firepit that is right next to the condo. Jeanna is a great host and very responsive.

Great place to stay! We were visiting from out of town for a cheer competition so this place was perfect to cook meals, get ready for competition and get a great night of sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Kym was an absolutely wonderful host! She was very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations and ideas for us to do with our kids in the area. The space was perfect for a quick weekend to Grand Rapids and every little detail in the space was so well thought out- from motion detected night lights in the hallway to the nook bed as an added sleeping area to the well thought out bathroom storage areas and bench. The location was also very convenient being a 10 minute drive from downtown and a couple minute walk to a great park we played with our kids at. Would highly recommend the spot to anyone looking for a convenient and nice place to stay during a trip to Grand Rapids.

Our family of 5 was in town for a tournament and stayed at Mindy’s condo. She was proactive so check in was seamless. The home was very clean, well decorated, and well supplied with dishes, linens, coffee and other household items. The beds were VERY comfortable! Even the sofa bed! The attached garage was a plus as well. The condo is in a great area located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Grateful for such a nice place to stay while we were in town!

This place was perfect in every way. Great location, easy to walk to town. Beautiful and clean space. Nicest hosts. If you’re thinking of staying anywhere near Saugatuck, I’d 100% recommend Richard and Christian’s place. They were also very helpful whenever we needed suggestions on food/coffee/bars.

Beautiful home, great backyard with TONS of games and activities available to you. Comfy beds, an abundance of towels and supplies. My elderly father with chronic pain who suffers from insomnia said he got some of the best sleep he's had in a LONG time both nights that he was here. That alone is worth the 5 star review!! Everything was great. We stayed here for a wedding reception at the Ivy House which is literally like 2 driveways down. It was the most conveniently located home I could have asked for. Highly recommend booking here!

Great place with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated. Easy drive to local attractions , as well as Saugatuck and a south Haven! Annalisa was great with communication! Perfect place for my family and dog! I would book again!

Beth's place was just as pictured. Loved that the access code was the last 4 digits of my phone #. Sounds like a little thing but it was one less thing to think about. The space was very clean and comfortable. Quite neighborhood with great proximity to Grand Rapids. Beth was excellent as far as communication. Very nice bathroom and gas fireplace, lots of books, snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was pleasant! The location was was convenient and the home was beautiful! Lots of natural light in addition to the lighting in the home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at John and Patrick's home! It was in a wonderful location with lots to do, beautiful setting, great space for a family and John and Patrick very communicative with great recommendations for the area. We would definitely come back!
