This was our second stay at African Art House and it was again very pleasurable. Very comfortable, friendly and accommodating house staff, Anina very responsive to any problems, short walk to the beach, easy access to transport, etc. Looking forward to stay #3, whenever that might be.

I would strongly recommend this place. It is well located along the Watamu Coast, a short distance from grocery store and restaurants while sufficiently seclude to get some peace. The staff is amicable and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately shorter than we had planned but Katelyn was extremely accommodating and the cottage was cosy and comfortable with really nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage was also located in a great area close to everything you might need.

Amy’s place was absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved the charming pool and the stunning views—it truly felt like a getaway. Having Teresia around was such a treat; she was incredibly helpful with the dishes and made sure everything stayed spotless. We did have a small visit from a mouse (it is in the bush, after all), but the team responded quickly and professionally. Overall, a beautiful stay in nature with thoughtful touches throughout.

Würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Schön und gepflegt. Gute Lage mit mehreren Häusern hinter einem bewachten Tor. Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück wohnen zwei süße, gepflegte Katzen. Affen haben zweimal täglich vorbeigeschaut, wer sich gestört fühlt, muss ihnen nur die Steinschleuder zeigen, dann sind sie sofort weg. Bee House is a very cute house, well furnished. The house is very accessible yet private. Our host, Abdulrahman, was a great host: he helped us with all the information he judged useful (and they were): a contact for a captain to arrange transfer from airport and to other islands, another contact for a very nice dhow ride at sunset, a chef that could cook for us whatever dish we asked. On top of that, Abdulrahman has been very kind, always making sure everything went well and very reactive. I already know that I'll stay at one of his properties my next stay in Shela!

The flat is stunning and really easy to settle in. The locations is easy to reach and close to the CBD. The views from every room are just breathtaking! And the management is extremely responsive and professional.

This stay was even better than we anticipated— although pricey, I would say that between friends we found that it was well worth it! The walk to the beach is even closer than the listing says, the rooms are beautiful & free of clutter. Very spacious. Every room has a balcony. Great place & the hosts were kind enough to let us check out an hour later. Bring essential cooking needs & spices with you if you will need. We had a great stay & a great time, would come back again if we came to Nyali. Thank you!

The place has easily surpassed my expectations and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at Diani. The ambience is peaceful, the property is top notch, the pool is amazing and private beach access is the the icing on the cake. Totally worth the cost!

Enjoyed my stay! It was quite serene-particularly at night. :) Beautiful surroundings too. A quick and efficient check in and check out process. Everything was well organised and easy to find. Would definitely think of having a second stay soon.

We had an incredible stay. Well located within close proximity to good restaurants and entertainment centres.Great security with amenities on the property. It is a very well kept apartment that makes you feel safe in an otherwise very busy city that truly doesnt sleep. Susan's recommendations are top tier and her attention to detail is evident from booking until checkout. Highly recommend and we have earmarked it as our go to resident for upcoming Nairobi trips.

Marries place is as it is in the photos! Very clean house, she's always responsive and also calls in to check on you out of the blue despite her busy schedule, she makes you feel at home and like a friend you have known for years despite having never met her in person! I would 1000% recommend her place, it's worth every penny for sure! Shanzu/serena beach is just a stone throw away and also you can go for spa and padel and volleyball at Serena beach hotel or Pride Inn hotel which are next door to Marries place. Had an overall great experience, looking to come back again for the breathtaking view of the ocean from her balcony!
