We had a great stay at the property and suitable for little children. Rachel the housekeeper welcomed us and came daily, the property had everything we needed for a long week end stay. The beach was a few meters from the house with an Askari (guard) on the gate and an Askari on the main gate so you felt safe. The pool is wonderful just what was needed to cool off in the heat. We chose to have a chef, John, who bought all the groceries and fish and prepared everything requested even during a power cut he produced our evening meal. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife, I and our three children had a great holiday here. The house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by coconut palms. One of the most beautiful beaches in Kenya is about a 10-minute drive away. We had our own car, so it was not difficult for us to get there, but if you do not have transport, you can always use a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi. The beach is beautiful! Next to the house is an ocean bay with mangrove trees. We were very pleased that the house has two excellent SUP boards! At high tide you can ride them through the mangrove forest and it is very, very beautiful! But take shoes with you because there are sharp shells at the bottom. Nice people work in the house. Chef Joseph cooked well and was very kind. Thank him very much! We were lucky with the weather, it was not stuffy at all, so we never used the fans at night. Thanks to the owner of the house Tom and his team for good memories!

Absolute rustic beach-front paradise and such a lovely team of staff! Ocean views are stunning and tennis court is a lot of fun. Jacquie is amazingly responsive and so helpful. Thank you so much!

Unser Aufenthalt in Shela war absolut bombastisch. Vor allem die wunderschöne Unterkunft von abdillah hat dazu beigetragen. Vor der Tür wurde man direkt vom Regen und bunten Dorftreiben empfangen, hatten aber in der Unterkunft auch unsere recht große Ruheoase. Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns Abdillah herzlich willkommen. Auch für Familien sehr geeignet.

Das Little Canada Beach House ist wunderschön! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist top, jeder Zimmer ist riesig und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist richtig schön und bietet einem viel Erholung. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in einem schönen und abgesicherten Bereich. Drum herum sind Supermärkte und Restaurants entweder zu Fuß oder gut mit Uber oder TukTuk erreichbar. Die Haushälterin Elisabeth ist super, immer nett und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt einfach perfekt gemacht. Auch Duka, verantwortlich für Garten und Pool, war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Köchin Cynthia, die wir tageweise Vorort hatten, war ebenfalls super und hat uns sehr leckere Speisen gemacht. Mikhail konnte man bei Fragen immer erreichen und es lief alles problemlos, auch das frühere Ankommen und spätere Abreisen. Wir sind total begeistert und können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen!

We enjoyed staying at Garys place a lot. We appreciated the most 1) access to a beautiful beach with very few people; 2) amazing and authentic style house with wonderful balcony; 3) hospitality of local employees who prepared delicous meals and took care of cleaning the house. We thought that for kids a pool will be needed, but during our stay they actually enjoyed a lot to the ocean - playing in the water and collecting sea shells. Not far from Garys place in a walking distance are few interesting sight seeing spots. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Place, Beautiful view of the Creek, Fort Jesus, and Old Town. The place was clean, checkin was smooth, And a lot of small touches that tell you Aly is an experienced host. Can't recommend high enough.

We were a family of 5; 2 adults and 3 kids aged 14 year old, 5 year old and a 2 year old. Charlottes place was amazing. We loved everything! The staff at the house make sure you are comfortable. They cleaned everyday and we had clean towels daily. The guard Suleiman, is great to book excursions if you need, a very friendly man. We hired a chef called Katana, whom Charlotte recommended. His food was fantastic, delicious and nutritious. Just let him know your preference like swahili dishes, or other dishes and he will make it. We had him make Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Polly the manager, is at the site and she can help you if you have questions, she is very responsive and friendly. I recommend this place for families with small kids and teenagers. The pool is another gem in this house. Thank you Charlotte, we miss your house already ❤️

What a great place to stay! Really loved the house, the pool, peaceful beach, great snorkelling. Helpful and friendly staff. Just the get-away on the coast that we were looking for.

This place was INSANELY AMAZING!!!! My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean, and we booked Chef Rashid so imagine the aromas that greeted us when we arrived! He made us everything from seafood to pizza throughout our stay, was so friendly and the food was sooooo good. And I almost forgot to mention the fresh passion, ginger and parrot juice Patience made for us as a welcome drink! Patience checked on us daily. We loved our rooms, the beds were so comfortable and the AC worked well! There were so many spaces to sit and chill and we spent a lot of time in the shared infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean...this one, we will do AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!

It's a beautiful place. Gave us the peace and serenity to wind down. It's well stocked, very clean, beautiful decor and stunning views. A little bonus of clear skies for star gazing too! Worth every penny! Noor is also an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating.

Grosses Anwesen mit schönem Pool und herrlicher Gartenanlage direkt am Strand mit traumhaften Blick auf die Palmen und das Meer. Wir wohnten zu viert im Haupthaus im Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und sehr grosser überdachter Terasse, die die Schlafzimmer verbindet. Die Küche war hervorragend, im Vorfeld muss man bis auf die Meersfrüchte das Meiste selbst einkaufen. Drei sehr nette Bedienstete, die nebenan in einem kleinen Haus wohnen, umsorgten uns wunderbar. Den Beachboys sollte man nichts geben, dann verschwinden sie auch nach einiger Zeit. Den Bediensteten gaben wir je 2000 ks. Trinkgeld.Alles in Allem: paradiesisch.

Beautiful view and very spacious. Great places to visit and things to do nearby. Jet skiing a few miles away was really fun. Will definitely return there in the future.

Our host Mary was very communicative and helpful when we had a mishap. She was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was nicely decorated and felt very welcoming, the convenience of a 24/7 restaurant in the building was a great addition. We only stayed one very short night, in route to another location, but will be back again as the location is wonderful and convenient to many places around Nyali.

We had great time. Very convenient to reach the tourist attractions and restaurants. The host was super and responded promptly.

Beautiful and large house, garden, and beach. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, in-house chef made delicious food, the beach was basically private and the owners communicated well with us. The location is fairly remote but even without our own transport, we were able to take a taxi to diani without a problem. The beach itself is fairly shallow so massive swims are not really an option but snorkeling works and it is still very beautiful. Would come here again any day. Thank you team!

The space is exactly what you want for a beach getaway with friends - beautiful coastline and sea views off the back verandah. The staff are incredibly helpful yet unobtrusive, and being on Bofa Road means the rest of Kilifi is easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Juliet’s place was very nice. Right on the beach, overlooking the ocean. It felt safe and Rachel, Ken, Raphael, and Francis Coli the house staff made us feel right at home. As it was right on the road it was very easy for us to find a tuktuk if we needed to go anywhere. Beware of the monkeys at breakfast. And prepare to both to tip the staff and have small bills for The Beach Boys who prowl the beach. They can connect you with whatever you touristic thing you need. Admire the wildlife all around: birds, monkeys, flowers all over. It is very hot, so bring light clothes. This place would be very good for a family/big group. Enjoy your stay!

We spent a whole month at Saleem's villa, and it was incredible. The property has a huge pool, and it’s right by the sea. The views are stunning, and the beach is usually so quiet, it feels almost private. One thing that really stood out was how peaceful it was. Just sitting outside, listening to the waves and birds, added to the tranquil vibe of the place. The villa is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. It also has a beautiful garden, maintained by gardeners. Moses, who took care of the villa, ensured it was always clean, which we really appreciated. Saleem was a great host, he was easy to communicate with and even installed mosquito doors for us before we arrived. It was a thoughtful gesture. He also arranged our airport transfers, which was super helpful. Photos and description don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. If you’re looking for a quiet and private getaway, we can’t recommend this spot enough. It felt like our own little piece of paradise.

Amazing Vibe, next to the beautiful beach, just 5-7 min walk and nice sand banks to swim around the beach. Could improve on some brightness at night on the outside area. Overall good location, and good price.

Beautiful peaceful spot with lots of space inside and outside and easy access to quiet beach. The staff on site were very kind and helpful. The house has a relaxed, easy going charm that made it comfortable to be there with children. We enjoyed it!

We very much enjoyed Bulloch House. It worked well for two families with plenty of space. Dominique and the team looked after us well and produced good meals. The pool was beautifully clean and the main seating area very comfortable. We also enjoyed using the bar area. A great house for a family holiday.
